本发明涉及一种药物配方领域，具体地说是一种治疗乳腺增生的中药汤剂，其特征在于由如下重量百分比的原料药制成，鹿花盘4～8％、犁头草5～8％、香付5～8％、夏枯草3～6％、肿节风5～8％、铁线蕨4～7％、白附子6～9％、川楝子6～9％、茶树根4～6％、路路通5～7％、皂角刺5～7％、老鹤草3～5％、木香3～5％、莳萝子2～5％、白花蛇舌草3～6％、羌活2～5％、合欢花3～5％、三棱5～8％，将上述18味原料药原料药，用水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液。本发明全方共奏疏肝理气、活血、通络止痛、化痰散结之功，对乳腺增生患者可达标本兼治之效，而且副作用小。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中成药制剂，具体地说是一种治疗乳腺增生的中药汤剂。
背景技术
众所周知，乳腺增生是女性最常见的乳房疾病，其发病率占乳腺疾病的首位。近些年来该病发病率呈逐年上升的趋势，年龄也越来越低龄化。乳腺增生是指乳腺上皮和纤维组织增生，经常表现为乳房胀痛和乳房肿块，疼痛常见为单侧或双侧乳房胀痛或触痛，周期性疼痛，月经前期发生或加重。多发于30-50岁女性，发病高峰为35-40岁。
目前乳腺增生的治疗主要以手术疗法为主，一般不易被患者接受。治疗乳腺增生的药物也有多种，常用的西药有抗激素类药物三苯氧胺、雄性激素类药物丙睾或甲基睾丸素以及催乳素药物，这些药物虽有一定的疗效，但服用周期长，易复发，极易造成医源性损伤，副作用较大，不宜长期服用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是为了克服现有技术的不足，提供一种治疗乳腺增生的中药汤剂，全方共奏疏肝理气、活血、通络止痛、化痰散结之功，对乳腺增生患者可达标本兼治之效，而且副作用小。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是：一种治疗乳腺增生的中药汤剂，其特征在于由如下重量百分比的原料药制成，鹿花盘4～8％、犁头草5～8％、香付5～8％、夏枯草3～6％、肿节风5～8％、铁线蕨4～7％、白附子6～9％、川楝子6～9％、茶树根4～6％、路路通5～7％、皂角刺5～7％、老鹤草3～5％、木香3～5％、莳萝子2～5％、白花蛇舌草3～6％、羌活2～5％、合欢花3～5％、三棱5～8％，将上述18味原料药原料药，用水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液。
本发明的有益效果是，全方共奏疏肝理气、活血、通络止痛、化痰散结之功，对乳腺增生患者可达标本兼治之效，而且副作用小。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述：
实施例1：
采用鹿花盘、犁头草、香付、夏枯草、肿节风、铁线蕨、白附子、川楝子、茶树根、路路通、皂角刺、老鹤草、木香、莳萝子、白花蛇舌草、羌活、合欢花、三棱为原料药制备而成。其组分(重量％)每付为鹿花盘6、犁头草6、香付7、夏枯草5、肿节风7、铁线蕨6、白附子8、川楝子8、茶树根5、路路通6、皂角刺7、老鹤草5、木香4、莳萝子3、白花蛇舌草4、羌活3、合欢花4、三棱6。取上述18味原料药总重量为180克，在室温下将18味中草药加水至900～1000ml左右，浸泡4～6小时，然后用武火煮沸文火煎熬至80～90分钟，去渣得滤液150ml，药渣再加水200～300ml，煎熬30～40分钟，去渣得滤液50ml，共得200ml左右药汁，即制得治疗乳腺增生的中药，装入无菌玻璃瓶内，密封瓶盖备用，每日1剂分2次口服，每次空腹服100ml。
