Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于脊柱外科、适配经椎弓根经椎间盘斜向螺钉内固定术的改良椎间融合器。本改良椎间融合器由体部、上表面、下表面、左侧面、右侧面、后弧面和前斜面组成。右侧面呈梯形结构,其上设有小孔。前斜面的倾斜角为15度到75度之间。上表面和下表面设有大孔,彼此贯通,使体部呈中空结构。后弧面的弧度为15度到45度之间,适配椎体前缘弧度。后弧面和前斜面均为中间高,两边低,中间高度高于两边高度2-3毫米。体部设有不透X光线的金属标记针。本改良椎间融合器解决了普通椎间融合器无法与新的经椎弓根经椎间盘斜向螺钉内固定术适配的问题,同时符合椎间隙解剖特点,操作方便。

Description

一种改良椎间融合器
 
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于脊柱外科、适配经椎弓根经椎间盘斜向螺钉内固定术的改良椎间融合器。
背景技术
近年来,一种新的经椎弓根经椎间盘斜向螺钉内固定术被报道,这种新的内固定技术具有创伤小、痛苦轻、恢复快、并发症少等多种优点,是未来外科发展的方向。但两枚螺钉斜向从下位椎体后缘通过椎间隙置入上位椎体中部,普通的椎间融合器被位于椎间隙内的螺钉阻挡,无法置入,而单单的自体骨置入无法达到椎间融合器的力学性能和融合率。为了让这种新的经椎弓根经椎间盘斜向螺钉内固定术达到和传统后路四钉两棒系统相当的力学性能和融合率,我们先前设计了一种适配经椎弓根经椎间盘斜向螺钉内固定术的“6”字形结构的椎间融合器(公开号:103263309A;公开日:2013-08-28;专利号:201310196800.0)。但这种“6”字形结构存在操作置入困难,前方卡凸和头部凸起部位常常受到经椎弓根经椎间盘斜向螺钉阻挡,同时由于椎间隙中间部位高度大于两边,先前的统一高度的设计常常出现两边紧,中间松等缺点。
发明内容
为了适配经椎弓根经椎间盘斜向螺钉,同时克服先前设计的椎间融合器的上述缺点,我们对之进行了改良,设计了这种适配经椎弓根经椎间盘斜向螺钉内固定术的梯形结构的改良椎间融合器。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
1、由体部、上表面、下表面、左侧面、右侧面、后弧面和前斜面组成。
2、右侧面呈梯形结构,其上设有小孔,用于置入配套把手。
3、前斜面的倾斜角为15度到75度之间,适配经椎弓根经椎间盘斜向螺钉的倾斜角。
4、上表面和下表面设有大孔,彼此贯通,使体部呈中空结构。
5、后弧面的弧度为15度到45度之间,适配椎体前缘弧度。
6、后弧面和前斜面均为中间高,两边低,中间高度高于两边高度2-3毫米。
7、体部设有不透X光线的金属标记针。

具体实施方式
本发明适配经椎弓根经椎间盘斜向螺钉内固定术,采用侧方内镜通道下置入。当后方经椎弓根经椎间盘斜向螺钉内固定植入后,通过侧方内镜入路咬除髓核和磨除上下椎板。通过本椎间融合器体部1的大孔2塞入松质骨,配套器械把持小孔5,通过侧方通道达到椎间隙,内镜直视下或C臂X光机透视下,前斜面9对准斜向螺钉前方进入椎间隙。C臂X光机透视下以不透X光线的金属标记针8为参考确认椎间融合器位置,直到调整到满意为止。

Claims (7)

1.一种改良椎间融合器,其特征是:由体部、上表面、下表面、左侧面、右侧面、后弧面和前斜面组成。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的改良椎间融合器,其特征是:右侧面呈梯形结构,其上设有小孔。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的改良椎间融合器,其特征是:前斜面的倾斜角为15度到75度之间。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的改良椎间融合器,其特征是:上表面和下表面设有大孔,彼此贯通,使体部呈中空结构。
5.根据权利要求1 所述的改良椎间融合器,其特征是:后弧面的弧度为15度到45度之间。
6.根据权利要求1 所述的改良椎间融合器,其特征是:后弧面和前斜面均为中间高,两边低,中间高度高于两边高度2-3毫米。
7.根据权利要求1 所述的改良椎间融合器,其特征是:体部设有不透X光线的金属标记针。
