本发明属于中药领域,公开了一种治疗胃炎的中药提取物及其制备方法。所述的治疗胃炎的中药提取物按重量包括下述成分:厚朴乙醇提取物为7~13份、甘草水提物为3~6份、凤仙花乙酸乙酯提取物为4~7份。制备方法为通过溶剂提取等方式制备得到厚朴乙醇提取物、甘草水提物、凤仙花乙酸乙酯提取物并进行混合。制备得到的中药提取物可以有效的治愈胃炎所引起的胃痛、胃胀、胃酸等症状。

技术领域
本发明属于中药领域,涉及一种中药提取物及其制备方法,特别是涉及一种治疗胃炎的中药提取物及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着现代社会的发展,人们的生活节奏也在日益加快。由于高节奏的工作和生活,目前胃炎的患病率居高不下。尤其是胃炎所引起的胃痛、胃酸、胃胀等情况,影响着人们的健康。胃炎是常见的消化系统疾病之一。胃炎分为急性胃炎和慢性胃炎。
在患有胃炎后,应当戒烟忌酒,避免使用损害胃黏膜的药物如阿司匹林、消炎痛、红霉素等,也需要避免过热、过咸和辛辣食物,积极治疗慢性口、鼻、咽部感染病灶。保护胃黏膜常用的药物有硫糖铝、氢氧化铝凝胶、胃膜素等。调整胃肠运动功能的药物 有多潘立酮等。如果胃镜检查发现幽门螺杆菌阳性,应服用抗生素,克拉霉素、羟氨苄青霉素,一般可选用两种,常与胃黏膜保护剂和制酸剂联合应用。专利授权公告号为CN1238040的发明公开了一种治疗胃炎的中药胶囊,成分包括黄连、厚朴、元胡、砂仁、煅珍珠、黄芩,其治疗胃炎的效果并不显著。其他的治疗胃炎的中药药效都较差,服用一段时间后效果并不明显,仍需要我们研发新的中成药来提高其治疗胃炎的疗效。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题:治疗胃炎的方法较多,有采用西药和中药等方式,在中药治疗胃炎过程中,常规的中药治疗胃炎的作用较为普通,不能较好的完全治愈胃炎,不能完全消除患者的胃痛、胃酸和胃胀等症状,因此需要一种可以有效治疗胃炎的中药提取物及其制备方法。
技术方案:针对上述问题,本发明公开了一种治疗胃炎的中药提取物及其制备方法。所述的治疗胃炎的中药提取物按重量包括下述成分:厚朴乙醇提取物为7~13份、甘草水提物为3~6份、凤仙花乙酸乙酯提取物为4~7份。
优选的,所述的一种治疗胃炎的中药提取物,中药提取物按重量包括下述成分:厚朴乙醇提取物为7~13份、甘草水提物为3~6份、凤仙花乙酸乙酯提取物为4~7份、大黄浸膏为3~5份。

一种治疗胃炎的中药提取物的制备方法,所述的治疗胃炎的中药提取物的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)取采摘后的厚朴,将厚朴进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥后将厚朴粉碎成为粉末,将厚朴用乙醇进行浸提,浸提后过滤,将乙醇浸提液进行真空浓缩,真空浓缩后得到厚朴乙醇提取物;(2)将干燥的甘草粉碎,粉碎后用水进行浸提,浸提后过滤、浓缩得到甘草水提物;(3)将凤仙花进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥后将凤仙花用乙酸乙酯进行浸提,浸提后分离、浓缩得到凤仙花乙酸乙酯提取物;(4)将大黄用粉碎机粉碎后,将大黄粉末用正己烷进行搅拌提取,提取后过滤,进行真空浓缩得到大黄浸膏;(5)按重量取厚朴乙醇提取物为7~13份、甘草水提物为3~6份、凤仙花乙酸乙酯提取物为4~7份、大黄浸膏为3~5份,将上述提取物混合均匀后为治疗胃炎的中药提取物。
