Abstract
本发明属于民族医药领域，公开了一种治疗慢性盆腔炎的瑶药组合物及其制备方法；其原料以重量份计，包括小钻15～40份、飞龙掌血15～40份、鸡血藤10～35份、救必应10～30份、一匹绸10～30份、千斤拔10～30份；其剂型为汤剂、凝胶剂；其制备过程包括：第一种其特征在于：将组合物原料药材饮片，加水文火煎，混合物为汤剂保存。第二种其特征在于：将组合物原料药材净选，加水煎煮，滤液浓缩成清膏，加入乙醇，回收乙醇，浓缩至浸膏，加入依地酸二钠、羟苯乙酯，再加入卡波姆溶液中混匀，为凝胶剂剂型。临床试验表明，本发明壮药组合物具有明确的活血化瘀、祛湿止痛、穿经走脉等功效，是治疗慢性盆腔炎的良药。

背景技术
瑶医药是瑶族人民在千百年的实践中积累总结出来的具有鲜明民族特色的宝贵医药遗产，在治疗月经病、妇科炎症、产后病等妇产科疾病方面具有独到的疗效和特色优势。
慢性盆腔炎以下腹部疼痛，带下增多，月经不调，甚至不孕为主要临床表现，属于瑶医扭闷(瑶名：gah sie mum)、等孕身毋抵(瑶名：nziaamh jaan mx zunv)、漓白过种(瑶名：guh nguaz mbuoqc gorm)、毋走身(瑶名：mx yaangh sin)、欧闷等孕闷(瑶名：nziaamh jaanmun)等范畴。
瑶医看病主要是审病求因，它的基本理论是盈亏平衡理论。盈亏平衡理论，就是从人体内环境来讲疾病的病理，指的是人体内部的统一问题。瑶医认为人体内脏之间、人体内脏与外界环境之间，既对立又统一，从而维持相对盈亏平衡和正常的生理活动。瑶医认为：人体要保持健康，平衡是根本，平衡是关键。根据瑶医“诸病入脉”的理论来阐述女性生殖疾病，认为病邪通过全身的筋脉在全身播散、传变，侵犯人体各处，经道阻塞，经气流通不畅，盈亏不平衡所致的血山崩、月经漏、月经痛、不孕等症。
瑶医认为人体在不同病因作用下的反映最根本的就是盈和亏。它可以对一切疾病的表现状态作出根本说明。盈亏不仅包括中医的虚实，还包括寒热、表里，它概括地用盈亏来表示人体的寒热、表里等不同的病理表现。盈则满，满则溢，溢则病；亏则虚，虚则损，损则病；症候盈亏起因于脏腑的盈虚.瑶医认为，慢性盆腔炎是由湿盈、热盈、血瘀所致。在审症的基础上，瑶医治疗的原则是“风亏打盈”，即：“盈则消之，亏则补之”。对于盈症的治疗，用打药为主。瑶医认为：风者纯而缓，打者燥且急。对于慢性盆腔炎的治疗，瑶医采用祛因为要、风亏打盈、治求专方及捉母擒子的治则。瑶医以打类药为主，兼用风药及风打相兼类药，善用钻类药。“风药”有清热解毒、祛风除湿、活血散瘀、补气补血、健脾胃、益肝肾的作用。“打药”起散瘀止痛的作用。如常用打药中的“十八钻”的主要用途是通达经脉，透利关节，对瘀阻、湿滞的患者较为适宜。“风打相兼药”这一类药既具风类药的功能，又具打类药的特性。如部分“钻”类药，包括大钻、小钻等，此类药气味多辛、苦，性温，既能行气止痛，祛风止湿，舒筋活络，又能散瘀消肿。
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗慢性盆腔炎的瑶药制剂及其制备方法，对慢性盆腔炎有较好的临床疗效。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种治疗慢性盆腔炎的瑶药制剂。该药物制剂采用活血化瘀、祛湿止痛等功效的瑶药组成，通过药物制备形成更容易实用的水凝胶剂，是治疗慢性盆腔炎的有效药物制剂。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现：
