背景技术
随着塑料制品应用的不断推广,对其质量的要求越来越严格,塑料制品的强度及其质量的相对指标也越来越高,针对于传统的注塑技术而言,其成型需要很高的成本,并且成型后的强度以及质量并不如理想中那么好,目前市场上所采用的成型方式,是按照数模成型高度设计注塑机,往往是达不到理论高度,给广大注塑生产用户带来了麻烦。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种新型注塑机。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种新型注塑机,包括框架、压板、定位杆、电源连接口和导线,所述压板与框架底端通过定位杆连接,所述压板与框架顶端通过压力泵连接,所述压力泵与框架顶端通过固定环连接,所述框架的右侧固定有进料口,所述框架的左底端设有电源连接口,所述框架底端内侧固定有平整度检测装置,所述平整度检测装置与电源连接口通过导线连接。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,制作成本低。

如图1所示的一种新型注塑机,包括框架1、压板2、定位杆3、电源连接口7和导线8,所述压板2与框架1底端通过定位杆3连接,所述压板2与框架1顶端通过压力泵4连接,所述压力泵4与框架1顶端通过固定环5连接,所述框架1的右侧固定有进料口6,所述框架1的左底端设有电源连接口7,所述框架1底端内侧固定有平整度检测装置9,所述平整度检测装置9与电源连接口7通过导线8连接。本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,制作成本低。

1.一种新型注塑机,包括框架、压板、定位杆、电源连接口和导线,所述压板与框架底端通过定位杆连接,所述压板与框架顶端通过压力泵连接,所述压力泵与框架顶端通过固定环连接,所述框架的右侧固定有进料口,所述框架的左底端设有电源连接口,其特征在于:所述框架底端内侧固定有平整度检测装置,所述平整度检测装置与电源连接口通过导线连接。
