Abstract
本发明公开了一种杆芯一体式金属硬密封球阀,属于阀门领域。该杆芯一体式金属硬密封球阀包括左阀体、右阀体,左阀体与右阀体通过焊接形成一个整体式阀体,阀体中间设有与阀杆一体铸造成的阀芯;所述的阀杆与阀体连接处设有止渗部件;所述阀芯还紧密贴合设置有金属阀座;所述阀座分为内阀座和外阀座,内阀座通过螺钉固定在外阀座里,内阀座与外阀座贴合处还设置有密封垫圈,内阀座与阀体之间还设置有补偿弹簧。采用本发明球阀使用寿命更长,并能节省经济成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门领域,具体是一种杆芯一体式金属硬密封球阀。
背景技术
球阀被广泛的应用在石油炼制、长输管线、化工、造纸、制药、水利、电力、市政、钢铁等行业,在国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位。球阀中设有球体,主要通过旋转球体来实现开启或者关闭介质通路的功能,再能起到切断、分配和改变介质流动方向的作用。
在现有技术中,球阀的阀杆与球芯分离,用阀杆插入阀芯的槽口来实现同步旋转控制,但同时阀芯的槽口语阀杆磨损严重,容易松动,失去同步控制效果,球阀使用寿命短,且金属阀座与阀芯之间容易磨损,磨损后更换经济成本高。
发明内容 本发明旨在提供一种杆芯一体式金属硬密封球阀,旨在解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种杆芯一体式金属硬密封球阀,包括左阀体、右阀体,其特征在于:左阀体与右阀体通过焊接形成一个整体式阀体,阀体中间设有与阀杆一体铸造成的阀芯;所述的阀杆与阀体连接处设有止渗部件;所述阀芯还紧密贴合设置有金属阀座;所述阀座分为内阀座和外阀座,内阀座通过螺钉固定在外阀座里,内阀座与外阀座贴合处还设置有密封垫圈,内阀座与阀体之间还设置有补偿弹簧。
进一步地,所述外阀座与阀体之间设置有密封O形圈。
进一步地,所述密封垫圈为柔性石墨。
进一步地,所述阀杆与阀体之间设置有密封O形圈。
进一步地,所述阀杆上还用螺栓连接有手轮。
本发明的有益效果在于:
一、分体式的阀座加工更加简单,适用于大批量生产。
二、阀座分为内外阀座,增强零件的互换性外阀座与阀芯金属硬密封,阀芯与外阀座发生磨损报废后,阀芯更换成本高,只需对阀芯进行表面再处理,而根据再处理后的阀芯尺寸与公差更换新的外阀座,节约经济成本。
三、阀杆与球芯一体式设计,杜绝了阀杆插头与阀芯槽口的磨损,提高球阀的使用寿命。
四、阀体由左、右阀体焊接成,结构更稳定。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种杆芯一体式金属硬密封球阀,包括左阀体11、右阀体1,其特征在于:左阀体11与右阀体1通过焊接形成一个整体式阀体,阀体中间设有与阀杆9一体铸造成的阀芯8;所述的阀杆9与阀体连接处设有止渗部件12;所述阀芯8还紧密贴合设置有金属阀座;所述阀座分为内阀座3和外阀座4,内阀座3通过螺钉固定在外阀座4里,内阀座3与外阀座4贴合处还设置有密封垫圈6,封垫圈6为柔性石墨。内阀座3与阀体之间还设置有补偿弹簧2。外阀座4与阀体之间设置有密封O形圈5。阀杆9与阀体之间设置有密封O形圈5。阀杆9上还用螺栓连接有手轮10。
在使用时,转动手轮10带动阀杆9转动,阀杆9与阀芯8采用一体式设计,杜绝了阀杆插头与阀芯槽口的磨损,提高球阀的使用寿命。阀座分为内外阀座,其中外阀座4与阀芯8之间形成金属硬密封,内阀座3设置在外阀座4里,通过螺钉7固定。内阀座3与外阀座4贴合处还设置有柔性石墨材质的密封垫圈6,柔性石墨的密封垫圈6使得内阀座3与外阀座4的结合处不会发生泄露。内外阀座的设计,使得阀座的加工更加容易,能够适应大批量生产,并且在外阀座4与阀芯8金属硬密封,阀芯8与外阀座4发生磨损报废后,阀芯8更换成本高,只需对阀芯8进行表面再处理,而根据再处理后的阀芯8尺寸与公差更换新的外阀座4,内阀座3仍能继续使用,节约经济成本。

1.一种杆芯一体式金属硬密封球阀,包括左阀体、右阀体,其特征在于:左阀体与右阀体通过焊接形成一个整体式阀体,阀体中间设有与阀杆一体铸造成的阀芯;所述的阀杆与阀体连接处设有止渗部件;所述阀芯还紧密贴合设置有金属阀座;所述阀座分为内阀座和外阀座,内阀座通过螺钉固定在外阀座里,内阀座与外阀座贴合处还设置有密封垫圈,内阀座与阀体之间还设置有补偿弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杆芯一体式金属硬密封球阀,其特征在于:所述外阀座与阀体之间设置有密封O形圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杆芯一体式金属硬密封球阀,其特征在于:所述密封垫圈为柔性石墨。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杆芯一体式金属硬密封球阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆与阀体之间设置有密封O形圈。
5.根据权利要求1所述的杆芯一体式金属硬密封球阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆上还用螺栓连接有手轮。