本发明鹿花盘能温补脾肾之阳，散郁止痛、消乳房之痞块，治疗乳腺之增生；犁头草清热解毒，凉血消肿。用于急性结膜炎，咽喉炎，急性黄疸型肝炎，乳腺炎，痈疖肿毒，化脓性骨髓炎，毒蛇咬伤，共为方中君药；香付理气解郁，调经止痛，安胎。主胁肋胀痛，乳房胀育，疝气疼痛，月经不调，脘腹痞满疼痛，嗳气吞酸，呕恶，经行腹痛，崩漏带下，胎动不安；夏枯草祛肝风，行经络，治口眼歪斜。行肝气，开肝郁，止筋骨疼痛、目珠痛，散瘰窃、周身结核。治瘰疬、鼠瘘、瘿瘤、肿结、乳痈、乳癌；肿节风祛风通络，活血散结。用于肺炎、阑尾炎、蜂窝组织炎属热毒壅盛证候者，以及风湿痹痛、跌扑损伤、肿瘤的辅助治疗，三味相伍助君药，为方中臣药；佐以铁线蕨、白附子，铁线蕨别名猪鬃草，治流行性感受冒、感冒、咳嗽、肝炎、痢疾、腰痛、尿道结石、乳痛、痨伤、跌打损伤、烧烫伤、蛇咬伤、疔毒；白附子燥湿化痰、祛风止痉、解毒散结。能祛风痰、逐寒湿、镇痉，治头痛、口眼歪斜、半身不遂、破伤风、跌打劳伤、肢体麻木、中风不语、淋巴结核、蛇虫咬伤等；川楝子除湿热，清肝火，止痛，杀虫。治热厥心痛，胁痛，疝痛，虫积腹痛；茶树根强心利尿，活血调经，清热解毒；主治心脏病，水肿，肝炎，痛经，疮疡肿毒，口疮，汤火灼伤，带状疱疹，牛皮癣；路路通祛风活络，利水通经。用于关节痹痛，麻木拘挛，水肿胀满，乳少经闭；皂角刺痈疽肿毒，瘰疬，疮疹顽癣，产后缺乳，胎衣不下，疠风；老鹤草祛风散寒。治肺热咳嗽，消瘿瘤，涂痈疮肿毒，消食积饱胀；木香行气止痛，调中导滞。主胞胁胀满，脘腹胀痛，嗳吐泄泻，痢疾后重。用于胸脘胀痛、泻痢后重、食积不消、不思饮食；莳萝子温脾肾，开胃，散寒，行气，解鱼肉毒。治痧秽呕逆，腹中冷痛，寒疝，痞满少食；白花蛇舌草治肺热喘咳，咽喉肿痛，肠痈，疖肿疮疡，毒蛇咬伤，热淋涩痛，水肿，痢疾，肠炎，湿热黄疸，擅长治疗多种癌肿；羌活散表寒，祛风湿，利关节，止痛。主外感风寒，头痛无汗，风水浮肿，疮疡肿毒。用于阳痿遗精，遗尿尿频，腰膝冷痛，肾虚作喘，五更泄泻；合欢花舒郁、理气、安神、活络、养血、滋阴肾、清心明目；三棱治症瘕积聚、气血凝滞、心腹疼痛、胁下胀疼、经闭、产后瘀血腹痛、跌打损伤、疮肿坚硬，共为方中使药。
本发明各原料还可按下表所列比例(重量百分比)混合的实施例来实现。其加工工艺与实施例1相同。
下面结合我院进行的临床预试验对本发明作进一步、详细地描述：
1、病例选择：临床资料500例中，年龄25-35岁，200例；年龄36-45岁，200例；年龄46-60岁，100例。
2、病例症状：
患者在乳房外上象限有一扁平肿块，扪之有豆粒大小韧硬结节，可有触痛。肿块边界欠清，与周围组织不粘连。乳房可有胀痛，每随喜怒而消长，常在月经前加重，月经后缓解。
3、诊断标准：
按照《中华人民共和国中医药行业标准-中医外科病症诊断疗效标准》拟定。
4、治疗方法：口服实施例1中制得的汤剂，每日一剂，20天为一个疗程。连服2个疗程。
5、疗效评定标准：
治愈：乳房肿块及疼痛消失；
好转：乳房肿块缩小，疼痛减轻或消失；
无效：乳房肿块及疼痛无变化。
6、治疗结果：
治愈375，好转116，无效9，总有效率98.2％。
具体病例
周某。女，33岁。自觉双乳胀痛，经扫描检查：乳头：右乳28℃、左乳25.8℃、OF2.2℃。印象：乳腺增生(右侧较重)。治疗：给予本发明药物治疗，20天痊愈。一年后回访无复发。
鲍某。女，30岁。查：双乳房特别肿大，有不规则硬块，左侧外下象限肿块为15cm×12cm，右侧乳头内陷，无溢液。经彩超检查确诊为乳腺增生。服本发明药物，用药10天后有乳头已弹出，用药30天痊愈。二年后回访无复发。
江某。女，38岁。每次月经期前疼痛，月经期后减轻，疼痛已不呈周期性。经查：双侧乳腺有不规则扁平肿块，8.0cm×12cm，6cm×10cm，多在外上象限，乳头无溢液，无内陷。服本发明药物30天治疗，痊愈。

1.一种治疗乳腺增生的中药汤剂，其特征在于：由如下重量百分比的原料药制成，鹿花盘4～8％、犁头草5～8％、香付5～8％、夏枯草3～6％、肿节风5～8％、铁线蕨4～7％、白附子6～9％、川楝子6～9％、茶树根4～6％、路路通5～7％、皂角刺5～7％、老鹤草3～5％、木香3～5％、莳萝子2～5％、白花蛇舌草3～6％、羌活2～5％、合欢花3～5％、三棱5～8％，将上述18味原料药原料药，用水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液。
