背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对内墙涂料的要求也越来越高,在综合考虑到内墙涂料的一般性质外,更加侧重于涂料的绿色环保性、阻燃性耐擦洗等性能。现有的内墙涂料的性质仍需要进一步改善,比如保温性、耐擦洗性等。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种纳米材料改性保温内墙涂料,具有绿色环保抗菌、阻燃性和耐擦洗性等。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出一种纳米材料改性保温内墙涂料,其包括如下重量份数的组分:
海泡石30~40份、硅藻土20~30份、填料50~60份、三聚氰胺30~40份、煅烧硅酸铝15~20份、甲壳素10~20份、壳聚糖15~20份、纳米钛白粉20~30份、增稠剂15~20份、纳米氧化硅10~15份、纳米Mg(OH)21~3份、成膜助剂1~3份、防腐剂LXE 0.1~0.3份、防霉剂0.3~0.5份、丙烯酸乳液30~40份、消泡剂0.5~0.8份和水30~40份。
优选地,所述纳米材料改性保温内墙涂料包括如下重量份数的组分:海泡石35份、硅藻土25份、填料55份、三聚氰胺35份、煅烧硅酸铝18份、甲壳素15份、壳聚糖18份、纳米钛白粉25份、增稠剂18份、纳米氧化硅13份、纳米Mg(OH)22份、成膜助剂2份、防腐剂LXE 0.2份、防霉剂0.4份、丙烯酸乳液35份、消泡剂0.7份和水35份。
其中,所述的填料为云母粉、重晶石粉和硅石粉中的任意一种。
优选地,所述的成膜助剂为Texanol。
所述的丙烯酸乳液为苯丙乳液、醋丙乳液、醋叔乳液、纯丙乳液中的任意一种或几种。优选地,所述的丙烯酸乳液为苯丙乳液。
进一步地优选地,所述的丙烯酸乳液的粒径为0.15~0.5μm。
所述的防霉剂包括异噻唑啉酮、苯丙异噻唑啉酮或有机胺的任意一种。
优选地,所述的消泡剂为非聚硅氧烷矿物油消泡剂SP-202。
本发明还提出了上述纳米材料改性保温内墙涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将配方量的海泡石、硅藻土、填料、三聚氰胺、煅烧硅酸铝、甲壳素和壳聚糖混合加入到搅拌机中,在30~40℃下搅拌0.5~1h,得到A混合液;将配方量的纳米钛白粉、增稠剂、纳米氧化硅、纳米Mg(OH)2、丙烯酸乳液和水混合加入到搅拌机中,常温下搅拌0.5~1h,得到B液,将得到的A液加入到B液中,加入配方量的成膜助剂、防腐剂LXE、防霉剂和消泡剂搅拌0.5~1h,得到纳米材料改性保温内墙涂料。
本发明的配方中,甲壳素和壳聚糖都具有良好的粘合性、生物相容性、生物降解性及特殊的吸附性,是一种无毒、无副作用、无污染的含氮高聚物,用于交通路标发光涂料可以大量吸附空气中的污染物和病毒、细菌,尤其对细菌中的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、灰霉菌、半点病菌有极高的抗菌性。海泡石和硅藻土的复合使用可以增加涂料的保温特性。
纳米钛白粉不能影响细菌的繁殖力,而且能攻击细菌细胞的外层,穿透细胞膜,破坏细菌的细胞膜结构,达到彻底降解细菌病进一步防止内毒素引起的二次污染的目的。
增稠剂具有杀菌、耐磨、吸收紫外线灯作用,对紫外线的防护功能比传统的纳米钛要强。
纳米二氧化硅具有疏水性、抗污增强作用,为无定型白色粉末,是一种无机非金属材料。
三聚氰胺为含氮量较高的有机阻燃剂,同时,通过进一步加入Mg(OH)2更加增强了涂料的耐燃性,因为Mg(OH)2具有较好的难燃性。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,通过发明原料之间的复配和相互配合,本发明的纳米材料改性保温内墙涂料具有耐磨、阻燃性和耐擦洗性、使用寿命长且同时具有抵御细菌的作用,同时具有优异的阻燃特性。将纳米材料或纳米结构组分引入有机涂料中实现有机和无机相配合的复合或杂化。综合有机聚合物和无机结构组分两者的优点,使涂料性能得到明显的改进。

一种纳米材料改性保温内墙涂料,包括如下重量份数的组分:海泡石35份、硅藻土25份、云母粉55份、三聚氰胺35份、煅烧硅酸铝18份、甲壳素15份、壳聚糖18份、纳米钛白粉25份、增稠剂18份、纳米氧化硅13份、纳米Mg(OH)22份、成膜助剂2份、防腐剂LXE 0.2份、防霉剂0.4份、苯丙乳液35份、消泡剂0.7份和水35份。
其制备方法如下:将配方量的海泡石、云母粉、三聚氰胺、煅烧硅酸铝、甲壳素和壳聚糖混合加入到搅拌机中,在35℃下搅拌0.8h,得到A混合液;将配方量的纳米钛白粉、增稠剂、纳米氧化硅、纳米Mg(OH)2、苯丙乳液和水混合加入到搅拌机中,常温下搅拌0.8h,得到B液,将得到的A液加入到B液中,加入配方量的成膜助剂、防腐剂LXE、异噻唑啉酮和消泡剂搅拌0.8h,得到纳米材料改性保温内墙涂料。
