本发明涉及一种钙塑性瓦楞材料及其生产工艺,由表层的纸、芯层的钙塑瓦楞纸、底层的纸组成层状结构,所述的芯层的钙塑瓦楞纸表面喷涂有增强塑性的水溶性涂料,该水溶性涂料由以下原料组分制备而成,各组分的重量百分含量为:聚乙烯醇2%~5%,变性淀粉8%~12%,丁苯胶乳8%~12%,余量为水。在瓦楞纸上涂布水溶性涂料,或压楞后将水溶性涂料喷涂在瓦楞纸表面,提高瓦楞纸的平压强度,楞的塑性,成品的边压强度。与现有技术相比,本发明具有塑性好等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装材料,尤其是涉及一种钙塑性瓦楞材料及其生产工艺。
背景技术
钙塑瓦楞板相比于纸质瓦楞板具有质轻、坚固、防霉、密封性好等优点,用于制作包装箱,推广迅速。单层钙塑瓦楞板是由表层钙塑纸、芯层钙塑瓦楞板、底层钙塑纸热粘合而成,为包装箱的常用材料,其厚度≥4mm,瓦楞筋数13条/100mm。现有的钙塑瓦楞板,生产时的主要原材料为高密度聚稀(HDPE)加入填充料碳酸钙再加入各种助剂压延而成,钙塑性瓦楞材料制作的钙塑纸箱的最大优点是防潮不怕水,其次是韧性好不易折断,环保无污染可回收再利用。现在一些做出口蔬菜的厂家和生产机械配件厂家比较看好此产品。
瓦楞材料的芯层在起楞后,在经印刷,模切,糊盒等到工序后,其楞高变形,由其是湿度大的环境变形会更严重,其耐缓冲性能,抗压能力,边压强度明显下降,不得以芯层纸要选用高克重,造成纸张的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种钙塑性瓦楞材料及其生产工艺。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:一种钙塑性瓦楞材料,由表层的纸、芯层的钙塑瓦楞纸、底层的纸三层组成层状结构,其特征在于,所述的芯层的钙塑瓦楞纸表面喷涂有增强塑性的水溶性涂料,该水溶性涂料由以下原料组分制备而成,各组分的重量百分含量为:聚乙烯醇2%~5%,变性淀粉8%~12%,丁苯胶乳8%~12%,余量为水。
所述的水溶性涂料的涂布量为5g/m2~20g/m2。
一种钙塑性瓦楞材料的生产工艺,其特征在于,该工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量百分含量称取聚乙烯醇2%~5%,变性淀粉8%~12%,丁苯胶乳8%~12%,余量为水,常温混合,得到水溶性涂料;
(2)在瓦楞纸压楞前或后将水溶性涂料喷涂在瓦楞纸表面,进行喷涂加固,提高楞的塑性,成品的边压强度。
所述的变性淀粉为市售变性淀粉,购自邦生贸易有限公司;
所述的聚乙烯醇为市售聚乙烯醇,购自邦生贸易有限公司;
所述的丁苯胶乳为市售丁苯胶乳,购自邦生贸易有限公司。
与现有技术相比,本发明对芯层进行处理增强其塑性,增强塑性的涂料为水溶性的,包含聚乙烯醇2%-5%,变性淀粉10%左右,丁苯胶乳10%左右,
聚乙烯醇,有机化合物,白色片状、絮状或粉末状固体,无味。溶于水,不溶于汽油、煤油、植物油、苯、甲苯、二氯乙烷、四氯化碳、丙酮、醋酸乙酯、甲醇、乙二醇等。微溶于二甲基亚砜。聚乙烯醇是重要的化工原料,用于制造聚乙烯醇缩醛、耐汽油管道和维尼纶合成纤维、织物处理剂、乳化剂、纸张涂层、粘合剂等;
变性淀粉是一种经过改性过的淀粉。此种淀粉具有一些特殊的理化性能,添加到食品配方中后可以使食品在加工或食用时具有更好的性能。
丁苯胶乳是以丁二烯和苯乙烯经低温聚合而成的稳定乳液。
采用上述原料配制的水溶性涂料具有环保、符合食品级包装材料的要求等性质
