Abstract
本发明涉及一种隐藏式翻转梯,其特征在于,包括上梯总成及下梯总成,所述上梯总成包括底板及对称设于所述底板上的一对安装立板,所述安装立板之间设有多级上防滑踏板,安装立板的下前部设有第一销轴孔;所述下梯总成包括一对台阶式安装侧板,所述安装侧板的上端设有连接耳板,所述连接耳板通过第一销轴与所述第一销轴孔可转动连接,所述安装侧板之间设有多级下防滑踏板;其有益效果是,占有空间小,使用方便,不用时可以折叠,本发明还公开了一种采用上述翻转梯的油田作用设备,其有益效果是,通过设置第二销轴连接车体与隐藏式翻转梯,可以进一步将翻转梯经过两次翻转后收纳到所述翻转梯收纳空腔中,既方便使用,也方便运输。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及油田设备辅助检查工具领域,尤其涉及一种隐藏式翻转梯。本发明还涉及采用该隐藏式翻转梯的油田作业设备。
背景技术
对于油田作业设备,由于舱体设备或者上装的需要,操作人员需要进入舱体内作业或者进行上装设备的检测维修,受设备侧部空间的限制,原有的抽拉梯或者折叠梯,存在占用空间大,操作不便利等问题。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种占有空间小,使用方便的隐藏式翻转梯。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种油田作业设备,包括车体,其特征在于,还包括隐藏式翻转梯,所述隐藏式翻转梯包括上梯总成及下梯总成,所述上梯总成包括底板及对称设于所述底板上的一对安装立板,所述安装立板之间设有一级或多级上防滑踏板,所述安装立板的下前部设有第一销轴孔;所述下梯总成包括一对台阶式安装侧板,所述安装侧板的上端设有连接耳板,所述连接耳板通过第一销轴与所述第一销轴孔可转动连接,所述安装侧板之间设有多级下防滑踏板,所述安装侧板之间的间距小于所述安装立板之间的间距。
所述车体包括翻转梯收纳空腔,所述上梯总成的安装立板后底部设有第二销轴,所述翻转梯收纳空腔上设有与所述第二销轴相适配的第二销轴孔,所述隐藏式翻转梯通过第二销轴铰接在所述车体上。
本发明的有益效果是,翻转梯不用时,可以实现上梯总成和下梯总成的折叠,减少了对空间的占用,使用时,可以方便的将下梯总成拉开来。通过设置第二销轴连接车体与隐藏式翻转梯,可以进一步将翻转梯经过两次翻转后收纳到所述翻转梯收纳空腔中,既方便使用,也方便运输。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,所述安装立板及安装侧板上还设有锁定销孔。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是,可以使上、下梯总成在折叠后,相互锁定,不会松脱。

在图1至图5中,1、上梯总成;1-1、底板;1-2、安装立板;1-3、上防滑踏板;2、下梯总成;2-1、安装侧板;2-2、连接耳板;2-3、下防滑踏板;3、第一销轴;4、锁定销孔;5、车体;6、第二销轴;7、翻转梯收纳空腔;8、支撑板。
具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1至图3所示,一种隐藏式翻转梯,包括上梯总成1及下梯总成2,所述上梯总成1包括底板1-1及对称设于所述底板1-1上的一对安装立板1-2,所述安装立板1-2之间设有一级或多级上防滑踏板1-3,所述安装立板1-2的下前部设有第一销轴孔;所述下梯总成2包括一对台阶式安装侧板2-1,所述安装侧板的上端设有连接耳板2-2,所述连接耳板2-2通过第一销轴3与所述第一销轴孔可转动连接,所述安装侧板之间设有多级下防滑踏板2-3,所述安装侧板2-1之间的间距小于所述安装立板1-2之间的间距。
具体实施时,进一步可以采用如下结构,所述上防滑踏板的间距与所述下防滑踏板的间距相同,所述下梯总成2向上翻转与所述上梯总成1扣合后,所述下梯总成2的最低位下防滑踏板扣合在所述上体总成1的最高位上防滑踏板之上。
所述安装立板1-2及安装侧板2-1上还设有锁定销孔4,在扣合状态通过锁定销锁定位置。
如图4和图5所示,本发明还涉及一种油田作业设备,其包括车体5,还包括如上所述的隐藏式翻转梯,所述车体包括翻转梯收纳空腔7,所述上梯总成的安装立板后底部设有第二销轴6,所述翻转梯收纳空腔7上设有与所述第二销轴6相适配的第二销轴孔,所述隐藏式翻转梯通过第二销轴6铰接在所述车体5上。在所述翻转梯收纳空腔7的底部还设有用于稳定支撑翻转梯的支撑板8。使用时,先将如图5所示状态的翻转梯整体沿第二销轴6向外翻转,达到如图2状态所示;去掉所述上梯总成1及下梯总成2之间的锁定销,再将所述翻转梯的下梯总成2沿所述第一销轴3向下翻转,达到如图3状态所示,即可形成完整的爬梯。使用结束后,按与上述相反的步骤将翻转梯收纳到所述收纳空腔7中即可。这里所述的油田作业设备,包括如油田常用的液氮车、压裂车及仪表车等。

1.一种油田作业设备,包括车体,其特征在于,还包括隐藏式翻转梯,所述隐藏式翻转梯包括上梯总成及下梯总成,所述上梯总成包括底板及对称设于所述底板上的一对安装立板,所述安装立板之间设有一级或多级上防滑踏板,所述安装立板的下前部设有第一销轴孔;所述下梯总成包括一对台阶式安装侧板,所述安装侧板的上端设有连接耳板,所述连接耳板通过第一销轴与所述第一销轴孔可转动连接,所述安装侧板之间设有一级或多级下防滑踏板,所述安装侧板之间的间距小于所述安装立板之间的间距;
所述车体包括翻转梯收纳空腔,所述上梯总成的安装立板后底部设有第二销轴,所述翻转梯收纳空腔上设有与所述第二销轴相适配的第二销轴孔,所述隐藏式翻转梯通过第二销轴铰接在所述车体上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油田作业设备,其特征在于,其特征在于,所述安装立板及安装侧板上还设有锁定销孔。
