本发明涉及线束总成技术领域,它公开了一种线束接头用热缩管,包括以下重量份的原料:PVC树脂100份,增韧剂2—8份,氯化聚氯乙烯2—8份,增塑剂DOP3—10份,三盐基性硫酸铅2—5份,二盐基础性亚磷酸铅2—5份,白色色母料1—3份,活性碳酸钙15—25份,丁腈橡胶3—7份,硬脂酸钡1—2份,石蜡1—6份,硬脂酸1—5份。本发明热缩管质量轻,强度高,成本低,易成型,具有优异的耐候性、绝缘性能、耐温性、阻燃性和耐腐蚀性,耐老化,导热性低。

技术领域
本发明涉及线束总成技术领域,尤其涉及到一种线束接头用热缩管。
背景技术
线束是电路中连接各电器设备的接线部件,由绝缘护套、接线端子、导线及绝缘包扎材料等组成。线束包扎起到耐磨、阻燃、防腐蚀、防止干扰、降低噪声、美化外观的作用,一般根据工作环境和空间大小来选择包扎材料。在包扎材料的选择上通常有胶带、波纹管和PVC管。PVC热缩套管具有遇热收缩的特殊功能,加热98℃以上即可收缩,使用方便。产品按耐温分为85℃和105℃两大系列。用于电解电容器、电感,产品耐高温性能好、无二次收缩,可代为印刷。用于各种充电电池的单体、组合包装,并代为设计、印刷图样,并可代客裁切。用于各种窗帘杆、浴帘杆、挂杆、拖把杆、扫帚柄、工具杆、伸缩杆、园林工具、撑杆等管状物品的外包覆。并可用于低压室内母线铜排、接头、线束的标识、绝缘外包覆。效率高、设备投资少、综合成本小。但是目前PVC热缩套管材料不容易成型,耐温性差,尤其是在恶劣的天气环境下,大大影响了正常的使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种线束接头用热缩管,易成型,耐腐蚀,重量轻且坚固,绝缘性好,导热性低。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种线束接头用热缩管,包括以下重量份的原料:PVC树脂100份,增韧剂2—8份,氯化聚氯乙烯2—8份,增塑剂DOP3—10份,三盐基性硫酸铅2—5份,二盐基础性亚磷酸铅2—5份,白色色母料1—3份,活性碳酸钙15—25份,丁腈橡胶3—7份,硬脂酸钡1—2份,石蜡1—6份,硬脂酸1—5份。
优选的,所述线束接头用热缩管包括以下重量份的原料:PVC树脂100份,增韧剂5份,氯化聚氯乙烯6份,增塑剂DOP3.5份,三盐基性硫酸铅2.5份,二盐基础性亚磷酸铅2.5份,白色色母料1.5份,活性碳酸钙18份,丁腈橡胶4份,硬脂酸钡1.5份,石蜡2份,硬脂酸2份。
优选的,所述线束接头用热缩管包括以下重量份的原料:PVC树脂100份,增韧剂6份,氯化聚氯乙烯5份,增塑剂DOP4份,三盐基性硫酸铅3份,二盐基础性亚磷酸铅3份,白色色母料2份,活性碳酸钙20份,丁腈橡胶5份,硬脂酸钡1份,石蜡3份,硬脂酸3份。

更优选的,所述PVC树脂采用悬浮型7型PVC树脂,所述活性碳酸钙的粒度为300—500目。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:本发明热缩管质量轻,强度高,成本低,易成型,具有优异的耐候性、绝缘性能、耐温性、阻燃性和耐腐蚀性,耐老化,导热性低。

实施例一:
一种线束接头用热缩管,包括以下重量份的原料:悬浮型7型PVC树脂100份,增韧剂8份,氯化聚氯乙烯8份,增塑剂DOP10份,三盐基性硫酸铅5份,二盐基础性亚磷酸铅5份,白色色母料3份,活性碳酸钙25份,丁腈橡胶7份,硬脂酸钡2份,石蜡6份,硬脂酸5份。本实施例中活性碳酸钙的粒度为300—500目。
实施例二:
一种线束接头用热缩管,包括以下重量份的原料:悬浮型7型PVC树脂100份,增韧剂2份,氯化聚氯乙烯2份,增塑剂DOP3份,三盐基性硫酸铅2份,二盐基础性亚磷酸铅2份,白色色母料1份,活性碳酸钙15份,丁腈橡胶3份,硬脂酸钡1份,石蜡1份,硬脂酸1份。本实施例中活性碳酸钙的粒度为300—500目。
实施例三:
一种线束接头用热缩管包括以下重量份的原料:悬浮型7型PVC树脂100份,增韧剂5份,氯化聚氯乙烯6份,增塑剂DOP3.5份,三盐基性硫酸铅2.5份,二盐基础性亚磷酸铅2.5份,白色色母料1.5份,活性碳酸钙18份,丁腈橡胶4份,硬脂酸钡1.5份,石蜡2份,硬脂酸2份。本实施例中活性碳酸钙的粒度为300—500目。
实施例四:
一种线束接头用热缩管包括以下重量份的原料:悬浮型7型PVC树脂100份,增韧剂6份,氯化聚氯乙烯5份,增塑剂DOP4份,三盐基性硫酸铅3份,二盐基础性亚磷酸铅3份,白色色母料2份,活性碳酸钙20份,丁腈橡胶5份,硬脂酸钡1份,石蜡3份,硬脂酸3份。本实施例中活性碳酸钙的粒度为300—500目。
实施例五:
一种线束接头用热缩管包括以下重量份的原料:悬浮型7型PVC树脂100份,增韧剂7份,氯化聚氯乙烯7份,增塑剂DOP6份,三盐基性硫酸铅3.5份,二盐基础性亚磷酸铅4份,白色色母料2.5份,活性碳酸钙22份,丁腈橡胶6份,硬脂酸钡2份,石蜡5份,硬脂酸4份。本实施例中活性碳酸钙的粒度为300—500目。

2.根据权利要求1所述的线束接头用热缩管,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:PVC树脂100份,增韧剂5份,氯化聚氯乙烯6份,增塑剂DOP3.5份,三盐基性硫酸铅2.5份,二盐基础性亚磷酸铅2.5份,白色色母料1.5份,活性碳酸钙18份,丁腈橡胶4份,硬脂酸钡1.5份,石蜡2份,硬脂酸2份。
