本发明属于中药技术领域，具体是指一种治疗神经性头痛的中药组合物。
背景技术
神经性头痛主要是指紧张性头痛、功能性头痛及血管神经性头痛，多由精神紧张、生气引起，主要症状为持续性的头部闷痛、压迫感、沉重感，有的病人自诉为头部有“紧箍”感。大部分病人为两侧头痛，多为两颞侧、后枕部及头顶部或全头部。头痛性质为钝痛、胀痛、压迫感、麻木感和束带样紧箍感。
发明内容
本发明的目的以中医对神经性头痛的认识机理为基础，进而提供一种治疗该症的中药组合物。
为实现上述技术目的，本发明所采用的技术方案为：一种治疗神经性头痛的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：菊花10-20份、延胡索10-20份、代赭石15-25份、白蒺藜15-25份、钩藤10-15份、珍珠母25-35份、白术15-25份、僵蚕9-15份、蝉蜕9-15份、 蔓荆子10-20份、 葛根10-20份、茯苓15-25份、 丹参9-15份、 白芍10-15份、 川芎10-15份、荆芥10-15份、黄芩9-15份、柴胡10-15份、甘草3-9份。
上述原料药物的最佳重量配比为：菊花15份、延胡索15份、代赭石20份、白蒺藜20份、钩藤12份、珍珠母30份、白术20份、僵蚕12份、蝉蜕12份、 蔓荆子15份、 葛根15份、茯苓20份、 丹参12份、 白芍12份、 川芎12份、荆芥12份、黄芩12份、柴胡12份、甘草6份。
本发明所提供的中药组合物的服用方法为：将上述重量配比的原料药物混合后采用常规煎制中药的方法取其药汁300-500ml，每日早晚两次服用，每日一副。
组方分析：通则不痛，通则不痛，神经性头痛必为经络不通所致。以神经性头痛多发于头部两侧，头部两侧乃足少阳胆经所经地面。根据伤寒论中关于六气所解可知足少阳胆以甲木而化气于相火，相火本自下潜，若相火逆生，则甲木依其本气而生发，甲木不降，则足少阳经络阻塞必致头痛。据此，神经性头痛一症的主因乃源于甲木之不降，甲木不降在于戊土不收，戊土乃阳明胃。在本发明做提供的中药组合物中，白术、茯苓、甘草培土泻湿，代赭石镇逆止呕，戊土降则甲木降。以肝胆互为脏腑，甲木不降则乙木必致木郁，郁则生风热、现血瘀，白蒺藜、钩藤、珍珠母、僵蚕平肝潜阳，蝉蜕、蔓荆子、菊花疏散风热，川芎、黄芩疏肝清风， 延胡索散瘀理气，丹参活血化瘀，荆芥解表散风，柴胡升举阳气，葛根活经通络，白芍滋肝补阴。上述药物合用，戊土收，甲木随相火而降，清阳缘乙木而升，足少阳胆经络得以通畅，则头痛一症自解。该中药组合物在药物选用上虽然为常用药物，但通过对病症准确的辩证分析，将常规药物进行合理配伍，斟酌用量，其能取得令人满意的治疗效果。

一种治疗神经性头痛的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：菊花20g、延胡索20g、代赭石25g、白蒺藜25g、钩藤15g、珍珠母35g、白术25g、僵蚕15g、蝉蜕15g、 蔓荆子20g、 葛根20g、茯苓25g、丹参15g、 白芍15g、 川芎15g、荆芥15g、黄芩15g、柴胡15g、甘草9g。
在本实施例中，为对药物进行毒性试验，各原料药物的重量份取其最大重量份进行试验，毒性试验分为急性毒性实验及长期毒性试验，结果如下：
急性毒性试验：为方便对小白鼠进行投药喂食，将本发明实施例1制备的中药汤汁进行浓缩雾化造粒得到中药颗粒。将中药颗粒溶解在蒸馏水中，以临床日用量的190倍给小白鼠投药喂食，观察7日。结果所有小白鼠的活动、饮食、毛发未见异常，未见毒性反应。对白鼠口腔和破损皮肤进行刺激性试验，未见有刺激性反应和其它不良反应。
长期毒性实验：将本发明该实施例中制备的中药颗粒对小鼠按18.95g生药/kg溶解在水中，对小鼠连续用药18周，每天2次，及停药2周后，结果表明：本发明中药对试验小白鼠的毛发、行为、大小便、体重、脏器重量、血象、肝肾功能、血糖、血脂等指标均无明显影响，脏器肉眼没有发现异样变化。采用组织学检查结果表明，用药18周及停药2周后，小鼠各脏器均无明显改变。
实施例2
一种治疗神经性头痛的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：菊花15g、延胡索15g、代赭石20g、白蒺藜20g、钩藤12g、珍珠母30g、白术20g、僵蚕12g、蝉蜕12g、 蔓荆子15g、 葛根15g、茯苓20g、 丹参12g、 白芍12g、 川芎12g、荆芥12g、黄芩12g、柴胡12g、甘草6g。
在本实施例中，采用上述重量配比的原料药物进行了临床试验，实验如下：
临床资料：
病例选择：取来源于住院和门诊病人的86例神经性头痛患者，男41例，女45例；年龄32～64岁，平均51岁。症状为：持续性的头部闷痛，疼痛部位多发于头部两侧，有压迫感、沉重感，CT扫描未见肿瘤或血栓、出血等病变，排除脑部生理性病变。86例病人随机分为中药治疗组和西药对照组，每组43人。
诊断标准：
治疗方法：对照组服用芬必得酚卡片+口服硫酸镁制剂进行治疗，治疗组采用服用本发明所提供的中药组合物进行治疗，2周为一个疗程。
观察指标：观察治疗前后患者反应，痛感减轻或消失为有效，痛感彻底消失并在治疗后1个月内再无复发为痊愈。
结果如下：

通过上述临床试验可知，本发明所提供的中药组合物在治疗神经性头痛一症上相对于西药治疗不管是有效率还是治愈率都有明显的优势，该中药组合物对治疗神经性头痛具有令人满意的治疗效果。
典型病例
女，48岁，神经性头痛病史2年，头部两侧持续性头痛，生气时尤为加重，CT检查头部无异变，每当头痛时服用止痛片进行缓解，但一直未得以根治。就诊时，其舌红，苔腻厚，脉诊右关濡滑，左关弦，初步诊断为甲木不降所致经络阻塞进而导致头痛。
服用上述中药组合物2周后，反应痛感明显减轻，脑感觉清晰，继续服用2周后，痛感彻底消失，距今半年再无出现头痛症状，病情得以彻底治愈。
实施例3
一种治疗神经性头痛的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：菊花10份、延胡索20份、代赭石15份、白蒺藜25份、钩藤10份、珍珠母35份、白术15份、僵蚕15份、蝉蜕9份、 蔓荆子20份、 葛根10份、茯苓25份、 丹参9份、白芍15份、 川芎10份、荆芥15份、黄芩9份、柴胡15份、甘草3份。
实施例4
一种治疗神经性头痛的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：菊花20份、延胡索10份、代赭石25份、白蒺藜15份、钩藤15份、珍珠母25份、白术25份、僵蚕9份、蝉蜕15份、 蔓荆子10份、 葛根20份、茯苓15份、 丹参15份、白芍10份、 川芎15份、荆芥10份、黄芩15份、柴胡10份、甘草9份。
