Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐候磁性铝颜料及其制备方法,其由以下重量份的原料制成:改性铝粉75-95、矽丽粉20-30、二新戊酸聚氧丙烯酯4-7、荷荷巴油15-25、芥酸酰胺5-10、双酚A二缩水甘油醚15-20、云母粉10-15、二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯2-3、甲基葡萄糖苷倍半硬脂酸酯1-2、六甲基磷酰三胺3-5、间苯二酚单苯甲酸酯2-3。本发明制得的磁性铝颜料具有突出的耐候性能和光泽保持率,也具有优异的耐温性和耐化学性,抗紫外线、抗风化、抗黄变,保色时间长,经久耐用,市场前景广阔。

技术领域
本发明一种耐候磁性铝颜料及其制备方法,属于铝颜料领域。
背景技术
铝颜料是鳞片状粉末,与其他颜料相比,具有遮盖底材、物理屏蔽、双色效应、漂浮及金属闪光效应等独特的性能,广泛应用于颜料、涂料、油墨、油漆等行业。近年来随着我国经济水平的不断提高以及现代涂料行业的迅速发展,人们对装饰装潢的质量有着更深的理解和更高的要求,因此,铝颜料的需求量也逐渐加大,对其性能的要求也愈加严格。不仅要求其具有独特的3D立体效果,还要求具有很好的耐候性能,然而目前市场上的铝颜料普遍不具有磁性,在磁场下不能按照磁场的方向定向排列,当涂层干燥后不能形成很好的立体艺术效果,同时还具有耐候性差的缺点,因此,急需开发出一种新型的耐候磁性铝颜料,以满足市场需求。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种耐候磁性铝颜料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种耐候磁性铝颜料,由以下重量份的原料制成:改性铝粉75-95、矽丽粉20-30、二新戊酸聚氧丙烯酯4-7、荷荷巴油15-25、芥酸酰胺5-10、双酚A二缩水甘油醚15-20、云母粉10-15、二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯2-3、甲基葡萄糖苷倍半硬脂酸酯1-2、六甲基磷酰三胺3-5、间苯二酚单苯甲酸酯2-3;
所述改性铝粉的制备方法如下:a、以质量份数计,取100份微米级球形铝粉加入球磨机内,再依次加入200-300份蒸馏水、4-8份木质素磺酸钠、2.5-4.5份柠檬酸、3-6份三乙醇胺、2-4份全氟辛基磺酸四乙基铵、1-2份牛脂二胺二油酸盐,30-50r/min球磨24-48h,球料比为20-30:1,球磨结束后出料,静置,抽去上清液,70-80℃真空干燥;b、取20-30份ZnCl2、20-30份BaCl2·2H2O、30-40份NiCl2·6H2O、60-70份FeCl3·6H2O混合均匀,加入400-500份蒸馏水中,搅拌至完全溶解,然后加入装有步骤a处理的铝粉的反应釜中,水浴加热至70-80℃并恒温,再滴加25%氨水调节溶液PH=8-10,搅拌2-3h,抽滤,滤饼用蒸馏水洗涤至中性,60-70℃真空干燥后置于450-550℃温度下焙烧2-3h,自然冷却至室温;c、将步骤b处理得到的铝粉分散于250-350份无水乙醇中,再加入2.5-4.5份25%氨水和8-12份蒸馏水,搅拌均匀后在40-50℃下按0.5-1滴/秒的滴加速率滴入12-18份正硅酸乙酯、8-14份乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和15-25份无水乙醇组成的混合溶液,搅拌反应3-6h,抽滤,用无水乙醇洗涤产物三次,55-65℃真空干燥,即得改性铝粉。
上述改性铝粉石通过溶胶凝胶法在片状铝粉粒子的表面包覆由氧化铁、氧化锌、氧化镍、氧化钡组成的铁氧体材料,使片状铝粉具有磁性,具有良好的定向性和排列性,当涂层干燥后就按照一定的方式固定下来,形成立体图案。
一种耐候磁性铝颜料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取改性铝粉、二新戊酸聚氧丙烯酯、荷荷巴油、双酚A二缩水甘油醚一同投入分散机内,250-450r/min搅拌4-5h,搅拌好后压滤,真空干燥,得混合料A;
(2)取矽丽粉、云母粉、二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯、甲基葡萄糖苷倍半硬脂酸酯、芥酸酰胺一同加入捏合机内,40-60r/min搅拌4-6h,取出真空干燥,得混合料B;
(3)将上述得到的混合料A、混合料B与余下原料混合均匀,包装即得成品。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明制得的磁性铝颜料具有突出的耐候性能和光泽保持率,也具有优异的耐温性和耐化学性,抗紫外线、抗风化、抗黄变,保色时间长,经久耐用,市场前景广阔。
具体实施方式
实施例