其原料以重量份计，包括小钻15～40份、飞龙掌血15～40份、鸡血藤10～35份、救必应10～30份、一匹绸10～30份、千斤拔10～30份。
本发明瑶药组合物所包括原料的特性：
小钻：瑶名为fiuv nzunx(瑶名中文音名：小准)，五味子科植物长梗南五味子Kadsuralongipedunculata Finet et Gagnep.的根和茎；瑶医药物分类：瑶医老班药中十八钻之一；性味：味辛、苦，性温；功效：祛风活血、穿经走脉、行气止痛、散瘀消肿；主治：腹痛、月经痛、产后腹痛、月经不调、慢性胃炎、胃十二指肠溃疡、疝气痛、风湿痹痛、筋骨痛、腰痛、跌打损伤等。
走血风：瑶名为yangh nziaamh buerng(瑶名中文音名：养藏崩)，芸香科植物飞龙掌血Toddalia asiatica(Linn.)Lam.的根及藤茎；瑶医药物分类：祛风药；性味：辛、微苦，性温；祛风药；止痛药功效：祛风止痛、穿经走脉，散瘀止血、解毒消肿；主治：痛经、经闭、瘀滞崩漏、风湿痹痛、腰痛、胃痛、跌打损伤、劳伤吐血、衄血、疮痈肿毒等。
九层风：瑶名为(瑶名nduoh nzangh buerng，中文音名：堵掌崩)，蝶形花科植物密花豆Spatholobus Dunn的藤茎；瑶医药物分类：祛风药；性味：苦、甘，温；功效：补血、活血、通络；主治：月经不调、血虚萎黄、麻木瘫痪、风湿痹痛等。
救必应：瑶名为njioux maengc ndiangh(瑶名中文音名：救命亮)，冬青科植物铁冬青Llex rotunda Thunb.的树皮、叶；瑶医药物分类：打类药；性味：性寒，味苦；功效：清热解毒、利湿、止痛；主治：痛经、感冒发热、咽喉肿痛、胃痛、暑湿泄泻、黄疸、痢疾、跌打损伤、风湿痹痛、湿疹等。
一匹绸：瑶名为yietc beih siouh(瑶名中文音名：一北晓)，旋花科植物白鹤藤Argyreia acuta Lour.的藤茎及枝叶；瑶医药物分类：打类药；性味：辛、微苦，凉；功效：祛风除湿、化痰止咳、散瘀止血、解毒消痈；主治：带下、崩漏、乳痈、湿疹、风湿痹痛、水肿、膨胀、咳喘痰多、内伤吐血、跌打积瘀、疮疖、烂脚等。
大透地龙：瑶名为domh gornh nzunx deic luwndh(瑶名中文音名：懂根准地龙)，蝶形花科植物大叶千斤拔Flemingia macrophylla(Willd.)Prain的根。瑶医药物分类：风打相兼类药；性味：味甘、微涩，性平；功效：祛风利湿、强筋壮骨、消瘀解毒；主治：白带异常、月经不调、风湿痹痛，腰腿痛，腰肌劳损，慢性肾炎，痈肿，喉蛾，跌打损伤等。
方中小钻、走血风两者为主药，九层风、救必应为配药，一匹绸、大透地龙为引路药，诸药合用，活血化瘀、祛湿止痛、穿经走脉，兼以平补阴阳、攻补兼施，使本方具有补益而不留滞，扶正而不敛邪，祛瘀而不伤正，虚实、气血兼顾的配伍特点。
本发明瑶药组合物的制备方法，其包括如下步骤：
本药剂有两种制备形式，第一种其特征在于：将组合物原料药材饮片，加水文火煎至200ml，复渣再煎，混合物为汤剂保存；第二种其特征在于：将组合物原料药材净选，切制成5～10cm的段，加水煎煮二次，第一次加水8倍量，煎煮1.5小时，第二次加水8倍量，煎煮1.5小时，合并煎液，过滤，滤液浓缩成的清膏，放冷，加入乙醇使含醇量达70％，静置12～24小时，滤过，回收乙醇，浓缩至相对密度1.10～1.60(40℃～70℃)的浸膏，加入依地酸二钠、羟苯乙酯，备用；取上述浸膏加入卡波姆溶液中混匀，用三乙醇胺调节pH值至6.0～9.0，即得，为凝胶剂剂型。每瓶装30g。灌肠给药，1次30g，1日1次。
