Abstract
本发明公开一种模具,包括上模体、下模体和浇口套,浇口套设置在上模体上方,浇口套分为套头部和套尾部,套头部下端面与套尾部连接,套头部上端面设有圆槽,圆槽与料孔的孔口连接,所述料孔为螺旋状,它还包括排气塞,排气塞设置在下模体上,排气塞的端面为球面,且球面上均匀设置有多个排气孔,本发明结构简单,工件成型效果好,使用寿命长。

本发明涉及模具技术领域,尤其涉及一种模具。
背景技术
模具上通常设置有浇口套,是让熔融的塑料材料从注塑机的喷嘴注入到模具内部的流道组成部分,用于连接成型模具与注塑机的金属配件,熔融的塑料材料流经浇口套时将热量传递给浇口套,因此工作时,浇口套被熔融的塑料材料不停的加热,浇口套很容易过热开裂,浇口套的使用寿命短,需要经常更换,增加了企业制造成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种解决模具的浇口套损坏、排气不方便技术问题的模具;
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种模具,包括上模体、下模体和浇口套,所述浇口套设置在上模体上方,所述浇口套分为套头部和套尾部,所述套头部下端面与套尾部连接,所述套头部上端面设有圆槽,所述圆槽与料孔的孔口连接,所述料孔为螺旋状,它还包括排气塞,所述排气塞设置在下模体上,所述排气塞的端面为球面,且所述球面上均匀设置有多个排气孔。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,所述排气塞的材料为不锈钢;
进一步,所述料孔的中心线与浇口套的中心轴线重合;
进一步,所述套尾部的端部开有多个凹槽。
本发明通过改变料孔的形状,保证能够充分散热,通过凹槽加强散热效果,延长使用寿命,通过改变排气塞的结构,提高排气的效果,提高模具产品的质量。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明利用凹槽和螺旋状的料孔,能够增长浇口套的使用寿命;
2.本发明通过改变排气塞的结构,提高排气效果,提高产品的生产质量;

一种模具,包括上模体1、下模体2和浇口套3,所述浇口套3设置在上模体1上方,所述浇口套3分为套头部4和套尾部5,所述套头部4下端面与套尾部5连接,所述套头部4上端面设有圆槽6,所述圆槽6与料孔7的孔口连接,所述料孔7为螺旋状,它还包括排气塞8,所述排气塞设置在下模体上,所述排气塞8的端面为球面,且所述球面上均匀设置有多个排气孔9,其中所述排气塞8的材料为不锈钢,所述料孔7的中心线与浇口套3的中心轴线重合,所述套尾部4的端部开有多个凹槽10。
本发明通过改变料孔7的形状,保证能够充分散热,通过凹槽10加强散热效果,延长使用寿命,通过改变排气塞8的结构,提高排气的效果,提高模具产品的质量。

1.一种模具,包括上模体、下模体和浇口套,所述浇口套设置在上模体上方,所述浇口套分为套头部和套尾部,所述套头部下端面与套尾部连接,所述套头部上端面设有圆槽,所述圆槽与料孔的孔口连接,其特征在于,所述料孔为螺旋状,它还包括排气塞,所述排气塞设置在下模体上,所述排气塞的端面为球面,且所述球面上均匀设置有多个排气孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种模具,其特征在于,所述排气塞的材料为不锈钢。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种模具,其特征在于,所述料孔的中心线与浇口套的中心轴线重合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种模具,其特征在于,所述套尾部的端部开有多个凹槽。
