本发明公开了一种木地板喷漆装置，包括机架、漆桶、定量泵、第一喷漆装置和第二喷漆装置，机架上依次设有传送带、第一喷漆装置和第二喷漆装置，第一喷漆装置和第二喷漆装置均通过定量泵与漆桶连接；机架上还设有透明罩体，第一喷漆装置和第二喷漆装置均设置在罩体内；所述第一喷漆装置包括四边形喷头支架、喷头和四边形管路，四边形喷头支架的两个短边的中部固定在机架上，四边形喷头支架的四个边上均匀设置有喷头，每个喷头均与四边形管路连通，四边形管路与定量泵连通。本发明能够一次性完成木地板四个面的喷漆工作，极大的提高了木地板的喷漆效率。

一种木地板喷漆装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种木地板喷漆装置，属于机械设备领域。
背景技术
随着社会的发展，人们的生活水平日益提高，人们越来越追求高品质的生活。木地板可以提高家装的档次，受到越来越多人的欢迎。
由于纯天然实木地板的价额昂贵使很多人望而却步，因此人们发明了复合地板，在木板表面贴上木纹纸，生产出来的木地板与天然实木地板很像，而且价格便宜，适合大部分人购买。
但是这种复合地板的生产工序非常复杂，由于使用的是木纹纸，木纹没有立体感，让人觉得很不真实，而且木地板会释放有害气体，严重影响人们的健康。
因此人们想到了在复合木地板的表面压出木纹纹理然后再喷上油漆，这样能给人一种天然木材的感觉，但是目前人们所使用的喷漆设备只能对木地板单面进行喷漆，喷完一面后将木地板翻转，然后再喷涂另一面，而且木地板的侧面只能够进行人工喷涂，这样就造成了木地板的喷漆效率非常低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，提供一种木地板喷漆装置，它能够一次性完成木地板四个面的喷漆工作，极大的提高了木地板的喷漆效率。
本发明的技术方案：一种木地板喷漆装置，包括机架、漆桶、定量泵、第一喷漆装置和第二喷漆装置，机架上依次设有传送带、第一喷漆装置和第二喷漆装置，第一喷漆装置和第二喷漆装置均通过定量泵与漆桶连接；机架上还设有透明罩体，第一喷漆装置和第二喷漆装置均设置在罩体内；所述第一喷漆装置包括四边形喷头支架、喷头和四边形管路，四边形喷头支架的两个短边的中部固定在机架上，四边形喷头支架的四个边上均匀设置有喷头，每个喷头均与四边形管路连通，四边形管路与定量泵连通。
前述的木地板喷漆装置中，所述第二喷漆装置包括上漆辊、下漆辊、喷淋管和漆辊支架，上漆辊和下漆辊分别通过漆辊支架固定在机架的顶部和底部，上漆辊的上方和下漆辊的下方均设有喷淋管，喷淋管与定量泵连通。
前述的木地板喷漆装置中，所述喷头由圆柱形喷头壳体和锥形挡帽组成，圆柱形壳体内的中心位置设有连接螺杆，锥形挡帽尖端设有与连接螺杆相配合的螺帽。通过调节锥形挡帽的高度可以调整喷头喷出油漆的范围，根据不同大小的木地板可以灵活调整。
与现有技术相比，本发明第一喷漆装置上的四边形喷头支架的四个边上均设置有喷头，这样就能一次性将木地板的四个面同时喷上油漆，另外本发明还设置了第二喷漆装置，通过上漆辊和下漆辊对木地板进行第二次上漆，有效提高了木地板的上漆质量。通过设置透明罩体，一方面便于观察罩体内的喷漆情况，另一方面还能够有效隔离油漆内的有害气体，防止工作人员吸入。
通过本发明的喷头，可以自由调节喷头的喷涂范围，能够有效提高喷漆效率和喷漆质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本专利技术作进一步的说明。
本发明的实施例：如图1所示，一种木地板喷漆装置，包括机架1、漆桶2、定量泵3、第一喷漆装置4和第二喷漆装置5，机架1上依次设有传送带6、第一喷漆装置4和第二喷漆装置5，第一喷漆装置4和第二喷漆装置5均通过定量泵3与漆桶2连接；机架1上还设有透明罩体7，第一喷漆装置4和第二喷漆装置5均设置在罩体7内。
如图2所示，第一喷漆装置4包括四边形喷头支架8、喷头9和四边形管路10，四边形喷头支架8的两个短边的中部固定在机架1上，四边形喷头支架8的四个边上均匀设置有喷头9，每个喷头9均与四边形管路10连通，四边形管路10与定量泵3连通。第二喷漆装置5包括上漆辊11、下漆辊12、喷淋管13和漆辊支架14，上漆辊11和下漆辊12分别通过漆辊支架14固定在机架1的顶部和底部，上漆辊11的上方和下漆辊12的下方均设有喷淋管13，喷淋管13与定量泵3连通。
所述第二喷涂装置5的上漆辊11和下漆辊12内部设有旋转电机（图中未画出），上漆辊11和下漆辊12可以自动旋转且转速可调。
如图3所示，喷头9由圆柱形喷头壳体15和锥形挡帽16组成，圆柱形壳体15内的中心位置设有连接螺杆17，锥形挡帽16尖端设有与连接螺杆17相配合的螺帽18。
本发明的工作原理：将待加工的木地板放到传送带6上，传送带6将木地板送入透明罩体7内，在透明罩体7内木地板首先经过第一喷漆装置4，定量泵3将漆桶2内的油漆输送到四边形管路10内，然后再通过四边形喷头支架8四个边上的喷头9喷出，同时将木地板的四个面喷上油漆，然后木地板进入第二喷漆装置5，通过喷淋管13将油漆喷到上漆辊11和下漆辊12上，上漆辊11和下漆辊12再将油漆均匀的涂抹到木地板的上下两个面上，在上漆辊11和下漆辊12的转动作用下木地板被送出透明罩体7，工作人员将木地板码放整齐并进行晾晒。

1.一种木地板喷漆装置，其特征在于：包括机架（1）、漆桶（2）、定量泵（3）、第一喷漆装置（4）和第二喷漆装置（5），机架（1）上依次设有传送带（6）、第一喷漆装置（4）和第二喷漆装置（5），第一喷漆装置（4）和第二喷漆装置（5）均通过定量泵（3）与漆桶（2）连接；机架（1）上还设有透明罩体（7），第一喷漆装置（4）和第二喷漆装置（5）均设置在罩体（7）内；所述第一喷漆装置（4）包括四边形喷头支架（8）、喷头（9）和四边形管路（10），四边形喷头支架（8）的两个短边的中部固定在机架（1）上，四边形喷头支架（8）的四个边上均匀设置有喷头（9），每个喷头（9）均与四边形管路（10）连通，四边形管路（10）与定量泵（3）连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种木地板喷漆装置，其特征在于：所述第二喷漆装置（5）包括上漆辊（11）、下漆辊（12）、喷淋管（13）和漆辊支架（14），上漆辊（11）和下漆辊（12）分别通过漆辊支架（14）固定在机架（1）的顶部和底部，上漆辊（11）的上方和下漆辊（12）的下方均设有喷淋管（13），喷淋管（13）与定量泵（3）连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种木地板喷漆装置，其特征在于：所述喷头（9）由圆柱形喷头壳体（15）和锥形挡帽（16）组成，圆柱形壳体（15）内的中心位置设有连接螺杆（17），锥形挡帽（16）尖端设有与连接螺杆（17）相配合的螺帽（18）。
