本发明公布了一种全塑料蚕虫吐丝苞的制作方法,属于农业器具化工制作技术领域,该方法的步骤为,把塑料粉碎为颗粒状,把颗粒状塑料放入注塑机炮筒内热熔化成液体状;再用注塑机炮筒把塑料液体注入吐丝苞模具内,成型后冷却;把模具从顶部脱出即制成全塑料蚕虫吐丝苞。本发明的制作方法,工艺简单,用这种方法制作的蚕虫吐丝苞,防潮防腐、经久耐用,可用药水浸泡或喷雾消毒,减少蚕病的发生,利于蚕的生长发育。

一种全塑料蚕虫吐丝苞的制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种蚕虫吐丝苞的制作方法,属于农业器具化工制作技术领域。
背景技术
蚕虫吐丝苞有很多种,有木质材料制成,也有纸质材料制成,用的材料不同,制作方法也不同,纸质、木质材料容易制成吐丝苞,工艺简单、易于操作,在常温常压下就可以制作,但是,纸质、木质材料制成的蚕虫吐丝苞,不能用药水浸泡清毒,利于病菌发生,防潮、防腐性能低,易变形、易损坏,蚕农用纸质吐丝苞养蚕,每年要重新购买、更换1/2以上。而本方法是在高温高压下用全塑料生产制成,这样的吐丝苞防潮防腐、经久耐用、不易变形,可用12年以上,每养一批蚕之后,还可用药水浸泡清毒,利于下一批蚕的健康发育、成长。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种全塑料蚕虫吐丝苞的制作方法,解决了纸质或木质吐丝苞易损坏、易变形、不防潮、无法用药水浸泡清毒的缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明用全塑料来制作蚕虫吐丝苞,其制作的工艺步骤如下:把塑料粉碎为颗粒状,把颗粒状塑料放入注塑机炮筒内热熔化成液体状;再用注塑机炮筒把塑料液体注入吐丝苞模具内,成型后冷却;把模具从顶部脱出即制成全塑料蚕虫吐丝苞。炮筒内热熔化的温度为170℃-190℃、气压为150MPa,冷却时间为60-90秒,上述塑料为聚丙烯。
本发明的制作方法,工艺简单,用这种方法制作的蚕虫吐丝苞,防潮防腐、经久耐用,可用药水浸泡或喷雾消毒,减少蚕病的发生,利于蚕的生长发育。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明的方法作进一步描述,以助于理解本发明的内容。
制作方法如下:
(1)把聚丙烯塑料粉碎为2-3mm颗粒状;
(2)把注塑机炮筒内的温度加热到180℃,气压调到150MPa,把颗粒状塑料放入注塑机炮筒内热熔化成液体状;
(3)再用注塑机炮筒把塑料液体注入吐丝苞模具内,成型后冷却,冷却时间为60秒;
(4)把模具从顶部脱出即制成全塑料蚕虫吐丝苞。

Claims (3)

1.一种全塑料蚕虫吐丝苞的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
把塑料粉碎为颗粒状;
把颗粒状塑料放入注塑机炮筒内热熔化成液体状;
再用注塑机炮筒把塑料液体注入吐丝苞模具内,成型后冷却;
把模具从顶部脱出即制成全塑料蚕虫吐丝苞。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全塑料蚕虫吐丝苞的制作方法,其特征在于,炮筒内热熔化的温度为170℃-190℃、气压为150MPa,所述冷却时间为60-100秒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种全塑料蚕虫吐丝苞的制作方法,其特征在于,所述塑料为聚丙烯。
