目前公知的治疗病毒性及癌症方法副作用大,不能定点清除。本发明的目的是;利用切割酶治疗病毒及癌症,经过采集病毒测序,后计算和定位切割酶识别序列来完成设计切割酶。切割酶通过运送体内内工具如去活性病毒进入体内对启动子及其他点位切割。再通过细胞自我修复使病人康复。本发明的好处是;副作用小,定点清除。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种利用切割酶治疗病毒及癌症方法。
技术背景
目前公知的治疗病毒性及癌症方法副作用大,不能定点清除。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是;利用切割酶治疗病毒及癌症。 
本发明的解决其技术问题采用的方案是;经过采集病毒测序,后计算和定位内切酶识别序列来完成设计内切酶.内切酶通过运送体内内工具如去活性病毒进入体内对启动子及其他点位切割.利用改造去毒的病毒为载体运送工具来运送设计好的切割酶.切割点位包膜,启动子,转录酶和病毒序列.根据不同病毒和癌来设计不同切割酶.再通过细胞自我修复使病人康复。切割酶包括有切割功能的内切酶,核酸酶等.可以用局部注射或本身病毒如肝病毒去核改造为运输工具到达病灶。 
本发明的好处是;副作用小,定点清除。

Claims (4)

1.一种利用切割酶治疗病毒及癌症方法,其特征是;经过采集病毒测序,后计算和定位切割酶识别序列来完成设计切割酶。切割酶通过运送体内内工具如去活性病毒进入体内对启动子及其他点位切割。 
2.根据权利要求书(1)所述的一种利用切割酶治疗病毒及癌症方法,其特征是;利用改造去毒的病毒为载体运送工具来运送设计好的切割酶.可以用局部注射或本身病毒如肝病毒去核改造为运输工具到达病灶。 
3.根据权利要求书(1)所述的一种利用切割酶治疗病毒及癌症方法,其特征是;切割点位包膜,启动子,转录酶和病毒序列.根据不同病毒和癌来设计不同切割酶.切割酶包括有切割功能的切割酶,核酸酶等。 
4.根据权利要求书(1)所述的一种利用切割酶治疗病毒及癌症方法,其特征是;再通过细胞自我修复使病人康复。
