一种高性能柔软核电用高伸长率电缆护套料,属于电缆技术领域。包括以下各组份按重量份制备而成:聚丙烯树脂100份、柔性改性剂60-80份、复合阻燃剂100-150份、协效阻燃剂5-25份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物的重量份为30-60份、线性低密度聚乙烯的重量份为20-50份、乙烯-辛稀弹性体的重量份为10-30份、滑石粉25-35份、石蜡2-5份、硬脂酸钙1-3份、聚乙烯蜡1-2份、抗氧剂1-2份、抗老剂1-2份等。本发明具有良好的柔韧性,可以有效的改善聚丙烯电缆料原有的应力发白现象和改善其耐低温性能,从而可以有效的扩展聚丙烯电缆料的应用范围,提高其在市场中的份量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆护套料,尤其是一种高性能柔软核电用高伸长率电缆护套料,属于电缆技术领域。
背景技术
聚丙烯电缆料因为其非常良好的耐高温性能,良好的加工性,非常优秀的电绝缘性能等在电线电缆中有着非常好的应用。是电缆料中不可或缺的重要组成部分。
随着人们对聚丙烯电缆料的研究深入和对电缆料的性能的要求越来越多元,聚丙烯电缆料自身的结构特点所导致的缺陷也逐步的暴露出来。特别是聚丙烯自身的高硬度的结构特点使得其所制备的电缆料不够柔软,在弯曲时有明显的应力发白现象,以及其耐低温的性能与聚乙烯电缆料有着不小的差距。从而限制了其在电线电缆领域的进一步的拓展和应用,特别是对低温性能或者是对应力发白要求严格的方面。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种高性能柔软核电用高伸长率电缆护套料,本发明具有非常好的柔韧性,可以有效改善电缆料的耐低温性能和应力发白现象。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种高性能柔软核电用高伸长率电缆护套料,其特征是,包括以下各组份按重量份制备而成:聚丙烯树脂100份、柔性改性剂60-80份、复合阻燃剂100-150份、协效阻燃剂5-25份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物的重量份为30-60份、线性低密度聚乙烯的重量份为20-50份、乙烯-辛稀弹性体的重量份为10-30份、滑石粉25-35份、石蜡2-5份、硬脂酸钙1-3份、聚乙烯蜡1-2份、抗氧剂1-2份、抗老剂1-2份、N550碳黑25-30份、环氧大豆油4-8份、三氧化二锑5-6份、癸二酸二辛酯6-8份。
所述聚丙烯树脂为高流动性聚丙烯树脂或低流动性聚丙烯树脂。
所述柔性改性剂为柔性高分子聚合物树脂,为VLDPE、EVA或POE中的一种或多种。
所述抗老剂为抗老剂TPPD、抗老剂MB、抗老剂DNP。
所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂BHT、抗氧剂168。
聚丙烯树脂,是一种结构规整的结晶性聚合物,为淡乳白色粒料、无味、无毒、质轻的热塑性树脂。相对密度为0.90~0.91,是通用树脂中最轻的一种。机械性能良好,耐热性能良好,其熔点为170℃左右,在无外力作用下,150℃不变形,化学稳定性好,耐酸、碱和有机溶剂,与大多数化学药品(如发烟硝酸、铬酸溶液、卤素、苯、四氯化碳、氯仿等)不发生作用,且几乎不吸水。
滑石具有润滑性、抗黏、助流、耐火性、抗酸性、绝缘性、熔点高、化学性不活泼、遮盖力良好、柔软、光泽好、吸附力强等优良的物理、化学特性,由于滑石的结晶构造是呈层状的,所以具有易分裂成鳞片的趋向和特殊的滑润性。
N550碳黑易分散,能赋予胶料较高的挺性,压出速度快,压出表面光滑,口型膨胀小,硫化胶的耐高温性能及导热性能良好,补强性、弹性和复员性较佳。
癸二酸二辛酯为耐寒性增塑剂,具有增塑效率高、挥发性低、既有优良的耐寒性,又有较好的耐热性、耐光性和电绝缘性。
本发明的有益的效果是:通过使用柔性高分子树脂改性,制备的柔软聚丙烯电缆护套料,具有良好的柔韧性,可以有效的改善聚丙烯电缆料原有的应力发白现象和改善其耐低温性能,从而可以有效的扩展聚丙烯电缆料的应用范围,提高其在市场中的份量。
具体实施方式
实施例一
一种高性能柔软核电用高伸长率电缆护套料,包括以下各组份按重量份制备而成:聚丙烯树脂100份、柔性改性剂60-80份、复合阻燃剂100-150份、协效阻燃剂5-25份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物的重量份为30-60份、线性低密度聚乙烯的重量份为20-50份、乙烯-辛稀弹性体的重量份为10-30份、滑石粉25-35份、石蜡2-5份、硬脂酸钙1-3份、聚乙烯蜡1-2份、抗氧剂1-2份、抗老剂1-2份、N550碳黑25-30份、环氧大豆油4-8份、三氧化二锑5-6份、癸二酸二辛酯6-8份。
聚丙烯树脂为高流动性聚丙烯树脂或低流动性聚丙烯树脂,柔性改性剂为柔性高分子聚合物树脂,为VLDPE、EVA或POE中的一种或多种。抗老剂为抗老剂TPPD、抗老剂MB、抗老剂DNP,抗氧剂为抗氧剂BHT、抗氧剂168。

一种高性能柔软核电用高伸长率电缆护套料,包括以下各组份按重量份制备而成:聚丙烯树脂100份、柔性改性剂60份、复合阻燃剂100份、协效阻燃剂5份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物的重量份为30份、线性低密度聚乙烯的重量份为20份、乙烯-辛稀弹性体的重量份为10份、滑石粉25份、石蜡2份、硬脂酸钙1份、聚乙烯蜡1份、抗氧剂1份、抗老剂1份、N550碳黑25份、环氧大豆油4份、三氧化二锑5份、癸二酸二辛酯6份。

聚丙烯树脂为高流动性聚丙烯树脂或低流动性聚丙烯树脂,柔性改性剂为柔性高分子聚合物树脂,为VLDPE、EVA或POE中的一种或多种。抗老剂为抗老剂TPPD、抗老剂MB、抗老剂DNP,抗氧剂为抗氧剂BHT、抗氧剂168。

1.一种高性能柔软核电用高伸长率电缆护套料,其特征是,包括以下各组份按重量份制备而成:聚丙烯树脂100份、柔性改性剂60-80份、复合阻燃剂100-150份、协效阻燃剂5-25份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物的重量份为30-60份、线性低密度聚乙烯的重量份为20-50份、乙烯-辛稀弹性体的重量份为10-30份、滑石粉25-35份、石蜡2-5份、硬脂酸钙1-3份、聚乙烯蜡1-2份、抗氧剂1-2份、抗老剂1-2份、N550碳黑25-30份、环氧大豆油4-8份、三氧化二锑5-6份、癸二酸二辛酯6-8份。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能柔软核电用高伸长率电缆护套料,其特征是,所述抗老剂为抗老剂TPPD、抗老剂MB、抗老剂DNP。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能柔软核电用高伸长率电缆护套料,其特征是,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂BHT、抗氧剂168。
