本发明公开了一种耐沾污防水涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:醋丙乳液70-80、铝酸锶0.1-0.2、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇1-2、偏钒酸铵2-3、魔芋葡甘聚糖0.2-0.3、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯2-3、乙撑双硬脂酰胺1-2、海泡石粉10-15、癸二酸二酰肼0.2-0.5、棕榈蜡3-4、醋酸钠1-2、甘油三醋酸酯2-3、氢化蓖麻油0.6-1、成膜助剂6-8、去离子水10-20,本发明的防水涂料有很好的化学稳定性,耐酸、碱、盐、油脂、洗涤剂等化学品的沾污及腐蚀,耐热性能和防水效果好,具有优良的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,对基材的粘结性强,保护效果好。

    本发明主要涉及一种涂料,尤其涉及一种耐沾污防水涂料。
背景技术
    随着国内涂料行业的不断发展和细化,市场对具有特种功能性涂料的要求亦越来越突出,其中对于抗沾污、耐水、耐酸碱腐蚀、阻燃等性能要求更加高,现有的防水材料保光、保色性差,不耐沾污、易开裂、易变黄,且有的对人体还具有一定的危害,环保性差,因此为了满足各行业对防水涂料的要求,生产高性能,应用广泛的防水涂料很有必要。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种耐沾污防水涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种耐沾污防水涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
醋丙乳液70-80、铝酸锶0.1-0.2、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇1-2、偏钒酸铵2-3、魔芋葡甘聚糖0.2-0.3、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯2-3、乙撑双硬脂酰胺1-2、海泡石粉10-15、癸二酸二酰肼0.2-0.5、棕榈蜡3-4、醋酸钠1-2、甘油三醋酸酯2-3、氢化蓖麻油0.6-1、成膜助剂6-8、去离子水10-20;
所述的成膜助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
醋丙乳液30-40、芦荟凝胶2-3、10,10'-氧代双吩恶砒0.2-0.3、硫酸氢钾1-2、羧酸甘油酯2-4、三甲基苄基氯化铵1-2、季戊四醇2-3、去离子水60-70;
将羧酸甘油酯与季戊四醇混合,加入上述去离子水重量的30-40%,在70-75℃下搅拌混合4-6分钟,搅拌均匀,得凝液;
将三甲基苄基氯化铵加入到剩余的去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入上述凝液、芦荟凝胶,30-40℃下搅拌混合5-7分钟,加入10,10'-氧代双吩恶砒、硫酸氢钾,搅拌至常温,加入剩余各原料,500-600转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述成膜助剂。
一种耐沾污防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将铝酸锶与海泡石粉混合,搅拌均匀后加入四水八硼酸二钠加入甘油三醋酸酯、乙撑双硬脂酰胺,50-70℃下保温搅拌10-14分钟,加入去离子水、魔芋葡甘聚糖,搅拌至常温;
将三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯与棕榈蜡混合,搅拌均匀后加入到醋丙乳液中,搅拌均匀,滴加氢化蓖麻油,滴加完毕后,加入聚四氢呋喃醚二醇,100-200转/分搅拌分散10-15分钟;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,800-1200转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述耐沾污防水涂料。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的防水涂料有很好的化学稳定性,耐酸、碱、盐、油脂、洗涤剂等化学品的沾污及腐蚀,耐热性能和防水效果好,具有优良的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,对基材的粘结性强,保护效果好。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种耐沾污防水涂料,它是由下述重量份(公斤)的原料组成的:
醋丙乳液80、铝酸锶0.2、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇2、偏钒酸铵2、魔芋葡甘聚糖0.3、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯2、乙撑双硬脂酰胺1、海泡石粉15、癸二酸二酰肼0.5、棕榈蜡4、醋酸钠2、甘油三醋酸酯2、氢化蓖麻油0.6、成膜助剂6、去离子水20;
所述的成膜助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
醋丙乳液40、芦荟凝胶2、10,10'-氧代双吩恶砒0.3、硫酸氢钾1、羧酸甘油酯4、三甲基苄基氯化铵1-2、季戊四醇2、去离子水70;
将羧酸甘油酯与季戊四醇混合,加入上述去离子水重量的40%,在75℃下搅拌混合6分钟,搅拌均匀,得凝液;
将三甲基苄基氯化铵加入到剩余的去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入上述凝液、芦荟凝胶,40℃下搅拌混合5分钟,加入10,10'-氧代双吩恶砒、硫酸氢钾,搅拌至常温,加入剩余各原料,600转/分搅拌分散30分钟,即得所述成膜助剂。
一种耐沾污防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将铝酸锶与海泡石粉混合,搅拌均匀后加入四水八硼酸二钠加入甘油三醋酸酯、乙撑双硬脂酰胺,50℃下保温搅拌14分钟,加入去离子水、魔芋葡甘聚糖,搅拌至常温;
将三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯与棕榈蜡混合,搅拌均匀后加入到醋丙乳液中,搅拌均匀,滴加氢化蓖麻油,滴加完毕后,加入聚四氢呋喃醚二醇,200转/分搅拌分散15分钟;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,1200转/分搅拌分散30分钟,即得所述耐沾污防水涂料。
性能测试:
延伸率:≥300% ;
不透水性:0.3MPa( 一个小时不透水)。

1.一种耐沾污防水涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
醋丙乳液70-80、铝酸锶0.1-0.2、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇1-2、偏钒酸铵2-3、魔芋葡甘聚糖0.2-0.3、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯2-3、乙撑双硬脂酰胺1-2、海泡石粉10-15、癸二酸二酰肼0.2-0.5、棕榈蜡3-4、醋酸钠1-2、甘油三醋酸酯2-3、氢化蓖麻油0.6-1、成膜助剂6-8、去离子水10-20;
所述的成膜助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
醋丙乳液30-40、芦荟凝胶2-3、10,10'-氧代双吩恶砒0.2-0.3、硫酸氢钾1-2、羧酸甘油酯2-4、三甲基苄基氯化铵1-2、季戊四醇2-3、去离子水60-70;
将羧酸甘油酯与季戊四醇混合,加入上述去离子水重量的30-40%,在70-75℃下搅拌混合4-6分钟,搅拌均匀,得凝液;
将三甲基苄基氯化铵加入到剩余的去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入上述凝液、芦荟凝胶,30-40℃下搅拌混合5-7分钟,加入10,10'-氧代双吩恶砒、硫酸氢钾,搅拌至常温,加入剩余各原料,500-600转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述成膜助剂。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的耐沾污防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将铝酸锶与海泡石粉混合,搅拌均匀后加入四水八硼酸二钠加入甘油三醋酸酯、乙撑双硬脂酰胺,50-70℃下保温搅拌10-14分钟,加入去离子水、魔芋葡甘聚糖,搅拌至常温;
将三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯与棕榈蜡混合,搅拌均匀后加入到醋丙乳液中,搅拌均匀,滴加氢化蓖麻油,滴加完毕后,加入聚四氢呋喃醚二醇,100-200转/分搅拌分散10-15分钟;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,800-1200转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述耐沾污防水涂料。
