背景技术
石油采油的节流管汇使用的闸阀,均采用直通式平行闸阀、楔式闸阀、球式闸阀,平行闸阀和楔式闸阀在截流闸板局部开启的状态下,高速高压流动的介质冲击闸板,引起闸板的剧烈振动,振动又导致损伤闸板和密封座的密封面,使用寿命短,泄漏现象严重。球形闸阀在工作时虽然振动小于平行闸阀和楔式闸阀,但阀芯和阀座均为球面,加工难度大,表面精度低,相互配合性能差,密封效果不理想。
发明内容
本发明提供一种节流管汇斜孔圆柱阀芯阀座可调节流阀,利用该节流阀,节流精度高,振动小,使用寿命长,在显示器上能够准确的显示节流面积,利于控制上下游的压力差,用于节流管汇上可实现二次节流。
本发明的技术解决方案是:该节流管汇斜孔圆柱阀芯阀座可调节流阀的阀座圆周上设有三排节流孔,节流孔上大下小,通过调节节流阀阀芯的上下移动,调节节流阀座的节流孔径,达到节流的目的。该节流管汇斜孔圆柱阀芯阀座可调节流阀包括阀体、阀座外套、阀座、阀芯外套、阀芯、可调阀杆、阀盖和防尘罩,在阀体中安装阀座外套和阀座,在阀体中安装阀芯外套和阀芯及可调阀杆。
