Abstract

本发明公开了一种节流调节蝶阀,包括阀杆、蝶板、齿轮轴、齿轮和节流板,所述的齿轮固装于齿轮轴的下端端部,且所述的阀杆上对应开设有供所述齿轮部分露出的缺口,所述节流板的上端对应设有与所述齿轮露出部分形成啮合联动的齿面,所述节流板的下端与蝶板下端相铰接,且所述节流板上齿面与齿轮的配合转动可使节流板在蝶板上形成铰接转动,所述的蝶板上均布有若干导流孔,所述的节流板上对应每个导流孔的位置均设有一个与所述导流孔孔径相同的节流孔,且节流板与蝶板的铰接转动可使所述节流孔与导流孔能形成相互错位或重合。通过上述结构设置,可使蝶阀在蝶板处于固定开启角度时能更加精确地调节流量,以及在蝶板处于关闭状态时能微开启蝶阀。

节流调节蝶阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,具体涉及一种可进行节流调节的蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀是一种常用的阀门,其结构通常包括有阀体、阀杆和蝶板,蝶板装于阀体内,阀杆的下端穿入阀体内并与所述蝶板固定,从而人们通过转动阀杆便可带动蝶板转动,进而实现蝶阀的正常启闭。在现有技术中,人们只能通过改变蝶板的开启角度来实现对蝶阀流量的调节,而当蝶板处于一固定开启角度时人们无法对该蝶阀的流量进行微调节操作,以及当蝶板处于关闭状态时,人们也无法在不开启蝶板的前提下微打开蝶阀,从而使蝶阀在蝶板处于固定开启角度下无法对流量进行更加精确地调节,以及在蝶板关闭状态下无法实现蝶阀的微开启操作。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种可对流量进行微调节操作的蝶阀,从而使蝶阀在蝶板处于固定开启角度时能更加精确地调节流量,以及在蝶板处于关闭状态时能微开启蝶阀。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种节流调节蝶阀,包括阀杆、蝶板、齿轮轴、齿轮和节流板,所述的蝶板装于阀杆下端上,所述的齿轮轴穿设于阀杆内,且所述齿轮轴的上端与阀杆上端口之间形成轴向限位固定,所述的齿轮固装于齿轮轴的下端端部,且所述的阀杆上对应开设有供所述齿轮部分露出的缺口,所述节流板的上端对应设有与所述齿轮露出部分形成啮合联动的齿面,所述节流板的下端与蝶板下端相铰接,且所述节流板上齿面与齿轮的配合转动可使节流板在蝶板上形成铰接转动,所述的蝶板上均布有若干导流孔,所述的节流板上对应每个导流孔的位置均设有一个与所述导流孔孔径相同的节流孔,且所述节流板与蝶板的铰接转动可使所述节流孔与导流孔能形成相互错位或重合。
本发明的有益效果是:采用上述结构,由于本发明增设了节流板,并在所述节流板上设置有节流孔,以及在所述蝶板上设置有导流孔,因此当蝶板处于一固定开启角度或关闭时,人们可通过转动齿轮轴,并在所述齿轮与节流板上齿面的配合作用下,使节流板在蝶板上铰接转动,从而使节流板上的节流孔与蝶板上的导流孔完全重合形成连通、或部分重合部分错开、以及完全错开形成封闭,进而使本发明所提供的蝶阀能在蝶板处于固定开启角度时更加精确地调节流量,以及在蝶板处于关闭状态时能微开启蝶阀,且整体结构简单、操作方便。
本发明可进一步设置为所述齿轮轴的上端卡装有一轴向限位套,所述的轴向限位套通过锁紧螺钉固装于阀杆的上端口上。通过该条设置,可使齿轮轴与阀杆之间形成良好的轴向限位固定。
本发明还可进一步设置为所述轴向限位套与齿轮轴之间还设有密封填料。通过该条设置,可有效提升蝶阀的整体密封性能。
本发明还可进一步设置为所述节流板与蝶板之间还设有铰接转动导向限位机构,所述的铰接转动导向限位机构包括有滑移槽和可在所述滑移槽内导向限位滑移的凸柱,且当所述的滑移槽开设于节流板上时,所述的凸柱设置于蝶板上;当所述的滑移槽开设于蝶板上时,所述的凸柱设置于节流板上。通过该条设置,不仅可使节流板与蝶板的相对铰接转动能具备导向性,而且还能对其铰接转动角度形成限位,从而使节流板与蝶板之间能更好地铰接转动。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3、4、5所示给出了一种节流调节蝶阀,包括阀杆1、蝶板2、齿轮轴3、齿轮4和节流板5,所述的蝶板2装于阀杆1下端上,所述的齿轮轴3穿设于阀杆1内,且所述齿轮轴3的上端与阀杆1上端口之间形成轴向限位固定,所述齿轮轴3的上端卡装有一轴向限位套6,所述的轴向限位套6通过锁紧螺钉61固装于阀杆1的上端口上,所述轴向限位套6与齿轮轴3之间还设有密封填料62,当然,所述齿轮轴3的上端与阀杆1上端口之间也可通过其他连接结构形成轴向限位固定,所述的齿轮4固装于齿轮轴3的下端端部,且所述的阀杆1上对应开设有供所述齿轮4部分露出的缺口11,所述节流板5的上端对应设有与所述齿轮4露出部分形成啮合联动的齿面51,所述节流板5的下端与蝶板2的下端通过销轴7相铰接固定,且所述节流板5上齿面51与齿轮4的配合转动可使节流板5在蝶板2上形成铰接转动,所述的蝶板2上均布有若干导流孔21,所述的节流板5上对应每个导流孔21的位置均设有一个与所述导流孔21孔径相同的节流孔52,且所述节流板5与蝶板2的铰接转动可使所述节流孔52与导流孔21能形成相互错位或重合。所述节流板5与蝶板2之间还设有铰接转动导向限位机构,所述的铰接转动导向限位机构包括有滑移槽8和可在所述滑移槽8内导向限位滑移的凸柱9,且当所述的滑移槽8开设于节流板5上时,所述的凸柱9设置于蝶板2上;当所述的滑移槽8开设于蝶板2上时,所述的凸柱9设置于节流板5上。
采用上述结构,由于本发明增设了节流板5,并在所述节流板5上设置有节流孔52,以及在所述蝶板2上设置有导流孔21,因此当蝶板5处于一固定开启角度或关闭时,人们可通过转动齿轮轴3,并在所述齿轮4与节流板5上齿面51的配合作用下,使节流板5在蝶板2上铰接转动,从而使节流板5上的节流孔52与蝶板2上的导流孔21完全重合形成连通、或部分重合部分错开、以及完全错开形成封闭,进而使本发明所提供的蝶阀能在蝶板2处于固定开启角度时更加精确地调节流量,以及在蝶板2处于关闭状态时能微开启蝶阀,且整体结构简单、操作方便。