本发明瑶药组合物的剂型，其特征为：汤剂、凝胶剂。
本发明具有以下功效：
本瑶药制剂在治疗慢性盆腔炎方面具有明确的活血化瘀、祛湿止痛、穿经走脉等功效，因其能利于炎症吸收而不留后患，同时避免因长期大量使用抗生素导致人体菌群失调引起其它病症。还可以使患者脏腑气血疏通，大大提高了患者的免疫力，使其整体症状体征得以改善，可以缩短疗程，提高疗效，从经济上和精神上减轻患者的负担。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明，但是不作为对本发明保护范围的任何限制。
实施例1：
1.瑶药组合物成分及重量组分：
包括小钻15～40份、飞龙掌血15～40份、鸡血藤10～35份、救必应10～30份、一匹绸10～30份、千斤拔10～30份。
2.瑶药组合物制备方法：
将组合物原料药材净选，切制成5～10cm的段，加水煎煮二次，第一次加水8倍量，煎煮1.5小时，第二次加水8倍量，煎煮1.5小时，合并煎液，过滤，滤液浓缩成的清膏，放冷，加入乙醇使含醇量达70％，静置12～24小时，滤过，回收乙醇，浓缩至相对密度1.10～1.60(40℃～70℃)的浸膏，加入依地酸二钠、羟苯乙酯，备用；取上述浸膏加入卡波姆溶液中混匀，用三乙醇胺调节pH值至6.0～9.0，即得，为凝胶剂剂型。每瓶装30g。
使用方式：月经干净后4天开始用药，直肠给药，1次30g，1日1次，14天为一个疗程，连续治疗3个疗程(3个月经周期)，经期停药。
3.慢性盆腔炎患者治疗后的效果：
欧阳某某，女，24岁，贵港市人，慢性盆腔炎1年，此瑶药制剂药方疾病治愈。
诸某某，女，31岁，河池市人，慢性盆腔炎3年，此瑶药制剂药方疾病治愈。
实施例2：
1.瑶药组合物成分及重量组分：
包括小钻15～40份、飞龙掌血15～40份、鸡血藤10～35份、救必应10～30份、一匹绸10～30份、千斤拔10～30份。
2.瑶药组合物制备方法：
将组合物原料药材饮片，加水文火煎至200ml，复渣再煎，混合物为汤剂保存。
使用方式：月经干净后4天开始用药，直肠给药，1次30g，1日1次，14天为一个疗程，连续治疗3个疗程(3个月经周期)，经期停药。
3.慢性盆腔炎患者治疗后的效果：
张某某，女，34岁，柳州市人，慢性盆腔炎2.5年，此瑶药药方疾病治愈。
朱某某，女，29岁，南宁市人，慢性盆腔炎4年，此瑶药药方疾病治愈。
Claims (4)
1.一种治疗慢性盆腔炎的瑶药组合物，其特征在于：其原料以重量份计，包括小钻15～40份、飞龙掌血15～40份、鸡血藤10～35份、救必应10～30份、一匹绸10～30份、千斤拔10～30份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的治疗慢性盆腔炎的瑶药组合物，其特征在于：其剂型为汤剂、凝胶剂。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的治疗慢性盆腔炎的瑶药组合物的制备方法，本药剂有两种制备形式，第一种其特征在于：将组合物原料药材饮片，加水文火煎至200ml，复渣再煎，混合物为汤剂保存；第二种其特征在于：将组合物原料药材净选，切制成段，加水煎煮，第一次加水8倍量，煎煮1.5小时，第二次加水8倍量，煎煮1.5小时，合并煎液，过滤，滤液浓缩成的清膏，放冷，加入乙醇，静置12～24小时，滤过，回收乙醇，浓缩至相对密度1.10～1.60(40℃～70℃)的浸膏，加入依地酸二钠、羟苯乙酯，备用；取上述浸膏加入卡波姆溶液中混匀，用三乙醇胺调节pH值至6.0～9.0，即得，为凝胶剂剂型。