优选的,一种治疗胃炎的中药提取物的制备方法,所述的治疗胃炎的中药提取物的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)取采摘后的厚朴,将厚朴进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥温度为-20℃,真空度为8Pa,冷冻干燥后将厚朴粉碎成为粉末,将厚朴用乙醇进行浸提,料液比为1:5,浸提时间为2h,浸提温度为室温,浸提后过滤,将乙醇浸提液进行真空浓缩,浓缩至提取物重量为厚朴重量的2倍后停止,真空浓缩后得到厚朴乙醇提取物;(2)将干燥的甘草粉碎,粉碎后用水进行浸提,提取温度为室温,提取时间为3h,提取方式为搅拌提取,料液比为1:4,浸提后过滤,将上清液浓缩到无水分流出,得到甘草水提物;(3)将凤仙花进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥后将凤仙花用乙酸乙酯进行浸提,浸提温度为40℃,浸提时间为1h,料液比为1:6,浸提后过滤,将滤液浓缩至无乙酸乙酯,得到凤仙花乙酸乙酯提取物;(4)将大黄用粉碎机粉碎后,将大黄粉末用正己烷进行搅拌提取,提取温度为室温,提取时间为2h,提取后过滤,将滤液进行真空浓缩得到大黄浸膏;(5)按重量取厚朴乙醇提取物为7~13份、甘草水提物为3~6份、凤仙花乙酸乙酯提取物为4~7份、大黄浸膏为3~5份,将上述提取物混合均匀后为治疗胃炎的中药提取物。
治疗胃炎的中药较多,但是治疗效果非常好的中药较少,本发明的治疗胃炎的中药提取物通过对中药的药性进行分析,同时对中药中不同的极性成分进行有效提取,并且将不同的中药提取成分进行合理组合,制备得到的中药提取物取得了意想不到的治疗胃炎的效果。
有益效果:本发明的治疗胃炎的中药组合物包含了厚朴乙醇提取物为7~13份、甘草水提物为3~6份、凤仙花乙酸乙酯提取物为4~7份、大黄浸膏为3~5份,制备得到的中药提取物具有非常好的治疗胃炎的效果,可以有效的治愈患者的胃炎,其中实施方案结果表明,20例病人的完全治愈例在14例至19例,胃炎治愈率高于普通的西药和常规的中药。

(1)取采摘后的厚朴,将厚朴进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥温度为-20℃,真空度为8Pa,冷冻干燥后将厚朴粉碎成为粉末,将厚朴用乙醇进行浸提,料液比为1:5,浸提时间为2h,浸提温度为室温,浸提后过滤,将乙醇浸提液进行真空浓缩,浓缩至提取物重量为厚朴重量的2倍后停止,真空浓缩后得到厚朴乙醇提取物;(2)将干燥的甘草粉碎,粉碎后用水进行浸提,提取温度为室温,提取时间为3h,提取方式为搅拌提取,料液比为1:4,浸提后过滤,将上清液浓缩到无水分流出,得到甘草水提物;(3)将凤仙花进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥后将凤仙花用乙酸乙酯进行浸提,浸提温度为40℃,浸提时间为1h,料液比为1:6,浸提后过滤,将滤液浓缩至无乙酸乙酯,得到凤仙花乙酸乙酯提取物;(4)将大黄用粉碎机粉碎后,将大黄粉末用正己烷进行搅拌提取,提取温度为室温,提取时间为2h,提取后过滤,将滤液进行真空浓缩得到大黄浸膏;(5)按重量取厚朴乙醇提取物为8份、甘草水提物为5份、凤仙花乙酸乙酯提取物为6份、大黄浸膏为4份,将上述提取物混合均匀后为治疗胃炎的中药提取物。
实施例2
(1)取采摘后的厚朴,将厚朴进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥温度为-20℃,真空度为8Pa,冷冻干燥后将厚朴粉碎成为粉末,将厚朴用乙醇进行浸提,料液比为1:5,浸提时间为2h,浸提温度为室温,浸提后过滤,将乙醇浸提液进行真空浓缩,浓缩至提取物重量为厚朴重量的2倍后停止,真空浓缩后得到厚朴乙醇提取物;(2)将干燥的甘草粉碎,粉碎后用水进行浸提,提取温度为室温,提取时间为3h,提取方式为搅拌提取,料液比为1:4,浸提后过滤,将上清液浓缩到无水分流出,得到甘草水提物;(3)将凤仙花进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥后将凤仙花用乙酸乙酯进行浸提,浸提温度为40℃,浸提时间为1h,料液比为1:6,浸提后过滤,将滤液浓缩至无乙酸乙酯,得到凤仙花乙酸乙酯提取物;(4)将大黄用粉碎机粉碎后,将大黄粉末用正己烷进行搅拌提取,提取温度为室温,提取时间为2h,提取后过滤,将滤液进行真空浓缩得到大黄浸膏;(5)按重量取厚朴乙醇提取物为7份、甘草水提物为6份、凤仙花乙酸乙酯提取物为4份、大黄浸膏为5份,将上述提取物混合均匀后为治疗胃炎的中药提取物。
