油田抽油井气举管柱
技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种油田井下工具,特别是用于深井泵采油的一种油田抽油井气举管柱。
背景技术:本实用新型前,各油田为解决抽油井深井泵生产中伴生气过量所产生的气锁,多在泵下安装气液分离器,但是在采用CO2等气驱采油的情况下,由于产出液伴生气量过大时会导致气液分离器失效,只能从井口套管阀门排放,因而造成资源浪费和环境污染。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是:为气驱采油提供一种油田抽油井气举管柱,由于该装置设有一压控阀,当产出液伴生气量过大时,套管内的气体可通过压控阀进入到油管内,以保证泵下的气液分离器正常工作,并对油管内的产出液进行气压举升,从而避免因伴生气外排造成的资源浪费和环境污染。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下措施来实现的:一种油田抽油井气举管柱,是由油管、压控阀、深井泵、气液分离器、引鞋构成,其特征是由油管、深井泵、气液分离器、引鞋构成的抽油管柱中部油管上安装有一压控阀。
本实用新型用于气驱采油的油井上,套管内的产出液伴生气量过大时可通过压控阀进入到油管内,不仅能保证泵下的气液分离器正常工作,还可对油管内的产出液进行气压举升,从而避免因伴生气外排造成的资源浪费和环境污染。

具体实施方式:由油管3、深井泵6、气液分离器7、引鞋8构成的油田抽油井气举管柱,在其中部的油管3上安装有一压控阀4;其工作原理和使用方法是:使用前应将本装置下入井下并安装好井口1,再向油管3内下入活塞及油杆2;生产中当产出液伴生气量过大时,套管内的气体可通过压控阀4进入到油管3内,以保证气液分离器7正常工作,同时对油管3内的产出液进行气压举升,从而避免因伴生气外排造成的资源浪费和环境污染。
