随着塑料制品应用的不断推广，对其质量的要求越来越严格，塑料制品的强度及其质量的相对指标也越来越高，针对于传统的注塑技术而言，其成型需要很高的成本，并且成型后的强度以及质量并不如理想中那么好，目前市场上所采用的成型方式，是按照数模成型高度设计注塑机，往往是达不到理论高度，给广大注塑生产用户带来了麻烦。

本发明提供了一种智能注塑机。
本发明的技术方案是：
一种智能注塑机，包括固定轴、下盖板、上盖板、固定环、显示仪和数据线，所述下盖板通过固定杆a固定，所述固定杆a的右端与固定轴通过固定环连接，所述上盖板通过固定杆b固定，所述固定杆b的右端与固定轴通过固定环连接，所述下盖板的左端固定有进料口，所述下盖板的下侧设有显示仪，所述下盖板内部固定有压力检测装置，所述压力检测装置与显示仪通过数据线连接。
本发明的有益效果是：结构简单，制作成本低。
