随着塑料制品应用的不断推广，对其质量的要求越来越严格，塑料制品的强度及其质量的相对指标也越来越高，针对于传统的注塑技术而言，其成型需要很高的成本，并且成型后的强度以及质量并不如理想中那么好，目前市场上所采用的成型方式，是按照数模成型高度设计注塑机，往往是达不到理论高度，给广大注塑生产用户带来了麻烦。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种智能注塑机。
本发明的技术方案是：
一种智能注塑机，包括框架、压板、定位杆、显示仪和数据线，所述压板与框架底端通过定位杆连接，所述压板与框架顶端通过压力泵连接，所述压力泵与框架顶端通过固定环连接，所述框架的右侧固定有进料口，所述框架的左底端设有显示仪，所述框架底端内侧固定有压力检测装置，所述压力检测装置与显示仪通过数据线连接。
本发明的有益效果是：结构简单，制作成本低。

如图1所示的一种智能注塑机，包括框架1、压板2、定位杆3、显示仪7和数据线8，所述压板2与框架1底端通过定位杆3连接，所述压板2与框架1顶端通过压力泵4连接，所述压力泵4与框架1顶端通过固定环5连接，所述框架1的右侧固定有进料口6，所述框架1的左底端设有显示仪7，所述框架1底端内侧固定有压力检测装置9，所述压力检测装置9与显示仪7通过数据线8连接。本发明的有益效果是：结构简单，制作成本低。
