Abstract

本发明公开了一种阀板具有弹性补偿能力的翻板阀,包括阀座,所述阀座上开设有物料口,所述物料口设有可活动的阀板,所述阀板包括支撑板、密封板和弹簧组,所述支撑板与阀座转动连接,所述密封板通过弹簧组与支撑板连接。本发明翻板阀阀板采用弹性补偿原理,可实现阀板密封面的位移补偿,使得阀板与阀座形成面接触,最终达到较好的密封效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有较好密封性的翻板阀,适用于块状、粉状物料分配切断。
背景技术
目前使用的翻板阀通常采用刚性阀板,与阀板对应的阀座也是刚性,因此阀门在关闭时由于存在制造精度、装配精度以及夹料等问题,使得阀板与阀板座之间产生点接触,而非面接触,造成阀板与阀座之间出现缝隙,使得阀门不能严密关闭,导致物料泄漏。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是针对现有技术问题,提供一种阀板具有弹性补偿能力的翻板阀。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:一种弹性阀板翻板阀,包括阀座,所述阀座上开设有物料口,所述物料口设有可活动的阀板,所述阀板包括支撑板、密封板和弹簧组,所述支撑板与阀座转动连接,所述密封板通过弹簧组与支撑板连接。
本发明中,优选的,所述弹簧组呈矩形整列排布。
本发明中,优选的,支撑板上开设有减重孔。
有益效果:本发明翻板阀阀板采用弹性补偿原理,可实现阀板密封面的位移补偿,使得阀板与阀座形成面接触,最终达到较好的密封效果。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明做更进一步的解释。
如图4至6所示,以三通翻板阀为例,本发明的弹性阀板翻板阀包括阀座1,阀座1左、右两边分别开设有一个物料口2,在两个物料口2内侧设有一个可活动的阀板,阀板包括支撑板3、密封板4和弹簧组5,支撑板3端部通过销轴与阀座1转动连接,密封板4设置在支撑板3左、右两侧,密封板4通过弹簧组5与支撑板3连接,弹簧组5呈矩形整列排布,其中,支撑板3用于传递运动,弹簧组5实现位移补偿,密封板4实现阀门密封,为了减轻阀板整体质量,保证其灵活性,支撑板3上开设有四个减重孔6。
当支撑板3向左转动至左侧密封板4与阀座1接触时,左边物料口2关闭,右边物料口2开启,当支撑板3向右转动至右侧密封板4与阀座1接触时,右边物料口2关闭,左边物料口2开启。当密封板4和阀座1接触时,如果密封板4或阀座1存在制造精度、装配精度以及夹料等问题,会使得密封板4某一处与阀座1之间首先产生点接触,随后密封板4其他位置能够在弹簧组5各点弹簧压缩量不同状况下进行位移补偿,进一步实现密封板4与阀座1的面接触,达到较好的密封效果。

1.一种弹性阀板翻板阀,包括阀座(1),所述阀座(1)上开设有物料口(2),所述物料口(2)设有可活动的阀板,其特征在于:所述阀板包括支撑板(3)、密封板(4)和弹簧组(5),所述支撑板(3)与阀座(1)转动连接,所述密封板(4)通过弹簧组(5)与支撑板(3)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性阀板翻板阀,其特征在于:所述弹簧组(5)呈矩形整列排布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性阀板翻板阀,其特征在于:所述支撑板(3)上开设有减重孔(6)。
