Abstract

本发明涉及厌氧消化工艺中的核心设备厌氧消化器,具体是为厌氧消化器提供一种内动力气压式自动间歇循环器。它是由集气箱(11)、水位控制气阀(6)、集气罩(12)、进气/水管(3)、回流管(5)、逆止阀(14)进入到消化区(13)底部构成循环回路。关闭水位控制气阀(6)时沼气会不断汇集到集气箱(11)内,随着集气箱内压力不断增大迫使料液经回流管(5)进入到消化区(13)底部。当集气箱(11)水位低到设定水位时,水位控制气阀(6)自动开启,集气箱(11)内压力降低,消化区上部的料液经进气/水管(3),被吸入集气箱(11)内,到设定高水位时,水位控制气阀(6)被自动关闭。循环器进入下一轮进气、排水,放气、吸水的循环,从而使消化区(13)的料液实现了内动力气压式自动间歇循环。

内动力气压式自动间歇循环器
所属技术领域
本发明涉及厌氧消化工艺中的核心设备厌氧消化器,具体是为厌氧消化器提一种内动力气压式自动间歇循环的装置。
背景技术
目前,在生物能源的生产、城市垃圾、污水处理以及养殖业粪便处理等多方面都要用到厌氧消化器来进行消化处理,在厌氧消化过程中对料液进行适当的循环、搅拌是提高厌氧消化器效能的有效办法,现有的厌氧消化器从循环、搅拌上可分为有外动力循环、搅拌和无外动力循环、搅拌两类,无外动力循环、搅拌消化器的缺点:反应器体积庞大,基建投资高,占地广,生产周期长,效率低,另有IC内循环反应器的缺点:不适用于悬浮物含量较高的料液,不利于保温,不适用小企业。有外动力循环、搅拌反应器的缺点:电机、水泵投资大,生产用电及维护成本高,综合效益差,以最高效的流化床及膨胀床为例,因生产过程中需用电机带动水泵进行料液循环,使生产能耗过高而无法在实际生产中使用。参照《沼气实用技术》。
发明内容
为了克服厌氧消化器以上缺点,本发明提供一种以厌氧消化器自身所产的沼气压力为内动力,实现内动力气压式自动间歇循环的一种装置。
本发明解决内动力气压式自动间歇循环的技术方案是:在厌氧消化器内由气封、集气罩、进气/水管(注:在水位控制气阀关闭时该管进气,在水位控制气阀开启时该管进水),集气箱把消化器分为中下部的消化区和中上部的沉淀回流区。当消化区内的沼气不断产生时由气封、集气罩经进气/水管不断汇集到集气箱内,这时水位控制气阀处于关闭状态,随着集气箱内沼气不断增加并产生压力,迫使原集气箱内的料液不断被沼气经回流管压入到消化区的底部。当集气箱内的料液被压到设定低水位时,水位控制气阀被自动开启,集气箱内的沼气被不断排出,这时消化区上部的料液经进气/水管不断的被吸入到集气箱内,(注:同时,部分沼气经无压出/进气管回流到无压气室内以避免消化器负压,)当集气箱内的料液面高度达到设定值时,水位控制气阀被关闭,循环器又进入下一轮的进气、排水,放气、吸水的循环过程。
本发明的有益效果是:降低了厌氧消化器的建设、生产及维护成本,减少生产过程中的电力消耗。没有安装循环器的消化器,经改装后可极大提高其生产效能,缩短生产周期。本循环器适用于多种料液的循环,其循环量等同于消化区的产气量。通过对水位控制气阀的调节,可控制消化器的循环量。进气/水管上口距集气箱顶部10-20厘米,进水时形成一定冲击,有利于脱气及悬浮物的沉淀。

具体实施方式
在图中,消化区(13)不断产生沼气,沼气经气封(4)和集气罩(12)经进气/水管(3)不断进入集气箱(11)内,这时安装在集气箱(11)顶部的水位控制气阀(6)处于关闭状态,集气箱(11)内的压力不断增大迫使料液经安装在集气箱(11)底部的回流管(5)、被沼气不断压入到消化区(13)的底部,当集气箱(11)内的水位被气体压到设定低水位时,水位控制气阀(6)被自动开启,集气箱(11)内的沼气被不断排出,因沉淀回流区(2)的水位是高于集气箱(11)的,这时消化区(13)上部的料液会不断被吸入到集气箱(11)内,(注:同时,部分沼气经无压出/进气管回流到无压气室内以避免消化器负压,)当水位高到设定值时,水位控制气阀(6)被自动关闭,循环器完成一次循环。同时循环器进入下一轮的进气、排水,放气、吸水的循环过程。
总之,本发明提供了一种内动力气压式自动间歇循环器,以上所述。仅为本发明的一部份具体实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明的揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种内动力气压式自动间歇循环器,设置在厌氧消化器内部液面下,所述循环器的上部为无压气室(1),无压气室(1)顶部设有无压出气/进气管(8),循环器的集气箱(11)为圆柱或圆球形,集气箱(11)顶部设有并联水位控制气阀(6)、手动调节气阀(7),集气箱(11)的下部设有集气罩(12)、进气/水管(3),集气箱(11)下部连接设置有回流管(5),回流管(5)的底部连接设有逆止阀(14)进入消化区(13)底部形成循环回路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内动力气压式自动间歇循环器,其特征在于:集气箱(11)设置在厌氧消化器内液面下。
3.根据权利要求1所述的内动力气压式自动间歇循环器,其特征在于:集气箱(11)顶部并联设置有水位控制气阀(6)和手动调节气阀(7)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的内动力气压式自动间歇循环器,其特征在于:集气箱(11)底部设有集气罩(12),进气/水管(3),进气/水管(3)上口离集气箱(11)内顶部间距为10-20厘米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的内动力气压式自动间歇循环器,其特征在于:集气箱(11)底部设置有回流管(5)、逆止阀(14)进入消化区(13)底部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的内动力气压式自动间歇循环器,其特征在于:集气箱(11)为圆柱形或圆球形。
7.根据权利要求1所述的内动力气压式自动间歇循环器,其特征在于:在无压气室(1)顶部设有无压出/进气管(8)。