一种耐候磁性铝颜料,由以下重量份的原料制成:改性铝粉85、矽丽粉25、二新戊酸聚氧丙烯酯6、荷荷巴油20、芥酸酰胺8、双酚A二缩水甘油醚16、云母粉12、二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯2.5、甲基葡萄糖苷倍半硬脂酸酯1.5、六甲基磷酰三胺4、间苯二酚单苯甲酸酯2.5;
所述改性铝粉的制备方法如下:a、以质量份数计,取100份微米级球形铝粉加入球磨机内,再依次加入280份蒸馏水、7份木质素磺酸钠、4份柠檬酸、5份三乙醇胺、3.5份全氟辛基磺酸四乙基铵、2份牛脂二胺二油酸盐,50r/min球磨24h,球料比为27:1,球磨结束后出料,静置,抽去上清液,80℃真空干燥;b、取28份ZnCl2、26份BaCl2·2H2O、37份NiCl2·6H2O、68份FeCl3·6H2O混合均匀,加入480份蒸馏水中,搅拌至完全溶解,然后加入装有步骤a处理的铝粉的反应釜中,水浴加热至70℃并恒温,再滴加25%氨水调节溶液PH=10,搅拌3h,抽滤,滤饼用蒸馏水洗涤至中性,70℃真空干燥后置于550℃温度下焙烧2h,自然冷却至室温;c、将步骤b处理得到的铝粉分散于330份无水乙醇中,再加入5份25%氨水和11份蒸馏水,搅拌均匀后在50℃下按1滴/秒的滴加速率滴入16份正硅酸乙酯、12份乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和24份无水乙醇组成的混合溶液,搅拌反应5h,抽滤,用无水乙醇洗涤产物三次,60℃真空干燥,即得改性铝粉。
一种耐候磁性铝颜料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取改性铝粉、二新戊酸聚氧丙烯酯、荷荷巴油、双酚A二缩水甘油醚一同投入分散机内,350r/min搅拌4h,搅拌好后压滤,真空干燥,得混合料A;
(2)取矽丽粉、云母粉、二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯、甲基葡萄糖苷倍半硬脂酸酯、芥酸酰胺一同加入捏合机内,50r/min搅拌5h,取出真空干燥,得混合料B;
(3)将上述得到的混合料A、混合料B与余下原料混合均匀,包装即得成品。
上述实施例制备的磁性铝颜料的各个性能检测结果如表1 所示

Claims (2)
1.一种耐候磁性铝颜料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:改性铝粉75-95、矽丽粉20-30、二新戊酸聚氧丙烯酯4-7、荷荷巴油15-25、芥酸酰胺5-10、双酚A二缩水甘油醚15-20、云母粉10-15、二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯2-3、甲基葡萄糖苷倍半硬脂酸酯1-2、六甲基磷酰三胺3-5、间苯二酚单苯甲酸酯2-3;
所述改性铝粉的制备方法如下:a、以质量份数计,取100份微米级球形铝粉加入球磨机内,再依次加入200-300份蒸馏水、4-8份木质素磺酸钠、2.5-4.5份柠檬酸、3-6份三乙醇胺、2-4份全氟辛基磺酸四乙基铵、1-2份牛脂二胺二油酸盐,30-50r/min球磨24-48h,球料比为20-30:1,球磨结束后出料,静置,抽去上清液,70-80℃真空干燥;b、取20-30份ZnCl2、20-30份BaCl2·2H2O、30-40份NiCl2·6H2O、60-70份FeCl3·6H2O混合均匀,加入400-500份蒸馏水中,搅拌至完全溶解,然后加入装有步骤a处理的铝粉的反应釜中,水浴加热至70-80℃并恒温,再滴加25%氨水调节溶液PH=8-10,搅拌2-3h,抽滤,滤饼用蒸馏水洗涤至中性,60-70℃真空干燥后置于450-550℃温度下焙烧2-3h,自然冷却至室温;c、将步骤b处理得到的铝粉分散于250-350份无水乙醇中,再加入2.5-4.5份25%氨水和8-12份蒸馏水,搅拌均匀后在40-50℃下按0.5-1滴/秒的滴加速率滴入12-18份正硅酸乙酯、8-14份乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和15-25份无水乙醇组成的混合溶液,搅拌反应3-6h,抽滤,用无水乙醇洗涤产物三次,55-65℃真空干燥,即得改性铝粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐候磁性铝颜料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)取改性铝粉、二新戊酸聚氧丙烯酯、荷荷巴油、双酚A二缩水甘油醚一同投入分散机内,250-450r/min搅拌4-5h,搅拌好后压滤,真空干燥,得混合料A;
(2)取矽丽粉、云母粉、二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯、甲基葡萄糖苷倍半硬脂酸酯、芥酸酰胺一同加入捏合机内,40-60r/min搅拌4-6h,取出真空干燥,得混合料B;
(3)将上述得到的混合料A、混合料B与余下原料混合均匀,包装即得成品。
