背景技术
随着塑料制品应用的不断推广，对其质量的要求越来越严格，塑料制品的强度及其质量的相对指标也越来越高，针对于传统的注塑技术而言，其成型需要很高的成本，并且成型后的强度以及质量并不如理想中那么好，目前市场上所采用的成型方式，是按照数模成型高度设计注塑机，往往是达不到理论高度，给广大注塑生产用户带来了麻烦。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种新型注塑机。
本发明的技术方案是：
一种新型注塑机，包括注塑机主体、下盖板、上盖板、电源连接口和导线，所述注塑机主体的内部固定有压力泵，所述压力泵的顶端固定有下盖板，所述上盖板与下盖板通过固定杆连接，所述下盖板的左端固定有进料口，所述注塑机主体的左侧设有电源连接口，所述下盖板上固定有平整度检测装置，所述平整度检测装置与电源连接口通过导线连接。
本发明的有益效果是：结构简单，制作成本低。

如图1所示的一种新型注塑机，包括注塑机主体1、下盖板2、上盖板3、电源连接口7和导线8，所述注塑机主体1的内部固定有压力泵5，所述压力泵5的顶端固定有下盖板2，所述上盖板3与下盖板2通过固定杆4连接，所述下盖板2的左端固定有进料口6，所述注塑机主体1的左侧设有电源连接口7，所述下盖板2上固定有平整度检测装置9，所述平整度检测装置9与电源连接口7通过导线8连接。本发明的有益效果是：结构简单，制作成本低。
