本发明公开了一种网版蚀刻法镍片成型工艺。工艺包括原材料开料、原材料前处理、涂油、丝网排版、蚀刻、脱膜、蚀刻完成取出清洗、烘干。将成熟的网版蚀刻工艺应用于电池组镍片加工领域,实现了锂离子动力电池组镍片低成本快速制作。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种网版蚀刻法镍片成型工艺。
背景技术
现有电池组镍片制作多为五金冲压模具成型,适合大批量生产。而企业在研发打样或市场订单量不大时(如电池组300套左右),往往对镍片的制作左右为难。若用模具冲压,模具制作成本高、制作周期长;若用CNC线切割加工,加工时间长、成本高、镍材浪费大。本发明是通过成熟的网版蚀刻工艺,实现电池组镍片小批量低成本快速制作的要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题和提出的技术任务是克服现有电池组研发打样或小批量生产时镍片制作成本高、周期长等缺陷。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种网版蚀刻法镍片成型工艺,包括8道工序,该8道工序依次为, (1)原材料开料、(2)原材料前处理、(3)涂油、(4)丝网排版、(5)蚀刻、(6)脱膜、(7)蚀刻完成取出清洗、(8)烘干。所述8道工序形成网版腐蚀工艺,可实现电池组镍片小批量低成本快速制作的要求。
所述网版腐蚀工艺,必须能实现网版蚀刻加工。
所述网版腐蚀工艺,必须能实现批量生产。
所述网版腐蚀工艺,必须能实现同等条件下与模具冲压成型、CNC线切割加工对比有明显的成本优势、制作周期优势。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图对本发明做进一步说明。
1、如图1所示,先在基板上用丝印或网印的方式把基板上需要保护的部位遮住,然后侵蚀掉不需要的部位,最后退去保护膜,得到制品的一种加工方式。
2、如图2所示,蚀刻完成后的成品。

1.一种网版腐蚀法镍片成型工艺,工艺包括:(1)原材料开料、(2)原材料前处理、(3)涂油、(4)丝网排版、(5)蚀刻、(6)脱膜、(7)蚀刻完成取出清洗、(8)烘干。
2.如权利要求1所述网版蚀刻工艺,其特征是:将成熟的网版蚀刻工艺应用于电池组镍片加工领域,实现锂离子动力电池组镍片低成本快速制作。
