一种耐热抗紫外线汽车涂料专用填料,由下列重量份的原料制成:硬脂酸铅1.5-2.0、气相二氧化硅4-6、三盐基硫酸铅4-6、双酚A1-1.5、碳化钨2-3、碳化钛2-3、氯化镁1-1.5、硫酸亚铁1-1.5、对苯二胺2-3、偏硼酸钠1-2、硫酸铝1-1.5、轻质碳酸钙75-80、水适量、4-6%盐酸适量、助剂15-20;本发明填料分散性好,能够使得汽车涂料具有良好的遮盖力、附着力、粘度和较好地细度,而且能耐污染、耐冻融,通过添加气相二氧化硅,使得涂料耐洗刷、耐老化、耐碱,漆膜较丰满,光泽华丽柔和,鲜映性好,安全无毒;通过添加碳化钨、碳化钛,增加了涂料的耐磨性和耐热性。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,特别涉及一种耐热抗紫外线汽车涂料专用填料及其制备方法。
背景技术
汽车涂料就是指涂装在轿车等各类车辆车身及零部件上的涂料,一般指新车的涂料及辅助材料和车辆修补用涂料,现有的汽车涂料的种类较多,人们对车档次和性能的要求越来越高,包括对涂料的要求也提高了,不仅要求美观还具有良好的粘结强度、耐热、耐寒、耐酸碱、耐光,涂膜要平整光泽,同时要求环保健康,然而现有的涂料还难以达到各项要求,或者成本较高。通过使用填料不仅可以节约成本而且能提高涂料的性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐热抗紫外线汽车涂料专用填料及其制备方法,该填料本使得汽车涂料具有良好的遮盖力、附着力、粘度和较好地细度,而且能耐污染、耐冻融,使得涂料耐洗刷、耐老化、耐碱,漆膜较丰满,光泽华丽柔和,鲜映性好,安全无毒,增加了涂料的耐磨性和耐热性。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种耐热抗紫外线汽车涂料专用填料,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:硬脂酸铅1.5-2.0、气相二氧化硅4-6、三盐基硫酸铅4-6、双酚A1-1.5、碳化钨2-3、碳化钛2-3、氯化镁1-1.5、硫酸亚铁1-1.5、对苯二胺2-3、偏硼酸钠1-2、硫酸铝1-1.5、轻质碳酸钙75-80、水适量、4-6%盐酸适量、助剂15-20;
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:二甲基乙酰胺1-2、液体石蜡1-1.5、苯甲酸钠0.5-0.8、活性碳酸钙2-3、竹炭粉5-7、3-4%氢氧化钠溶液10-15、二茂铁0.4-0.6、太古油0.1-0.2、丙烯酸乙酯2-3、丙烯酸甲酯1-1.5、桂花精油0.1-0.2、硫磷丁辛基锌盐0.2-0.3、碳酸氢铵0.2-0.3、氧化铍0.5-0.8、磷酸三丁脂0.3-0.5、亚硫酸钙0.3-0.6、过硫酸钾0.1-0.2、过硫酸铵0.1-0.2、水适量;制备方法为:将竹炭粉与3-4%氢氧化钠溶液混合,加热至80-90℃,搅拌反应20-30分钟,水洗至pH为7-9,烘干,再与二甲基乙酰胺、液体石蜡、苯甲酸钠、二茂铁、桂花精油、硫磷丁辛基锌盐、碳酸氢铵、磷酸三丁脂、亚硫酸钙混合,研磨15-20分钟,得竹炭颗粒;再将太古油加入适量水中,再加入竹炭颗粒,搅拌均匀后加入丙烯酸乙酯,搅拌均匀后升温至70-80℃,加入过硫酸铵,搅拌反应20-30分钟,再加入活性碳酸钙、丙烯酸甲酯,搅拌均匀后加入其他剩余成分,继续搅拌反应40-50分钟,烘干,分散研磨成2-50μm的颗粒,即得。
所述的耐热抗紫外线汽车涂料专用填料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将轻质碳酸钙送入煅烧炉中,在700-800℃下煅烧2-3个小时,取出粉碎,过100目筛,再加入2-3倍的4-6%盐酸,加热至50-70℃,搅拌10-20分钟,过滤,得滤渣,按上述方法再酸洗一次,再水洗至中性,过滤,得颗粒;
(2)将硬脂酸铅、三盐基硫酸铅、双酚A、碳化钨、碳化钛、氯化镁、硫酸亚铁、对苯二胺、偏硼酸钠、硫酸铝混合,研磨20-30分钟,得混合物料;
(3)将第(1)步和第(2)步得到的物料混合,加入适量水搅拌成泥状,研磨成2-50μm的浆料,喷雾干燥,再与其他剩余成分混合均匀,即得。
本发明的有益效果
本发明填料分散性好,能够使得汽车涂料具有良好的遮盖力、附着力、粘度和较好地细度,而且能耐污染、耐冻融,通过添加气相二氧化硅,使得涂料耐洗刷、耐老化、耐碱,漆膜较丰满,光泽华丽柔和,鲜映性好,安全无毒;通过添加碳化钨、碳化钛,增加了涂料的耐磨性和耐热性。
具体实施方式
一种耐热抗紫外线汽车涂料专用填料,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:硬脂酸铅1.8、气相二氧化硅5、三盐基硫酸铅5、双酚A1.3、碳化钨2.5、碳化钛2.5、氯化镁1.3、硫酸亚铁1.3、对苯二胺2.5、偏硼酸钠1.5、硫酸铝1.3、轻质碳酸钙78、水适量、5%盐酸适量、助剂12;
