本发明公开了一种充气食品用三层共挤复合薄膜,由流延机三层共挤而成,具有复合在一起的外层、中层和内层,其中内层采用三元无规聚乙烯为基底和茂金属低密度聚乙烯按照6:1的比例混合,所述三元无规聚乙烯和茂金属低密度聚乙烯的熔融指数为8;所述中层和外层材料均采用高抗冲聚丙烯,聚丙烯的熔融指数为9;挤出速度内:中:外速度是:400:300:300,热封温度为118—120摄氏度。本发明增加内层的原料流量,有效降低膜的热封温度和强度、拉力;内层加茂金属SP1520,增加膜热封强度,堵膜的缩小孔,提高膜的阻隔性和密闭性,从而提高膜的各项指标,防漏气,使食品的保香性更好,提高食品的保质时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种三层共挤复合薄膜,尤其涉及一种充气食品用三层共挤复合薄膜。
背景技术
目前,三层共挤复合薄膜已经广泛地应用于食品、医药、化工等领域,其中又以食品包装所占比例最大,比如饮料包装、速冻食品包装、蒸煮食品包装、快餐食品包装等,这些产品都给人们生活带来了极大的便利。
但是对于食品,特别是面包等食品,漏气等原因导致的其货架期和质保时间短,严重影响了客户在使用包装膜上所带来的经济效益,现有的三层共挤复合薄膜使用较多的是流延聚丙烯薄膜 (CPP),采用聚丙烯(PP)原料经流延机三层共挤而成,这种PP原料决定了流延聚丙烯薄膜(CPP)韧性不够,膜比较硬,热封温度高,所以容易漏气,保温性差,保质时间短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决当前技术中存在的问题,提供一种柔韧性强、热封温度低、密闭性好的充气食品用三层共挤复合薄膜。通过本薄膜能使食品的保香性更好,提高食品的保质时间。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术手段是:一种充气食品用三层共挤复合薄膜,由流延机三层共挤而成,具有复合在一起的外层、中层和内层,其中内层采用三元无规聚乙烯为基底和茂金属低密度聚乙烯按照6:1的比例混合,所述三元无规聚乙烯和茂金属低密度聚乙烯的熔融指数为 8;所述中层和外层材料均采用高抗冲拉丝聚丙烯,高抗冲拉丝聚丙烯的熔融指数为 9;挤出速度内:中:外速度是:400:300:300,热封温度为118—120摄氏度。
进一步的,所述三元无规聚乙烯采用TF400,茂金属低密度聚乙烯采用SP1520。
进一步的,所述高抗冲拉丝聚丙烯采用纯L5E89。
本发明的有益效果在于:增加内层的原料流量,有效降低膜的热封温度和强度、拉力;内层加茂金属SP1520,增加膜热封强度,堵膜的缩小孔,提高膜的阻隔性和密闭性,从而提高膜的各项指标,防漏气,使食品的保香性更好,提高食品的保质时间。
具体实施方式
一种充气食品用三层共挤复合薄膜,由流延机三层共挤而成,具有复合在一起的外层、中层和内层,其中内层采用三元无规聚乙烯为基底和茂金属低密度聚乙烯按照6:1的比例混合,所述三元无规聚乙烯和茂金属低密度聚乙烯的熔融指数为 8;所述中层和外层材料均采用高抗冲拉丝聚丙烯,高抗冲拉丝聚丙烯的熔融指数为 9;挤出速度内:中:外速度是:400:300:300,热封温度为118—120摄氏度。
进一步的,所述三元无规聚乙烯采用TF400,茂金属低密度聚乙烯采用SP1520。
进一步的,所述高抗冲拉丝聚丙烯采用纯L5E89。
内层:三元无规热封料(TF400)与茂金属(SP1520)6:1的比例混合,一是:TF400热封度低,二是:配上六分之一的茂金属SP1520,增加膜的热封强度,膜的韧性,最重要一点能增加膜的微小孔,防止漏气,提高膜的阻隔性,提高食品的保质期,保香性,中外层用拉丝聚丙烯,从而保证了抗冲击能力,内、中、外三层流量比例为40%、30%、30%,这样流量比例,中外层保持高冲击能力,保持拉丝聚丙烯的透明度、光泽度,内层占40%,提高膜的热封强度,膜的阻隔性、密闭性。内层比例提高至40%。从而改善了膜的手感从而更柔软,富有拉力。热封温度维持在118—120摄氏度之间,属于超低温热封,温度越高,膜的结晶度越高,从而膜更硬、更脆,容易破包。而118-120摄氏度的超低温热封使膜在热封时产生结晶很低。之所以不容易破包,富有很强的拉力、韧性。再者添加六分之一的SP1520,效果更为明显,包装膜不容易破,阻隔性高,密闭性好,是充气包装的必备性能。
中、外层保持用CPP材料,保证膜的高抗冲性,保留膜的部分优点:刚性、拉力、透明度。内、中、外层流量比例,内层提高,中外层降低,抗冲击强、透明度好、热封好。
控制各层的挤出速度,比如同比速挤出电机情况下,要控制内、中、外比例,比例为:40%:30%:30%。就可开机速为内:中:外速度是:400:300:300,提高机速时,同比例往上倍增。
采用上述方案后,增加内层的原料流量,有效降低膜的热封温度和强度、拉力;内层加茂金属SP1520,增加膜热封强度,堵膜的缩小孔,提高膜的阻隔性和密闭性,从而提高膜的各项指标,防漏气。为充气包装的食品提供了一种柔韧性强、热封温度低、密闭性好的三层共挤复合薄膜,通过本薄膜能使食品的保香性更好,提高食品的保质时间。

1.一种充气食品用三层共挤复合薄膜,由流延机三层共挤而成,具有复合在一起的外层、中层和内层,其特征在于:其中内层采用TF400为基底和茂金属低密度聚乙烯按照 6:1的比例混合,所述TF400和茂金属低密度聚乙烯的熔融指数为8;所述中层和外层材料均采用高抗冲拉丝聚丙烯,高抗冲拉丝聚丙烯的熔融指数为9;挤出速度内:中:外速度是:400:300:300,热封温度为118—120摄氏度;茂金属低密度聚乙烯采用 SP1520。
