Abstract

本发明涉及一种潮汐能发电机结构,尤其涉及一种采用介电弹性体薄膜发电的潮汐能发电机结构。这种潮汐能发电机主要包括介电弹性体薄膜、活动板、丝杠、扇叶涡轮、内套筒、保护套筒、固定板和安装板,介电弹性体薄膜圈成筒状,一端与圆形活动板外沿连接,另一端与固定板连接,丝杠的一端与活动板中心固定,另一端与固定在扇叶涡轮上的螺母连接,通过丝杠螺母结构可将扇叶涡轮的旋转运动转化为活动板的直线运动,从而实现介电弹性体薄膜的拉伸与收缩,其拉伸与收缩过程可实现机械能与电能的转换;该发电机外部设有保护套筒,防止水流进入。该发电机具有结构简单、安装方便、成本低等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种潮汐能发电机结构,尤其是涉及一种采用介电弹性体发电的潮汐能发电机结构。
背景技术
介电弹性体是一种新型的智能材料,在国外首先作为驱动材料研究,而对于介电弹性体的发电研究始于2001年,目前尚未广泛用于现实生活。介电弹性体发电机是一种基于可变电容原理的新型微型发电机,在构造上分为三层:中间层为介电弹性体材料,上下两层均为柔性电极材料。目前水利发电机种类较多,其原理大多将高水位水资源的重力势能转换为电能。这种发电机受外界环境影响较大,需建设水利大坝,成本较高。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种采介电用弹性体发电的潮汐能发电机。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种基于介电弹性体的潮汐能发电机,其特征在于:所述发电机包括介电用弹性体薄膜、活动板、丝杠、扇叶涡轮、内套筒、保护套筒、固定板和安装板,介电弹性体薄膜圈成筒状,一端与圆形活动板外沿连接,另一端与固定板连接,丝杠的一端与活动板中心固定,另一端与固定在扇叶涡轮上的螺母连接,该发电机外部还设有保护套筒。
所述基于介电弹性体的潮汐能发电机,其特征在于:利用介电弹性体实现发电。
所述基于介电弹性体的潮汐能发电机,其特征在于:利用丝杠螺母与扇叶涡轮配合,实现介电弹性体薄膜的拉伸和收缩。
该发电机具有结构简单、安装方便、成本低等优点。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本发明的潮汐能发电机包括介电弹性体薄膜3、活动板2、丝杠5、扇叶涡轮7、内套筒4、保护套筒1、固定板8和安装板6。介电弹性体薄膜3圈成筒状,一端与圆形活动板2外沿连接,另一端与固定板6连接,丝杠5的一端与活动板2中心固定,另一端与固定在扇叶涡轮7上的螺母连接,通过丝杠螺母结构可将扇叶涡轮7的旋转运动,转化为活动板2的直线运动,从而实现介电弹性体薄膜2的拉伸与收缩;其拉伸与收缩过程可机械能与电能的转换;该发电机外部设有保护套筒1,防止水流进入。
当涨潮时,海水推动扇叶涡轮7转动,扇叶涡轮7带动丝杠5向上转动并使活动板2向上运动,从而实现介电弹性体薄膜3的拉伸。同理落潮时,海水带动扇叶涡轮7反转,丝杠5向下转动并使活动板2向下运动,实现介电弹性体薄膜3的收缩。介电弹性体薄膜2的拉伸与收缩过程可机械能与电能的转换。

1.一种基于介电弹性体的潮汐能发电机,其特征在于:所述发电机包括介电弹性体薄膜、活动板、丝杠、扇叶涡轮、内套筒、保护套筒、固定板和安装板,介电弹性体薄膜圈成筒状,一端与圆形活动板外沿连接,另一端与固定板连接,丝杠的一端与活动板中心固定,另一端与固定在扇叶涡轮上的螺母连接,该发电机外部设有保护套筒。
2.根据权利要求1所述基于介电弹性体的潮汐能发电机,其特征在于:利用介电弹性体实现机械能与电能的转换。
3.根据权利要求1所述基于介电弹性体的潮汐能发电机,其特征在于:利用丝杠螺母与扇叶涡轮配合,实现介电弹性体薄膜的拉伸和收缩。
