本发明提供了一种乳液型玻璃涂料,所述乳液型玻璃涂料由下列组份组成,按重量百分百计为:丙烯酸聚合物乳液,40‑60%;改性环氧树脂,0.1‑1%;固化剂,1‑6%;助溶剂,3‑25%;助剂,0.1‑1%;酸性催化剂,0.5‑5%;色浆,1‑10%;偶联剂,1‑1.5%;水,余量。与相关技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于,组份中不含树脂和有机溶剂,更加环保;此外,用乳液代替树脂,降低了成本。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及化学涂料领域,尤其涉及一种乳液型玻璃涂料。
【背景技术】
相关技术中,玻璃涂料为胺中和的溶剂型树脂涂料,在树脂合成中需要加入大量的有机溶剂。该技术的不足在于,其组份中使用的树脂和有机溶剂中含有苯,树脂和有机溶剂挥发时会产生大量有毒气体,对人体健康和环境有不利影响。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的乳液型玻璃涂料来克服上述技术问题。
【发明内容】
一种乳液型玻璃涂料,所述乳液型玻璃涂料由下列组份组成,按重量百分百计为:丙烯酸聚合物乳液,40-60%;改性环氧树脂,0.1-1%;固化剂,1-6%;助溶剂,3-25%;助剂,0.1-1%;酸性催化剂,0.5-5%;色浆,1-10%;偶联剂,1-1.5%;水,余量。
优选的,所述固化剂为氨基树脂。
优选的,所述助溶剂为醇类、醚类、醇醚类中的至少一种。
优选的,所述醇类为乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇中的至少一种,所述醚类为乙醚、丁醚、二乙醚中的至少一种,所述醇醚类为二乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚酸酯、乙二醇乙醚中的至少一种。
优选的,所述助剂包括流平剂和消泡剂。
优选的,所述偶联剂为硅烷类。
与相关技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于,组份中不含树脂和有机溶剂,因此更加环保;此外,用乳液代替树脂,降低了成本。

一种乳液型玻璃涂料,所述乳液型玻璃涂料由下列组份组成,按重量百分百计为:丙烯酸聚合物乳液,40%;改性环氧树脂,0.1%;氨基树脂,1%;乙醇,1%;异丙醇,1%;正丁醇,1%;流平剂,0.06%;消泡剂,0.04%;酸性催化剂,0.5%;红色色浆,1%;硅烷偶联剂,1%;水,余量。
实施例2
一种乳液型玻璃涂料,所述乳液型玻璃涂料由下列组份组成,按重量百分百计为:丙烯酸聚合物乳液,42%;改性环氧树脂,0.2%;氨基树脂,1.5%;乙醚,2%;丁醚,2%;二乙醚,2%;流平剂,0.12%;消泡剂,0.08%;酸性催化剂,1%;橙色色浆,2%;硅烷偶联剂,1.05%;水,余量。
实施例3
一种乳液型玻璃涂料,所述乳液型玻璃涂料由下列组份组成,按重量百分百计为:丙烯酸聚合物乳液,44%;改性环氧树脂,0.3%;氨基树脂,2%;二乙二醇丁醚,3%;丙二醇,3%;甲醚酸酯,2%;乙二醇乙醚,1%;流平剂,0.2%;消泡剂,0.1%;酸性催化剂,1.5%;黄色色浆,3%;硅烷偶联剂,1.%;水,余量。
实施例4
一种乳液型玻璃涂料,所述乳液型玻璃涂料由下列组份组成,按重量百分百计为:丙烯酸聚合物乳液,46%;改性环氧树脂,0.4%;氨基树脂,2.5%;乙醇,12%;流平剂,0.2%;消泡剂,0.2%;酸性催化剂,2%;绿色色浆,4%;硅烷偶联剂,1.1%;水,余量。
实施例5
一种乳液型玻璃涂料,所述乳液型玻璃涂料由下列组份组成,按重量百分百计为:丙烯酸聚合物乳液,48%;改性环氧树脂,0.5%;氨基树脂,3%;乙醚,15%;流平剂,0.4%;消泡剂,0.1%;酸性催化剂,2.5%;青色色浆,5%;硅烷偶联剂,1.2%;水,余量。
实施例6
一种乳液型玻璃涂料,所述乳液型玻璃涂料由下列组份组成,按重量百分百计为:丙烯酸聚合物乳液,60%;改性环氧树脂,1%;氨基树脂,6%;丙二醇,25%;流平剂,0.6%;消泡剂,0.4%;酸性催化剂,5%;紫色色浆,5%;硅烷偶联剂,1.5%;水,余量。
本发明乳液型玻璃涂料的制备方法如下:采用中和过的丙烯酸聚合物乳液为成膜主体物,加入水和改性环氧树脂,搅拌10min后,再加入固化剂(固化剂为氨基树脂)和助溶剂[助溶剂为醇类(乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇)、醚类(乙醚、丁醚、二乙醚)、醇醚类(二乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚酸酯、乙二醇乙醚)中的至少一种)],搅拌20min后,加入水、助溶剂、助剂(助剂为流平剂和消泡剂)和酸性催化剂,搅拌均匀,再根据颜色需求,加入对应颜色和型号的色浆搅拌均匀(色浆在选用前需要进行适应性测试,以保证漆膜的性能。若采用通用水性色浆,则加入前用水开稀,一边搅拌一边加入得到的漆膜效果更佳)。使用时,加入偶联剂并搅拌均匀。偶联剂加入后的八小时内涂料需使用完(否则,制备好的涂料会分层、絮凝)。表1为实施例1-6中乳液型玻璃涂料固化成膜后的性能指标,相关光泽度、附着力等均能达到相关技术中采用胺中和的溶剂型树脂涂料的性能等级,能满足使用需求。

与相关技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于,满足使用性能的前提下,本发明一种乳液型玻璃涂料的组份中不含树脂和有机溶剂,因此更加环保;此外,用乳液代替树脂,降低了成本。

1.一种乳液型玻璃涂料,其特征在于所述乳液型玻璃涂料由下列组份组成,按重量百分比计为:
丙烯酸聚合物乳液,40-60%;
改性环氧树脂,0.1-1%;
固化剂,1-6%;
助溶剂,3-25%;
助剂,0.1-1%;
酸性催化剂,0.5-5%;
色浆,1-10%;
偶联剂,1-1.5%;
水,余量;
所述固化剂为氨基树脂;
所述助溶剂为醇类、醚类、醇醚类中的至少一种;
所述醇类为乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇中的至少一种,所述醚类为乙醚、丁醚、二乙醚中的至少一种,所述醇醚类为二乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚酸酯、乙二醇乙醚中的至少一种;
所述助剂包括流平剂和消泡剂;
所述偶联剂为硅烷类。
