本发明涉及一种智能注塑机。
背景技术
随着塑料制品应用的不断推广,对其质量的要求越来越严格,塑料制品的强度及其质量的相对指标也越来越高,针对于传统的注塑技术而言,其成型需要很高的成本,并且成型后的强度以及质量并不如理想中那么好,目前市场上所采用的成型方式,是按照数模成型高度设计注塑机,往往是达不到理论高度,给广大注塑生产用户带来了麻烦。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种智能注塑机。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种智能注塑机,包括注塑机主体、盖板、显示仪和数据线,所述盖板中凿有瓶口型凹槽,所述注塑机主体中凿有瓶身型凹槽,所述注塑机主体的右端固定有进料口,所述注塑机主体的左底端设有显示仪,所述瓶身型凹槽的底部固定有压力检测装置,所述压力检测装置与显示仪通过数据线连接。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,制作成本低。

如图1所示的一种智能注塑机,包括注塑机主体1、盖板2、显示仪6和数据线7,所述盖板2中凿有瓶口型凹槽3,所述注塑机主体1中凿有瓶身型凹槽4,所述注塑机主体1的右端固定有进料口5,所述注塑机主体1的左底端设有显示仪6,所述瓶身型凹槽3的底部固定有压力检测装置8,所述压力检测装置8与显示仪6通过数据线7连接。本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,制作成本低。
