Abstract

一种自助逃生、运输的滑轮装置，能够在搬运物品的时候节省体力、人力，更能在火灾或地震时快速逃生。其由电机底座、电机、皮带、电机卷轴、运输钢丝绳、钢丝绳、销子、墙体扣件、支撑杆、滑轮一、滑轮二、限速装置、“U”形绳扣、钢丝绳卷轴、双向限速器组成。采用这样的结构后，不使用自助逃生、运输滑轮装置时，可收回在墙体保护该装置不受损坏。使用自助逃生、运输滑轮装置时，将支撑杆推出墙体外，通过电源开关控制电机，紧固“U”形绳扣卡死钢丝绳，钢丝绳通过限速装置吊起搬运的物品，可自动牵引物品升降来节省体力、人力；或在发生自然灾害的时候，电机关闭，松开“U”形绳扣，可以通过限速装置匀速下降，从而达到自助逃生的目的。

本发明涉及逃生、运输滑轮领域，具体涉及一种自助逃生、运输滑轮装置，能够在搬运物品的时候节省体力、人力，更能够在火灾或地震的时候快速逃生。 
背景技术
现今随着楼层越来越高，人们急切需要一种自助逃生、运输装置。比如：面粉、燃气罐、纯净水等物品无法搬至高楼；火灾或地震的时候不能够快速转移至楼下，可能会造成无法挽回的损失。 
中国专利申请号：2013306289596公开了《滑轮》装置，定滑轮组牵引装置，包括固定夹板、定滑轮、牵引绳、滑轮轴、轴承、旋转连接件、挂环及两组底部弹性组件；定滑轮通过滑轮轴与固定夹板连接，定滑轮形成倒置的等边三角形结构，牵引绳绕过定滑轮；轴承连接在滑轮轴的两端，旋转连接件连接在固定夹板的顶端，挂环连接在旋转连接件上，两组底部弹性组件设置在固定夹板的底部两侧，底部弹性组件包括底部安装板、连接座、弹簧座及弹簧。通过定滑轮分散受力，减少定滑轮的磨损，还能根据受力方向自动扭转，防止定滑轮扭转损坏，延长使用寿命。 
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种自助逃生、运输滑轮装置，能够在搬运物品的时候节省体力、人力，更能够在火灾或地震的时候快速逃生。 
为实现上述目的，本发明采用以下的技术方案：一种自助逃生、运输滑轮装置由电机底座、电机、皮带、电机卷轴、运输钢丝绳、钢丝绳、销子、墙体扣件、支撑杆、滑轮一、滑轮二、限速装置、“U”形绳扣、钢丝绳卷轴、双向限速器组成；其特征在于：电机底座一端固定电机，电机由皮带传动电机卷轴，电机卷轴通过运输钢丝绳、滑轮一、滑轮二穿过支撑杆连接双向限速器；支撑杆一端由墙体扣件配合销子紧固在墙体，支撑杆装配有滑轮一、滑轮二，由运输钢丝绳连接滑轮一、滑轮二；限速装置内部设有钢丝绳卷轴，钢丝绳卷轴通过钢丝绳穿过“U”形绳扣缠绕在双向限速器。 
采用这样的结构后，所述一种自助逃生、运输滑轮装置：在不使用自助逃生、运输滑轮装置的时候可收回在墙体保护自助逃生、运输滑轮装置不受损坏。在使用自助逃生、运输滑轮装置的时候将支撑杆推出墙体外，通过电源开关控制电机，紧固“U”形绳扣卡死钢丝绳，钢丝绳通过限速装置用钩子吊起搬运的物品，可自动牵引物品上升或下降来节省体力、人力；或在发生火灾、地震等自然灾害的时候，电机关闭，松开“U”形绳扣，可以通过限速装置匀速下降，从而达到自助逃生的目的。

如图所示，所述一种自助逃生、运输滑轮装置，能够在搬运物品的时候节 省体力、人力，更能够在火灾或地震的时候快速逃生。 
由电机底座1、电机2、皮带3、电机卷轴4、运输钢丝绳5、钢丝绳6、销子7、墙体扣件8、支撑杆9、滑轮一10、滑轮二11、限速装置12、“U”形绳扣13、钢丝绳卷轴14、双向限速器15组成； 
其特征在于：电机底座1一端固定电机2，电机2由皮带3传动电机卷轴4，电机卷轴4通过运输钢丝绳5、滑轮一10、滑轮二11穿过支撑杆9连接双向限速器15； 
支撑杆9一端由墙体扣件8配合销子7紧固在墙体，支撑杆9装配有滑轮一10、滑轮二11，由运输钢丝绳5连接滑轮一10、滑轮二11； 
限速装置12内部设有钢丝绳卷轴14，钢丝绳卷轴14通过钢丝绳6穿过“U”形绳扣13缠绕在双向限速器15。

1.一种自助逃生、运输滑轮装置，由电机底座(1)、电机(2)、皮带(3)、电机卷轴(4)、运输钢丝绳(5)、钢丝绳(6)、销子(7)、墙体扣件(8)、支撑杆(9)、滑轮一(10)、滑轮二(11)、限速装置(12)、“U”形绳扣(13)、钢丝绳卷轴(14)、双向限速器(15)组成；
其特征在于：电机底座(1)一端固定电机(2)，电机(2)由皮带(3)传动电机卷轴(4)，电机卷轴(4)通过运输钢丝绳(5)、滑轮一(10)、滑轮二(11)穿过支撑杆(9)连接双向限速器(15)；
支撑杆(9)一端由墙体扣件(8)配合销子(7)紧固在墙体，支撑杆(9)装配有滑轮一(10)、滑轮二(11)，由运输钢丝绳(5)连接滑轮一(10)、滑轮二(11)；
限速装置(12)内部设有钢丝绳卷轴(14)，钢丝绳卷轴(14)通过钢丝绳(6)穿过“U”形绳扣(13)缠绕在双向限速器(15)。
