背景技术
随着塑料制品应用的不断推广,对其质量的要求越来越严格,塑料制品的强度及其质量的相对指标也越来越高,针对于传统的注塑技术而言,其成型需要很高的成本,并且成型后的强度以及质量并不如理想中那么好,目前市场上所采用的成型方式,是按照数模成型高度设计注塑机,往往是达不到理论高度,给广大注塑生产用户带来了麻烦。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种智能注塑机。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种智能注塑机,包括底座、长方体模、模盖板、显示仪和数据线,所述长方体模固定于底座上,所述模盖板设于长方体模的顶端,所述长方体模内部设有长方形压板,所述长方形压板与底座之间设有压力泵,所述长方体模的左端设有进料口,所述底座的左侧设有显示仪,所述长方体模的左侧固定有压力检测装置,所述压力检测装置与显示仪通过数据线连接。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,制作成本低。

如图1所示的一种智能注塑机,包括底座1、长方体模2、模盖板5、显示仪7和数据线8,所述长方体模2固定于底座1上,所述模盖板5设于长方体模2的顶端,所述长方体模2内部设有长方形压板4,所述长方形压板4与底座1之间设有压力泵3,所述长方体模2的左端设有进料口6,所述底座1的左侧设有显示仪7,所述长方体模2的左侧固定有压力检测装置9,所述压力检测装置9与显示仪7通过数据线8连接。本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,制作成本低。