在瓦楞纸压楞前或后加装一喷涂装置对瓦楞再次进行喷涂加固,提高瓦楞的平压强度,楞的塑性,成品的边压强度。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
下述实施例中采用的原料如下:
所述的变性淀粉为市售变性淀粉,购自邦生贸易有限公司;
所述的聚乙烯醇为市售聚乙烯醇,购自邦生贸易有限公司;
所述的丁苯胶乳为市售丁苯胶乳,购自邦生贸易有限公司。
实施例1
一种钙塑性瓦楞材料,由表层的钙塑纸、芯层的钙塑瓦楞纸、底层的钙塑纸三层组成层状结构,所述的芯层的钙塑瓦楞纸表面喷涂有增强塑性的水溶性涂料,该水溶性涂料由以下原料组分制备而成,各组分的重量百分含量为:聚乙烯醇2%,变性淀粉8%,丁苯胶乳8%,余量为水。
上述钙塑性瓦楞材料的生产工艺,该工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量百分含量称取聚乙烯醇2%,变性淀粉8%,丁苯胶乳8%,余量为水,常温混合,得到水溶性涂料;
(2)在瓦楞纸压楞后将水溶性涂料喷涂在瓦楞纸表面,进行喷涂加固,提高楞的塑性,成品的边压强度。所述的水溶性涂料的涂布量为5g/m2~20g/m2。
实施例2

上述钙塑性瓦楞材料的生产工艺,该工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量百分含量称取聚乙烯醇5%,变性淀粉12%,丁苯胶乳12%,余量为水,常温混合,得到水溶性涂料;
(2)在瓦楞纸压楞后将水溶性涂料喷涂在瓦楞纸表面,进行喷涂加固,提高楞的塑性,成品的边压强度。所述的水溶性涂料的涂布量为5g/m2~20g/m2。
实施例3
一种钙塑性瓦楞材料,由表层的纸、芯层的钙塑瓦楞纸、底层的纸三层组成层状结构,所述的芯层的钙塑瓦楞纸表面喷涂有增强塑性的水溶性涂料,该水溶性涂料由以下原料组分制备而成,各组分的重量百分含量为:聚乙烯醇3%,变性淀粉10%,丁苯胶乳10%,余量为水。
上述钙塑性瓦楞材料的生产工艺,该工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量百分含量称取聚乙烯醇2%~5%,变性淀粉8%~12%,丁苯胶乳8%~12%,余量为水,常温混合,得到水溶性涂料;
(2)在瓦楞纸压楞后将水溶性涂料喷涂在瓦楞纸表面,进行喷涂加固,提高楞的塑性,成品的边压强度。所述的水溶性涂料的涂布量为5g/m2~20g/m2。
上述各实施例所得钙塑性瓦楞材料的特性表,选用恒森食品级特制70g/m2瓦楞纸为原材料,进行平压强度对比测试,制作成B瓦成品进行边压测试:
从上表可以看出,本发明所得钙塑性瓦楞材料的平压强度和边压强度高于普通芯层未涂布增强塑性涂料的材料。

1.一种钙塑性瓦楞材料,由表层的纸、芯层的钙塑瓦楞纸、底层的纸组成层状结构,其特征在于,所述的芯层的钙塑瓦楞纸表面喷涂有增强塑性的水溶性涂料,该水溶性涂料由以下原料组分制备而成,各组分的重量百分含量为:聚乙烯醇2%~5%,变性淀粉8%~12%,丁苯胶乳8%~12%,余量为水;
所述的水溶性涂料的涂布量为5g/m2~20g/m2;
在瓦楞纸压楞前或后将水溶性涂料喷涂在瓦楞纸表面,进行喷涂加固,提高楞的塑性,成品的边压强度。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的钙塑性瓦楞材料的生产工艺,其特征在于,该工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量百分含量称取聚乙烯醇2%~5%,变性淀粉8%~12%,丁苯胶乳8%~12%,余量为水,常温混合,得到水溶性涂料;
(2)在瓦楞纸压楞前或后将水溶性涂料喷涂在瓦楞纸表面,提高瓦楞纸的平压强度,楞的塑性,成品的边压强度。