实施例3
(1)取采摘后的厚朴,将厚朴进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥温度为-20℃,真空度为8Pa,冷冻干燥后将厚朴粉碎成为粉末,将厚朴用乙醇进行浸提,料液比为1:5,浸提时间为2h,浸提温度为室温,浸提后过滤,将乙醇浸提液进行真空浓缩,浓缩至提取物重量为厚朴重量的2倍后停止,真空浓缩后得到厚朴乙醇提取物;(2)将干燥的甘草粉碎,粉碎后用水进行浸提,提取温度为室温,提取时间为3h,提取方式为搅拌提取,料液比为1:4,浸提后过滤,将上清液浓缩到无水分流出,得到甘草水提物;(3)将凤仙花进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥后将凤仙花用乙酸乙酯进行浸提,浸提温度为40℃,浸提时间为1h,料液比为1:6,浸提后过滤,将滤液浓缩至无乙酸乙酯,得到凤仙花乙酸乙酯提取物;(4)将大黄用粉碎机粉碎后,将大黄粉末用正己烷进行搅拌提取,提取温度为室温,提取时间为2h,提取后过滤,将滤液进行真空浓缩得到大黄浸膏;(5)按重量取厚朴乙醇提取物为13份、甘草水提物为3份、凤仙花乙酸乙酯提取物为7份、大黄浸膏为3份,将上述提取物混合均匀后为治疗胃炎的中药提取物。
实施例4

实施例5
(1)取采摘后的厚朴,将厚朴进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥温度为-20℃,真空度为8Pa,冷冻干燥后将厚朴粉碎成为粉末,将厚朴用乙醇进行浸提,料液比为1:5,浸提时间为2h,浸提温度为室温,浸提后过滤,将乙醇浸提液进行真空浓缩,浓缩至提取物重量为厚朴重量的2倍后停止,真空浓缩后得到厚朴乙醇提取物;(2)将干燥的甘草粉碎,粉碎后用水进行浸提,提取温度为室温,提取时间为3h,提取方式为搅拌提取,料液比为1:4,浸提后过滤,将上清液浓缩到无水分流出,得到甘草水提物;(3)将凤仙花进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥后将凤仙花用乙酸乙酯进行浸提,浸提温度为40℃,浸提时间为1h,料液比为1:6,浸提后过滤,将滤液浓缩至无乙酸乙酯,得到凤仙花乙酸乙酯提取物;(4)按重量取厚朴乙醇提取物为13份、甘草水提物为3份、凤仙花乙酸乙酯提取物为7份,将上述提取物混合均匀后为治疗胃炎的中药提取物。
将实施例1至5制备得到的中药提取物供患者服用,患者每天服用实施例1至5中药提取物为1g,用热水稀释后服用,对照例每天服用吗丁啉的用量为20mg,连续服用15天后观察患者胃痛、胃酸、胃胀的治愈情况。每个实施例和对照例的患者都是20例。结果如下。
从结果中可以看出,本发明的中药提取物具有非常好的治愈胃炎的疗效。
Claims (10)
1.一种治疗胃炎的中药提取物,其特征在于所述的治疗胃炎的中药提取物按重量包括下述成分:厚朴乙醇提取物为7~13份、甘草水提物为3~6份、凤仙花乙酸乙酯提取物为4~7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗胃炎的中药提取物,其特征在于所述的治疗胃炎的中药提取物按重量包括下述成分:厚朴乙醇提取物为7~13份、甘草水提物为3~6份、凤仙花乙酸乙酯提取物为4~7份、大黄浸膏为3~5份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种治疗胃炎的中药提取物,其特征在于所述的治疗胃炎的中药提取物中厚朴乙醇提取物重量为8份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种治疗胃炎的中药提取物,其特征在于所述的治疗胃炎的中药提取物中甘草水提物重量为5份。