本发明公开了一种改性沥青重度防水抗腐蚀船底荧光漆,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:甲基MQ硅树脂6-9、氯化橡胶10-14、二氨基环己烷4-6、乙烯-丙烯共聚物0.4-1.0、单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯0.3-0.7、甲苯氟磺胺0.6-1.0、二苯基硫脲1-2、改性沥青32-35、改性废弃水玻璃砂8-12、双十二碳醇酯1-2、氧化亚铜2-4、荧光粉2-4、植酸1-3、200号煤焦油溶剂7-9、二甲苯4-6、醋酸丁酯4-6;本发明将氯化橡胶和改性沥青添加在一起提高了油漆抗腐蚀性、粘附性、阻燃性、绝缘性和耐候性,重度防水抗腐蚀用于船底漆,添加的甲苯氟磺胺可以减少水生生物的附着,减少油料的消耗,在船底添加荧光粉增加辨识度减少损失,本发明还将废弃的水玻璃砂进行改性,既减少了环境的污染,且增加了油漆的耐火性和防火性,进一步提高了油漆的质量。

本发明涉及一种油漆及其制备方法,特别是一种改性沥青重度防水抗腐蚀船底荧光漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
船底漆长期浸泡于海水之中,受到海水的电化学腐蚀和冲刷作用,当船舶停泊于海港吋,还会受到海生物污损的威胁。由于船舶常用牺牲阳极或外加电流方式进行阴极保护,整个船体水下区域将成为阴极,受过量的OH离子作用而呈现碱性故船底必须具有良好的耐水性、耐碱性、耐磨性,其外层涂料还必须有良好的防止海生物污损的防污性。所以要求船舶漆具有良好的附着力、较好的耐水性、耐化学品性和耐磨性。营运中的船舶用油漆进行维修保养是为了最大限度的延长船舶内部、外部和各种设备的使用寿命,并尽可能减少船底海生物,以减少船舶阻力。我国的船舶漆起步晚,早期的船舶整体防护水平低,施工性能差,涂料干性差,漆膜薄,远洋轮船一般每年需进船坞一次重新涂漆。环氧漆的耐化学品性优良、附着力强、硬度高、耐冲击性好,因此得到迅速的发展和广泛的应用,沥青漆具有优良的耐腐蚀性,耐候性优异,但耐热性差,环氧漆或环氧沥青漆不仅作为船底防锈漆体系的主要品种,而且广泛应用于压载舱、淡水舱、化学品舱等作为舱用涂料。
水玻璃砂是由硅砂、水玻璃和辅加物混合配制而成。水玻璃无色、无臭、无毒,在浇铸过程中都没有刺激性或有毒气体的溢出,但过去水玻璃的加入量大,溃散性差,在清砂现场,硅尘飞扬,造成硅尘污染,旧砂再生困难,大量被废弃,造成环境的碱性污染。水玻璃的用途非常广泛,在化工系统被用来制造硅胶、五水偏硅酸钠、硅溶胶、硅酸钾钠等各种硅酸盐类产品,是硅化合物的基本原料;在轻工业中是洗衣粉、肥皂等洗涤剂中不可缺少的原料,也是水质软化剂、助沉剂;在纺织工业中用于助染、漂白和浆纱;在机械行业中广泛用于铸造、砂轮制造和金属防腐剂等;在建筑行业中用于制造快干水泥、土壤固化剂、耐火材料等;在农业方面可制造硅素肥料;另外用作肥皂的填料、实验室坩埚等耐高温材料、金属防腐剂、水软化剂、洗涤剂助剂、耐火材料和陶瓷原料、防水、堵漏、木材防火、食品防腐以及制胶粘剂等。本发明针对这一情况将废弃水玻璃砂进行改性添加到油漆中,不仅减少了环境污染,并且增强了油漆的耐酸性、耐热性、分散性和防火性等优点。