所述助剂由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:二甲基乙酰胺1.5、液体石蜡1.3、苯甲酸钠0.6、活性碳酸钙2.5、竹炭粉6、3.5%氢氧化钠溶液13、二茂铁0.5、太古油0.1、丙烯酸乙酯2.5、丙烯酸甲酯1.3、桂花精油0.1、硫磷丁辛基锌盐0.2、碳酸氢铵0.3、氧化铍0.7、磷酸三丁脂0.4、亚硫酸钙0.5、过硫酸钾0.1、过硫酸铵0.1、水适量;制备方法为:将竹炭粉与3.5%氢氧化钠溶液混合,加热至85℃,搅拌反应25分钟,水洗至pH为8,烘干,再与二甲基乙酰胺、液体石蜡、苯甲酸钠、二茂铁、桂花精油、硫磷丁辛基锌盐、碳酸氢铵、磷酸三丁脂、亚硫酸钙混合,研磨17分钟,得竹炭颗粒;再将太古油加入适量水中,再加入竹炭颗粒,搅拌均匀后加入丙烯酸乙酯,搅拌均匀后升温至75℃,加入过硫酸铵,搅拌反应25分钟,再加入活性碳酸钙、丙烯酸甲酯,搅拌均匀后加入其他剩余成分,继续搅拌反应45分钟,烘干,分散研磨成2-50μm的颗粒,即得。
所述的耐热抗紫外线汽车涂料专用填料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将轻质碳酸钙送入煅烧炉中,在750℃下煅烧2.5个小时,取出粉碎,过100目筛,再加入2.5倍的5%盐酸,加热至60℃,搅拌15分钟,过滤,得滤渣,按上述方法再酸洗一次,再水洗至中性,过滤,得颗粒;
(2)将硬脂酸铅、三盐基硫酸铅、双酚A、碳化钨、碳化钛、氯化镁、硫酸亚铁、对苯二胺、偏硼酸钠、硫酸铝混合,研磨25分钟,得混合物料;
(3)将第(1)步和第(2)步得到的物料混合,加入适量水搅拌成泥状,研磨成2-50μm的浆料,喷雾干燥,再与其他剩余成分混合均匀,即得。
实验数据:将本实施例的填料添加到丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料中,添加量为8%,经检测干刮伤性(光泽保持率%)为95%,普通为83%;湿刮伤性(光泽保持率%)为83%,普通为71%
涂膜光泽(60°):3%,
耐水性:(25℃,96小时):无变化
耐乙醇性:(48小时):无变化
耐中性盐雾1000小时:合格
从以上数据可以看出该填料能够提高涂料的性能。

1.一种耐热抗紫外线汽车涂料专用填料,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:硬脂酸铅1.5-2.0、气相二氧化硅4-6、三盐基硫酸铅4-6、双酚A1-1.5、碳化钨2-3、碳化钛2-3、氯化镁1-1.5、硫酸亚铁1-1.5、对苯二胺2-3、偏硼酸钠1-2、硫酸铝1-1.5、轻质碳酸钙75-80、水适量、4-6%盐酸适量、助剂12-15;
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:二甲基乙酰胺1-2、液体石蜡1-1.5、苯甲酸钠0.5-0.8、活性碳酸钙2-3、竹炭粉5-7、3-4%氢氧化钠溶液10-15、二茂铁0.4-0.6、太古油0.1-0.2、丙烯酸乙酯2-3、丙烯酸甲酯1-1.5、桂花精油0.1-0.2、硫磷丁辛基锌盐0.2-0.3、碳酸氢铵0.2-0.3、氧化铍0.5-0.8、磷酸三丁脂0.3-0.5、亚硫酸钙0.3-0.6、过硫酸钾0.1-0.2、过硫酸铵0.1-0.2、水适量;制备方法为:将竹炭粉与3-4%氢氧化钠溶液混合,加热至80-90℃,搅拌反应20-30分钟,水洗至pH为7-9,烘干,再与二甲基乙酰胺、液体石蜡、苯甲酸钠、二茂铁、桂花精油、硫磷丁辛基锌盐、碳酸氢铵、磷酸三丁脂、亚硫酸钙混合,研磨15-20分钟,得竹炭颗粒;再将太古油加入适量水中,再加入竹炭颗粒,搅拌均匀后加入丙烯酸乙酯,搅拌均匀后升温至70-80℃,加入过硫酸铵,搅拌反应20-30分钟,再加入活性碳酸钙、丙烯酸甲酯,搅拌均匀后加入其他剩余成分,继续搅拌反应40-50分钟,烘干,分散研磨成2-50μm的颗粒,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐热抗紫外线汽车涂料专用填料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将轻质碳酸钙送入煅烧炉中,在700-800℃下煅烧2-3个小时,取出粉碎,过100目筛,再加入2-3倍的4-6%盐酸,加热至50-70℃,搅拌10-20分钟,过滤,得滤渣,按上述方法再酸洗一次,再水洗至中性,过滤,得颗粒;
(2)将硬脂酸铅、三盐基硫酸铅、双酚A、碳化钨、碳化钛、氯化镁、硫酸亚铁、对苯二胺、偏硼酸钠、硫酸铝混合,研磨20-30分钟,得混合物料;
(3)将第(1)步和第(2)步得到的物料混合,加入适量水搅拌成泥状,研磨成2-50μm的浆料,喷雾干燥,再与其他剩余成分混合均匀,即得。