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种治疗胃炎的中药提取物,其特征在于所述的治疗胃炎的中药提取物中凤仙花乙酸乙酯提取物重量为6份。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种治疗胃炎的中药提取物,其特征在于所述的治疗胃炎的中药提取物中大黄浸膏重量为4份。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种治疗胃炎的中药提取物的制备方法,其特征在于所述的治疗胃炎的中药提取物的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)取采摘后的厚朴,将厚朴进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥后将厚朴粉碎成为粉末,将厚朴用乙醇进行浸提,浸提后过滤,将乙醇浸提液进行真空浓缩,真空浓缩后得到厚朴乙醇提取物;(2)将干燥的甘草粉碎,粉碎后用水进行浸提,浸提后过滤、浓缩得到甘草水提物;(3)将凤仙花进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥后将凤仙花用乙酸乙酯进行浸提,浸提后分离、浓缩得到凤仙花乙酸乙酯提取物;(4)将大黄用粉碎机粉碎后,将大黄粉末用正己烷进行搅拌提取,提取后过滤,进行真空浓缩得到大黄浸膏;(5)按重量取厚朴乙醇提取物为7~13份、甘草水提物为3~6份、凤仙花乙酸乙酯提取物为4~7份、大黄浸膏为3~5份,将上述提取物混合均匀后为治疗胃炎的中药提取物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种治疗胃炎的中药提取物的制备方法,其特征在于所述的治疗胃炎的中药提取物的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)取采摘后的厚朴,将厚朴进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥温度为-20℃,真空度为8Pa,冷冻干燥后将厚朴粉碎成为粉末,将厚朴用乙醇进行浸提,料液比为1:5,浸提时间为2h,浸提温度为室温,浸提后过滤,将乙醇浸提液进行真空浓缩,浓缩至提取物重量为厚朴重量的2倍后停止,真空浓缩后得到厚朴乙醇提取物;(2)将干燥的甘草粉碎,粉碎后用水进行浸提,提取温度为室温,提取时间为3h,提取方式为搅拌提取,料液比为1:4,浸提后过滤,将上清液浓缩到无水分流出,得到甘草水提物;(3)将凤仙花进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥后将凤仙花用乙酸乙酯进行浸提,浸提温度为40℃,浸提时间为1h,料液比为1:6,浸提后过滤,将滤液浓缩至无乙酸乙酯,得到凤仙花乙酸乙酯提取物;(4)将大黄用粉碎机粉碎后,将大黄粉末用正己烷进行搅拌提取,提取温度为室温,提取时间为2h,提取后过滤,将滤液进行真空浓缩得到大黄浸膏;(5)按重量取厚朴乙醇提取物为7~13份、甘草水提物为3~6份、凤仙花乙酸乙酯提取物为4~7份、大黄浸膏为3~5份,将上述提取物混合均匀后为治疗胃炎的中药提取物。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种治疗胃炎的中药提取物的制备方法,其特征在于所述的凤仙花乙酸乙酯提取物重量为6份。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种治疗胃炎的中药提取物的制备方法,其特征在于所述的大黄浸膏重量为4份。