本发明的目的是提供一种改性沥青重度防水抗腐蚀船底荧光漆及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种改性沥青重度防水抗腐蚀船底荧光漆,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:甲基MQ硅树脂6-9、氯化橡胶10-14、二氨基环己烷4-6、乙烯-丙烯共聚物0.4-1.0、单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯0.3-0.7、甲苯氟磺胺0.6-1.0、二苯基硫脲1-2、改性沥青32-35、改性废弃水玻璃砂8-12、双十二碳醇酯1-2、氧化亚铜2-4、荧光粉2-4、植酸1-3、200号煤焦油溶剂7-9、二甲苯4-6、醋酸丁酯4-6;
所述改性沥青是由下列重量份的原料制成:沥青80-84、硬脂酸铝0.3-0.6、C9石油树脂4-6、羧甲基纤维素1-2、热塑性弹性体0.4-0.8、纳米蒙脱石粉1-2、聚乙烯蜡0.3-0.6、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯0.3-0.6、松香甘油酯0.5-1.0、异辛酸锌0.3-0.7、石棉纤维1-2、聚氧乙烯聚脂肪醇醚0.5-1.0、亚麻籽油7-9、顺丁烯二酸0.5-1.0、水12-15、醋酸丁醇2-3;制备方法是将顺丁烯二酸和亚麻籽油混合加热至160-190°C,反应完全后得到改性亚麻籽油备用;将沥青加热至150-190°C,经高速离心、剪切研磨成10-30μm的微粒,然后将聚氧乙烯聚脂肪醇醚、硬脂酸铝、热塑性弹性体、纳米蒙脱石粉、C9石油树脂和水混匀加热至60-90°C形成混合溶液,再将改性亚麻籽油、沥青和混合溶液混合以600-800转/分下研磨分散20分钟,再加入其余剩余物质,并以800-1200转/分下研磨分散20-30分钟即可。
本发明所述一种改性沥青重度防水抗腐蚀船底荧光漆,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将氯化橡胶、甲基MQ硅树脂、改性沥青、200号煤焦油溶剂、二氨基环己烷、二甲苯、醋酸丁酯投入反应釜中搅拌,反应温度控制在200-250°C,以600-800转/分下搅拌2-3小时;
(2)在相同的转速下加入改性废弃水玻璃砂、氧化亚铜、乙烯-丙烯共聚物、二苯基硫脲搅拌30-50分钟,降温至50-80°C再加入其余剩余的成分,在反应釜内搅拌、分散,将分散后的物料加到砂磨机中研磨分散均匀,并在1200-1400转/分下搅拌20-30分钟;
(3)将分散均匀的物料加到过滤机中进行过滤,过滤后得到细度为20-40μm的物料,将过滤后的物料包装即可。
本发明所述改性废弃水玻璃砂,制备方法是将废弃的水玻璃砂加到焙烧炉中,在150-200°C下高温焙烧1-2小时,将加热后的废弃水玻璃砂趁热加到旋转研磨装置中,通过高速搅拌研磨脱去表面粘结剂,再将该废弃水玻璃砂加到纯化水超声振荡2-3小时,再用水洗至中性烘干,再加入废弃水玻璃砂重量17%的海泡石、4%的炭黑和7%的氧化铝研磨至400目-600目细粉,再加入废弃水玻璃砂重量0.5-1%的钛酸正丁酯混合研磨均匀即可。
本发明的优点在于:本发明将氯化橡胶和改性沥青添加在一起提高了油漆抗腐蚀性、粘附性、阻燃性、绝缘性和耐候性,重度防水抗腐蚀用于船底漆,添加的甲苯氟磺胺可以减少水生生物的附着,减少油料的消耗,在船底添加荧光粉增加辨识度减少损失,本发明还将废弃的水玻璃砂进行改性,既减少了环境的污染,且增加了油漆的耐火性和防火性,进一步提高了油漆的质量。

