背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对内衣面料的要求越来越严格,例如必须透气、吸湿、穿着舒适等,但是人体在运动或者是干体力活后,容易产生各种各样的异味,令人尴尬。

本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防湿除味的内衣面料,能够将2种优质纤维及其他纤维混合纺织,具有防湿、除味的功能、并分解空气中有害物质,具有脱臭功效。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种防湿除味的内衣面料,由经线、纬线相互编制制成,所述经线由棉纤维、竹纤维和椰炭PET纤维混合纺织而成,所述纬线由粘胶纤维及棉纤维混合纺织而成,所述的经线中竹纤维所占的重量百分比为15%~25%,椰炭PET纤维所占的重量百分比为25%~30%,所述纬线中棉纤维所占的重量百分比为50%~65%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述经线中竹纤维所占的重量百分比为25%,椰炭PET纤维所占的重量百分比为30%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述纬线中棉纤维所占的重量百分比为65%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了一种防湿除味的内衣面料,能够将2种优质纤维及其他纤维混合纺织,具有防湿、除味的功能、并分解空气中有害物质,具有脱臭功效。

进一步的,所述经线中竹纤维所占的重量百分比为25%,椰炭PET纤维所占的重量百分比为30%,所述椰炭PET纤维含有椰炭颗粒,在制成服装后仍保持活性,纤维中的椰炭形成一种多孔渗水的表面,能吸附臭味,具有防湿、除味、防紫外线等功能。
进一步的,所述纬线中棉纤维所占的重量百分比为65%
