本发明公开了一种实验用温度可测球阀,属于阀门领域。该实验用温度可测球阀包括包括阀杆、阀座,球体表面设有硼酚醛-钛纳米涂层,设置在阀体内;所述阀体的进水端开有螺纹盲孔,螺纹盲孔下设有向下凸起的保护环壁,保护环壁内设有有温度感应器;所述温度感应器固定在固定块内,固定块与阀体螺纹链接;所述固定块与阀体接触部分上端开有放置密封O形圈的凹槽,下端开有与阀体上螺纹盲孔适配的螺纹。采用本发明能够更加精确测量球阀内温度参数。

技术领域
    本发明涉及阀门领域,具体是一种实验用温度可测球阀。
背景技术
  球阀被广泛的应用在石油炼制、长输管线、化工、造纸、制药、水利、电力、市政、钢铁等行业,在国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位。球阀中设有球体,主要通过旋转球体来实现开启或者关闭介质通路的功能,再能起到切断、分配和改变介质流动方向的作用。
在进行实验时,对各项数据要求更加精确,为了测试球阀的耐温耐压性能,常需要对球阀在不同温度下的密封性能进行各种测量。
发明内容     本发明旨在提供一种实验用温度可测球阀,旨在提高球阀内的温度测量的准确性。
    为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
    一种实验用温度可测球阀,包括包括阀杆、阀座,其特征在于:球体表面设有硼酚醛-钛纳米涂层,设置在阀体内;所述阀体的进水端开有螺纹盲孔,螺纹盲孔下设有向下凸起的保护环壁,保护环壁内设有有温度感应器;所述温度感应器固定在固定块内,固定块与阀体螺纹链接;所述固定块与阀体接触部分上端开有放置密封O形圈的凹槽,下端开有与阀体上螺纹盲孔适配的螺纹。
   进一步地,所述固定块为T型结构,圆周面上设有顶孔。
   进一步地,所述温度感应器伸入阀体内的高度不超过保护环壁的高度。
   进一步地,所述固定块与阀体之间过盈配合。
本发明的有益效果在于:
一、在球体表面涂有硼酚醛-钛纳米涂层,硼酚醛-钛纳米涂层是一种耐温耐压耐腐蚀材料,在试验中排除因球体引起泄露的可能。
二、将温度感应器直接伸入在球阀的流体通道内,测量的数据更准确。
三、在阀体内设置有向下凸起的保护环壁,保护环壁避免了流体通道内的流体介质直接冲击温度传感器的,避免过大的冲刷力损伤温度传感器。
四、固定块与阀体过盈配合,并在固定块上设置密封O形圈,避免介质从连接压缝隙中泄露。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种实验用温度可测球阀,包括包括阀杆8、阀座6,其特征在于:球体7表面设有硼酚醛-钛纳米涂层,设置在阀体1内;所述阀体1的进水端开有螺纹盲孔,螺纹盲孔下设有向下凸起的保护环壁5,保护环壁5内设有有温度感应器3;所述温度感应器3固定在固定块2内,固定块2与阀体1螺纹链接;所述固定块2与阀体1接触部分上端开有放置密封O形圈4的凹槽,下端开有与阀体1上螺纹盲孔适配的螺纹。所述固定块2为T型结构,圆周面上设有顶孔。所述温度感应器3伸入阀体1内的高度不超过保护环壁5的高度。所述固定块2与阀体1之间过盈配合。
   在使用时,将温度感应器3插入固定在固定块2内,再用润滑脂润滑固定块2上密封O形圈4,将固定块螺纹缠绕生料带后插入阀体上的螺纹盲孔内拧紧,防止流体介质缝隙泄露。在安装时需保证温度感应器伸入在保护环壁5内。流体介质直接冲击在保护环壁5上,然后绕过保护环壁5,从其下开口进入保护环壁5,避免了流体介质直接冲刷温度感应器。在球体5的表面涂有硼酚醛-钛纳米涂层,硼酚醛-钛纳米涂层是一种耐温耐压耐腐蚀材料,能排除因球体带来的密封泄露可能,保证实验的有效。采用本发明,能更准确测量出球阀内的温度参数。

1.一种实验用温度可测球阀,包括包括阀杆、阀座,其特征在于:球体表面设有硼酚醛-钛纳米涂层,设置在阀体内;所述阀体的进水端开有螺纹盲孔,螺纹盲孔下设有向下凸起的保护环壁,保护环壁内设有有温度感应器;所述温度感应器固定在固定块内,固定块与阀体螺纹链接;所述固定块与阀体接触部分上端开有放置密封O形圈的凹槽,下端开有与阀体上螺纹盲孔适配的螺纹。
2.  根据权利要求1所述的实验用温度可测球阀,其特征在于:所述固定块为T型结构,圆周面上设有顶孔。
3.  根据权利要求1所述的实验用温度可测球阀,其特征在于:所述温度感应器伸入阀体内的高度不超过保护环壁的高度。
4.   根据权利要求1所述的实验用温度可测球阀,其特征在于:所述固定块与阀体之间过盈配合。
