本发明涉及一种止回阀,特别是一种导向阀辧高压立式止回阀。
背景技术
现有的高压立式止回阀的阀辧无导向机构,阀门在运行中产生摆动,容易造成阀瓣卡住而损坏,弹簧也易损坏,而且阀瓣对阀体密封面进行频繁偏心撞击,使阀门寿命缩短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有阀瓣导向机构的导向阀瓣高压立式止回阀,以提高阀门的使用寿命。
本发明的技术方案是:导向阀瓣高压立式止回阀,具有阀体、阀瓣、阀盖和弹簧,其特征在于在阀盖上设有阀瓣导向装置。阀瓣导向装置为圆筒形,阀瓣轴伸入筒形导向孔内与筒形内壁配合。
阀门在工作时,阀辦沿筒形导向孔作升降运动,辅助弹簧缓冲,使阀瓣升降对中、平稳,阀瓣与阀体密封面之间避免了因阀瓣摆动而形成的偏心撞击,因而提高了阀瓣工作的可靠性,延长了阀门的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,导向阀瓣高压立式止回阀,由阀体1、阀瓣2、弹簧3、中间法兰5、阀盖6、密封环7、垫片8、螺栓9、连接法兰10及阀瓣导向装置4组成,阀瓣导向装置4为圆筒形,固定在阀盖6的中心部位,阀瓣轴伸入筒形导向孔内与筒形内壁相配合,阀瓣轴的中心设置弹簧3,弹簧3的两头分别抵住阀瓣2和导向孔底。当阀门运行时,高压介质顶开阀瓣,由于阀瓣轴沿筒形内壁运动,阀瓣不会发生偏摆,避免了偏心撞击,因而提高了阀瓣工作的可靠性,延长了阀门的使用寿命。

1.导向阀瓣高压立式止回阀,具有阀体(1)、阀瓣(2)、阀盖(6)和弹簧(3),其特征在于:在阀盖(6)上设有阀瓣导向装置(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导向阀瓣高压立式止回阀,其特征在于:所述阀瓣导向装置(4)为圆筒形,阀瓣轴伸入筒形导向孔内与筒形内壁配合。
