本发明公开了一种使用寿命长的粉末涂料，其是由下述重量份的原料制得：双酚A环氧树脂50-60、木质纤维素1-2、二甘醇丁醚1-3、珍珠岩粉4-9、聚氨酯树脂12-13、聚磷酸铵1-2、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸0.1-0.2、乙二醇1-2、醋酸丁酯1-2、甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.2-0.4、氯化稀土1-2、磷酸三丁氧基乙酯1-2、氢氧化钠2-4、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯0.4-0.6、复配胶黏剂1-2；本发明的粉末涂料属于整体效果好，平整，耐水,耐碱,耐洗刷，使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及粉末涂料领域，确切地说是一种使用寿命长的粉末涂料。 
背景技术
    粉末涂料是一种新型的不含溶剂100%固体粉末状涂料。具有无溶剂、无污染、可回收、环保、节省能源和资源、减轻劳动强度和涂膜机械强度高等特点。而纤维素在涂料中的得应用很多，可以起到涂料韧性的作用。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种使用寿命长的粉末涂料。 
上述目的通过以下方案实现： 
一种使用寿命长的粉末涂料，其特征在于：其是由下述重量份的原料制得：
双酚A环氧树脂50-60、木质纤维素 1-2、二甘醇丁醚1-3 、珍珠岩粉4-9、聚氨酯树脂12-13、聚磷酸铵1-2、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸 0.1-0.2、乙二醇1-2、醋酸丁酯1-2、甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.2-0.4、氯化稀土1-2、磷酸三丁氧基乙酯1-2、氢氧化钠2-4、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯0.4-0.6、复配胶黏剂1-2；
复配胶黏剂是由下述重量份的原料制得：
丁苯橡胶4-6，安息香0.1-0.5， 丙酮1-2、松油1-2、酚醛树脂0.8-0.9、羟基丙烯酸树脂 1-2、锌粉0.1-0.2、二氧化硅1-2、尿酸0.1-0.5、羟甲基纤维素1-2、抗氧剂1076  1-2、聚醚醚酮1-2;
复配胶黏剂的制备方法为：将各原料混匀后，于80-90℃混炼10-20min，取出后，粉碎，过100-200目筛，即得。
所述的一种使用寿命长的粉末涂料，其特征在于： 
制备方法包括以下步骤：
（1）所有物料按配比称取，置于高速混合机，800-900转/分混合3-6min；
（2）双螺杆挤出机中100-105oC挤出造粒；
（3）挤出料片后粉碎，过200-300目筛，即得。
本发明的有益效果为：本发明的粉末涂料属于整体效果好，平整，耐水,耐碱,耐洗刷，使用寿命长。 
具体实施方式
一种使用寿命长的粉末涂料，其是由下述重量（kg)的原料制得： 
双酚A环氧树脂50、木质纤维素 2、二甘醇丁醚3 、珍珠岩粉9、聚氨酯树脂12、聚磷酸铵2、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸 0.2、乙二醇1、醋酸丁酯2、甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.4、氯化稀土2、磷酸三丁氧基乙酯1、氢氧化钠4、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯0.6、复配胶黏剂2；
复配胶黏剂是由下述重量（kg)的原料制得：
丁苯橡胶5，安息香0.2， 丙酮2、松油1、酚醛树脂0.9、羟基丙烯酸树脂2、锌粉0.2、二氧化硅2、尿酸0.5、羟甲基纤维素1.2、抗氧剂1076  1.2、聚醚醚酮2;
复配胶黏剂的制备方法为：将各原料混匀后，于86℃混炼10min，取出后，粉碎，过120目筛，即得。
所述的一种使用寿命长的粉末涂料，制备方法包括以下步骤： 
（1）所有物料按配比称取，置于高速混合机，900转/分混合5min；
（2）双螺杆挤出机中100oC挤出造粒；
（3）挤出料片后粉碎，过300目筛，即得。
本实施例产品的涂装方法为一般的静电喷涂，固化条件：200oC/15-18min，所得涂层平滑、完整，人工加速老化时间为≥1300h。

1.一种使用寿命长的粉末涂料，其特征在于：其是由下述重量份的原料制得：
双酚A环氧树脂50-60、木质纤维素 1-2、二甘醇丁醚1-3 、珍珠岩粉4-9、聚氨酯树脂12-13、聚磷酸铵1-2、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸 0.1-0.2、乙二醇1-2、醋酸丁酯1-2、甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.2-0.4、氯化稀土1-2、磷酸三丁氧基乙酯1-2、氢氧化钠2-4、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯0.4-0.6、复配胶黏剂1-2；
复配胶黏剂是由下述重量份的原料制得：
丁苯橡胶4-6，安息香0.1-0.5， 丙酮1-2、松油1-2、酚醛树脂0.8-0.9、羟基丙烯酸树脂 1-2、锌粉0.1-0.2、二氧化硅1-2、尿酸0.1-0.5、羟甲基纤维素1-2、抗氧剂1076  1-2、聚醚醚酮1-2;
复配胶黏剂的制备方法为：将各原料混匀后，于80-90℃混炼10-20min，取出后，粉碎，过100-200目筛，即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种使用寿命长的粉末涂料，其特征在于：
制备方法包括以下步骤：