一种改性沥青重度防水抗腐蚀船底荧光漆,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制备制成:甲基MQ硅树脂9、氯化橡胶13、二氨基环己烷4、乙烯-丙烯共聚物0.6、单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯0.5、甲苯氟磺胺0.7、二苯基硫脲1、改性沥青33、改性废弃水玻璃砂8、双十二碳醇酯1、氧化亚铜2、荧光粉2、植酸1、200号煤焦油溶剂9、二甲苯5、醋酸丁酯4;
所述改性沥青是由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:沥青82、硬脂酸铝0.5、C9石油树脂5、羧甲基纤维素1、热塑性弹性体0.6、纳米蒙脱石粉2、聚乙烯蜡0.4、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯0.4、松香甘油酯0.7、异辛酸锌0.3、石棉纤维1、聚氧乙烯聚脂肪醇醚0.6、亚麻籽油7、顺丁烯二酸0.7、水12、醋酸丁醇2;制备方法是将顺丁烯二酸和亚麻籽油混合加热至160-190°C,反应完全后得到改性亚麻籽油备用;将沥青加热至150-190°C,经高速离心、剪切研磨成10-30μm的微粒,然后将聚氧乙烯聚脂肪醇醚、硬脂酸铝、热塑性弹性体、纳米蒙脱石粉、C9石油树脂和水混匀加热至60-90°C形成混合溶液,再将改性亚麻籽油、沥青和混合溶液混合以600-800转/分下研磨分散20分钟,再加入其余剩余物质,并以800-1200转/分下研磨分散20-30分钟即可。

(2)在相同的转速下加入改性废弃水玻璃砂、氧化亚铜、乙烯-丙烯共聚物、二苯基硫脲搅拌30-50分钟,降温至50-80°C再加入其余剩余的成分,在反应釜内搅拌、分散,将分散后的物料加到砂磨机中研磨分散均匀,并在1200-1400转/分下搅拌20-30分钟;
(3)将分散均匀的物料加到过滤机中进行过滤,过滤后得到细度为20-40μm的物料,将过滤后的物料包装即可。

所述改性沥青是由下列重量份的原料制成:沥青80-84、硬脂酸铝0.3-0.6、C9石油树脂4-6、羧甲基纤维素1-2、热塑性弹性体0.4-0.8、纳米蒙脱石粉1-2、聚乙烯蜡0.3-0.6、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯0.3-0.6、松香甘油酯0.5-1.0、异辛酸锌0.3-0.7、石棉纤维1-2、聚氧乙烯聚脂肪醇醚0.5-1.0、亚麻籽油7-9、顺丁烯二酸0.5-1.0、水12-15、醋酸丁醇2-3;制备方法是将顺丁烯二酸和亚麻籽油混合加热至160-190°C,反应完全后得到改性亚麻籽油备用;将沥青加热至150-190°C,经高速离心、剪切研磨成10-30μm的微粒,然后将聚氧乙烯聚脂肪醇醚、硬脂酸铝、热塑性弹性体、纳米蒙脱石粉、C9石油树脂和水混匀加热至60-90°C形成混合溶液,再将改性亚麻籽油、沥青和混合溶液混合以600-800转/分下研磨分散20分钟,再加入其余剩余物质,并以800-1200转/分下研磨分散20-30分钟即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种改性沥青重度防水抗腐蚀船底荧光漆,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将氯化橡胶、甲基MQ硅树脂、改性沥青、200号煤焦油溶剂、二氨基环己烷、二甲苯、醋酸丁酯投入反应釜中搅拌,反应温度控制在200-250°C,以600-800转/分下搅拌2-3小时;
(2)在相同的转速下加入改性废弃水玻璃砂、氧化亚铜、乙烯-丙烯共聚物、二苯基硫脲搅拌30-50分钟,降温至50-80°C再加入其余剩余的成分,在反应釜内搅拌、分散,将分散后的物料加到砂磨机中研磨分散均匀,并在1200-1400转/分下搅拌20-30分钟;
(3)将分散均匀的物料加到过滤机中进行过滤,过滤后得到细度为20-40μm的物料,将过滤后的物料包装即可。
3.根据权利要求1所述改性废弃水玻璃砂,其特征在于,制备方法是将废弃的水玻璃砂加到焙烧炉中,在150-200°C下高温焙烧1-2小时,将加热后的废弃水玻璃砂趁热加到旋转研磨装置中,通过高速搅拌研磨脱去表面粘结剂,再将该废弃水玻璃砂加到纯化水超声振荡2-3小时,再用水洗至中性烘干,再加入废弃水玻璃砂重量17%的海泡石、4%的炭黑和7%的氧化铝研磨至400目-600目细粉,再加入废弃水玻璃砂重量0.5-1%的钛酸正丁酯混合研磨均匀即可。