Claims (6)

1.一种节流调节蝶阀,包括阀杆和蝶板,所述的蝶板装于阀杆下端上,其特征在于:还包括有齿轮轴、齿轮和节流板,所述的齿轮轴穿设于阀杆内,且所述齿轮轴的上端与阀杆上端口之间形成轴向限位固定,所述的齿轮固装于齿轮轴的下端端部,且所述的阀杆上对应开设有供所述齿轮部分露出的缺口,所述节流板的上端对应设有与所述齿轮露出部分形成啮合联动的齿面,所述节流板的下端与蝶板下端相铰接,且所述节流板上齿面与齿轮的配合转动可使节流板在蝶板上形成铰接转动,所述的蝶板上均布有若干导流孔,所述的节流板上对应每个导流孔的位置均设有一个与所述导流孔孔径相同的节流孔,且所述节流板与蝶板的铰接转动可使所述节流孔与导流孔能形成相互错位或重合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节流调节蝶阀,其特征在于:所述齿轮轴的上端卡装有一轴向限位套,所述的轴向限位套通过锁紧螺钉固装于阀杆的上端口上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的节流调节蝶阀,其特征在于:所述轴向限位套与齿轮轴之间还设有密封填料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的节流调节蝶阀,其特征在于:所述节流板与蝶板之间还设有铰接转动导向限位机构,所述的铰接转动导向限位机构包括有滑移槽和可在所述滑移槽内导向限位滑移的凸柱。
5.根据权利要求4所述的节流调节蝶阀,其特征在于:所述的滑移槽开设于节流板上,所述的凸柱设置于蝶板上。
6.根据权利要求4所述的节流调节蝶阀,其特征在于:所述的滑移槽开设于蝶板上,所述的凸柱设置于节流板上。
