本发明涉及一种镁合金表面防腐的方法,配制浓度为32-35%的磷酸和磷酸盐溶液,将待处理的镁及镁合金放置于该溶液中36-60小时;用低压蒸汽加热待处理金属表面,加热温度为130-150℃,加热时间为10-20小时。

一种镁合金表面防腐的方法
技术领域
本发明属于金属表面除锈技术领域,特别是指一种镁合金表面防腐的方法。
背景技术
镁及镁合金为活泼金属,在自然环境中很容易腐蚀,镁及镁合金的腐蚀问题,目前主要有三种解决方式,第一种是涂覆防腐涂料,第二种是采用电镀耐腐蚀金属,第三种采用合金方式来解决,但对于大多数镁合金也需要进行防腐蚀处理。对于第一种和第二种处理方式,在进行防腐处理前要进行除锈处理,即用除锈剂去除金属表面的锈蚀或氧化层,再涂覆防腐蚀材料或电镀,这种方式增加了成本和操作工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种防腐蚀方法,该方法能够根据各领域中的镁及镁合金的腐蚀特点,在有效实现了抗腐蚀效果的同时减少了生产成本和环境污染。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种镁合金表面防腐的方法,其包括以下步骤:
1)配制浓度为32-35%的磷酸和磷酸盐溶液,将待处理的镁及镁合金放置于该溶液中36-60小时;所述磷酸和磷酸盐的摩尔比为1∶2;
2)用低压蒸汽加热待处理金属表面,加热温度为130-150℃,加热时间为10-20小时。
所述的磷酸盐为磷酸氢二铵,磷酸二氢铵或磷酸铵中的一种;优选为磷酸氢二铵。
本发明的有益效果是:
通过本发明的技术方案,不需要去除金属表面的氧化层或锈层,因此不会造成金属厚度的损失,并且将镁及镁合金表面的锈及氧化层直接转变为耐腐蚀防护层。

以下通过具体实施例来详细描述本发明的技术方案。
一种镁合金表面防腐的方法,其包括以下步骤:
1)配制浓度为32-35%的磷酸和磷酸盐溶液,将待处理的镁及镁合金放置于该溶液中36-60小时;所述磷酸和磷酸盐的摩尔比为1∶2;
2)用低压蒸汽加热待处理金属表面,加热温度为130-150℃,加热时间为10-20小时。
所述的磷酸盐为磷酸氢二铵,磷酸二氢铵或磷酸铵中的一种;优选为磷酸氢二铵。
在本技术方案中主要是利用分子的渗透性能,磷酸盐分子通过渗透进入到镁及镁合金内部,再经过蒸汽加热,磷酸盐和镁反应生成磷酸盐镁及氢氧化镁,而这两种产物均为难溶于水,并且因形成于镁及镁合金表面的内部,能够直接封闭表面的空隙,起到保护作用。
例用本技术方案对二块镁合金板进行处理,其中一块为有氧化层镁合金板,一块为表面经去除氧化层处理的镁合金板,将这二块镁合金板的一面均经相同条件用上述方式进行处理,并均于25-35℃的温度范围内140小时后,放置于25℃,8%盐溶液中60天后观察,经本技术方案处理一面的金属板没有变化,而没有经本技术方案处理的一面腐蚀现象相当明显。

1.一种镁合金表面防腐的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)配制浓度为32-35%的磷酸和磷酸盐溶液,将待处理的镁及镁合金放置于该溶液中36-60小时;所述磷酸与磷酸盐的摩尔比为1∶2;
2)用低压蒸汽加热待处理金属表面,加热温度为130-150℃,加热时间为10-20小时。
2.根据权利要求1所述的镁合金表面防腐的方法,其特征在于:所述的磷酸盐为磷酸氢二铵,磷酸二氢铵或磷酸铵中的一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的镁合金表面防腐的方法,其特征在于:所述的磷酸盐优选为磷酸氢二铵。
