本发明公开了一种分体式保温球阀,属于阀门领域。该分体式保温球阀包括阀杆、球体、阀座,阀体分为一级阀体与二级阀体,球体设置在一级阀体内;所述阀座设置在球体与一级阀体之间,与球体贴紧密贴合形成密封面;所述一级阀体内还设有中空加热套环,加热套环一端抵在阀座上,另一端超出一级阀体,并设有径向凸台;所述凸台轴向上设有通孔,径向上开有连接到加热环套内的通道;所述加热环套内缠绕有加热电阻丝。采用本发明结构简单,容易实现,有效解决球阀的保温问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门领域,具体是一种分体式保温球阀。
背景技术
球阀被广泛的应用在石油炼制、长输管线、化工、造纸、制药、水利、电力、市政、钢铁等行业,在国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位。球阀中设有球体,主要通过旋转球体来实现开启或者关闭介质通路的功能,再能起到切断、分配和改变介质流动方向的作用。
当球阀运用于高粘度的化工介质中时,温度降低则会造成介质发生冷凝,在球体表面和阀座密封面上产生结晶,结晶吸附在球体上会造成球体启闭困难,磨损加速,严重影响球阀的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种分体式保温球阀,旨在为球阀提供保温功能,以解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种分体式保温球阀,包括阀杆、球体、阀座,其特征在于:阀体分为一级阀体与二级阀体,球体设置在一级阀体内;所述阀座设置在球体与一级阀体之间,与球体贴紧密贴合形成密封面;所述一级阀体内还设有中空加热套环,加热套环一端抵在阀座上,另一端超出一级阀体,并设有径向凸台;所述凸台轴向上设有通孔,径向上开有连接到加热环套内的通道;所述加热环套内缠绕有加热电阻丝。
进一步地,所述一级阀体和二级阀体均开有与凸台上通孔适配的螺栓孔,一级阀体、二级阀体与加热环套通过螺栓固定。
进一步地,所述二级阀体与凸台接触面轴向上开有放置密封圈的凹槽。
进一步地,所述密封圈为聚四氟乙烯材质的密封平垫。
本发明的有益效果在于:分体式的阀体,便于生产加工和组装。一级阀体、二级阀体与加热环套通过螺栓固定,在返修时,也利于拆卸检查。若加热环套损坏,对加热环套进行更换也很方便,能使球阀继续工作。采用电阻丝加热,电阻丝加热相比较蒸汽或热水加热,所需的材料与零件少,构成简单,容易实现,并且电阻丝加热方式,加热速度快,效率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种分体式保温球阀,包括阀杆9、球体8、阀座7,阀体分为一级阀体5与二级阀体1,球体8设置在一级阀体5内;所述阀座7设置在球体8与一级阀体5之间,与球体8贴紧密贴合形成密封面;所述一级阀体5内还设有中空加热套环4,加热套环4一端抵在阀座7上,另一端超出一级阀体5,并设有径向凸台10;所述凸台10轴向上设有通孔,径向上开有连接到加热环套4内的通道;所述加热环套5内缠绕有加热电阻丝3。所述一级阀体5和二级阀体1均开有与凸台10上通孔适配的螺栓孔,一级阀体5、二级阀体1与加热环套4通过螺栓2固定;所述二级阀体1与凸台10接触面轴向上开有放置密封圈的凹槽。所述密封圈为聚四氟乙烯材质的密封平垫6。
在安装时,从凸台10上的一个通道向加热环套4穿入电阻丝3,电阻丝3缠成数股,盘绕在加热环套5内,再从凸台10的另一个通道穿出。再将加热环套4安装进一级阀体5内,加热环套4的一端抵在阀座上,再安装二级阀体1,用螺栓2将二级阀体1、二级阀体5和加热环套4相对固定。采用本发明结构简单,容易实现,有效解决球阀的保温问题。

1.一种分体式保温球阀,包括阀杆、球体、阀座,其特征在于:阀体分为一级阀体与二级阀体,球体设置在一级阀体内;所述阀座设置在球体与一级阀体之间,与球体贴紧密贴合形成密封面;所述一级阀体内还设有中空加热套环,加热套环一端抵在阀座上,另一端超出一级阀体,并设有径向凸台;所述凸台轴向上设有通孔,径向上开有连接到加热环套内的通道;所述加热环套内缠绕有加热电阻丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分体式保温球阀,其特征在于:所述一级阀体和二级阀体均开有与凸台上通孔适配的螺栓孔,一级阀体、二级阀体与加热环套通过螺栓固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的分体式保温球阀,其特征在于:所述二级阀体与凸台接触面轴向上开有放置密封圈的凹槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的分体式保温球阀,其特征在于:所述密封圈为聚四氟乙烯材质的密封平垫。
