发明内容:本发明的目的是:为油田井下作业提供一种油井负压采油管柱,由于该装置带有压差式的抽汲封隔器,可配合其他正常井下作业起、下管柱施工对地层进行负压采油,无需单独进行作业,因而可减少井下作业工作量。
本发明的目的是通过以下措施来实现的:一种油井负压采油管柱,是由抽汲封隔器、三通阀、固定阀构成,其特征是在正常井下作业的油管柱上依次安装抽汲封隔器、三通阀、固定阀。
本发明结构简单、使用方便,可在其他正常井下作业时,配合起、下管柱对地层进行负压采油施工,无需单独进行作业,因而可减少井下作业工作量。

具体实施方式:油井负压采油管柱是由抽汲封隔器1、三通阀2、固定阀3构成,并在正常井下施工的油管柱上依次安装抽汲封隔器1、三通阀2、固定阀3。
油井负压采油管柱的工作原理和使用方法是:先在其他正常井下施工的油管柱上根据地层情况依次安装抽汲封隔器1、三通阀2、固定阀3,当井下作业起、下管柱时,便可对地层进行负压采油施工。即当油管柱下行时,井下液流可使抽汲封隔器1充胀,并对地层产生低频高幅液力振动作用;当油管柱上行时,则可通过抽汲封隔器1对地层产生负压抽空作用,从而实现负压采油作业的目的。
