金属棒状材料的切割一般采用车床加工或者用一般的切割机切割,切割时需要对金属棒进行夹持,以保证切割的稳定性。为了保证自动化切割的稳定性,降低劳动者强度,需要设计一种能代替人手的握紧和松开的装置。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种铜棒夹持装置的技术方案。
所述的一种铜棒夹持装置,其特征在于包括夹紧座、气缸、左推杆、右推杆、左夹板和右夹板,夹紧座上成型有两个槽孔和一个中部通孔,气缸的本体铰接在左推杆上、气缸的活塞杆铰接在右推杆上,螺杆分别穿过左推杆和右推杆上的预设孔及槽孔,左夹板和右夹板插套在夹紧座上且伸入中部通孔中相对,左夹板和右夹板分别与左推杆和右推杆铰接在一起;所述的夹紧座上设置有安装孔,左夹板和右夹板上分别成型有左夹口和右夹口,左夹口和右夹口均设置有防滑齿。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本发明进行详细说明:
    金属棒夹持装置包括夹紧座24、气缸25、左推杆26、右推杆27、左夹板28和右夹板29,夹紧座24上设置有安装孔,可将该金属棒夹持装置配合使用在其他设备上使用,夹紧座24上成型有两个槽孔30和一个中部通孔32,气缸25的本体铰接在左推杆26上、气缸25的活塞杆铰接在右推杆27上,螺杆31分别穿过左推杆26和右推杆27上的预设孔及槽孔30,左夹板28和右夹板29插套在夹紧座24上且伸入中部通孔32中相对,左夹板28和右夹板29分别与左推杆26和右推杆27铰接在一起,金属棒穿过金属棒夹持装置,可以保证金属棒送料过来时切割的稳定性,并不会对固定转动轮与活动从动轮造成损坏。
上述左夹板28和右夹板29分别与左推杆26和右推杆27通过销钉36铰接在一起,在左夹板28和右夹板29上分别成型有耐磨材料的左夹口34和右夹口35,左夹口34和右夹口35上均设置有防滑齿,螺杆31与螺母33螺接在一起,并且让左推杆26和右推杆27可以自由绕其中心转动。
金属棒夹持装置的工作原理:金属棒送到左夹板和右夹板之间时,气缸进气,活塞杆变长时驱动右推杆同时也给左推杆一个相同的力,左推杆此时和右推杆则形成以螺杆为中心的转动,从而拉动左夹板和右夹板向内夹紧金属棒,气缸出气,活塞杆变短时则松开金属棒。
本发明金属棒夹持装置可以保证金属棒送料过来时切割的稳定性,并不会对固定转动轮与活动从动轮造成损坏;本发明适用范围广泛,同时也提高了生产效率。

1.一种铜棒夹持装置,其特征在于包括夹紧座、气缸、左推杆、右推杆、左夹板和右夹板,夹紧座上成型有两个槽孔和一个中部通孔,气缸的本体铰接在左推杆上、气缸的活塞杆铰接在右推杆上,螺杆分别穿过左推杆和右推杆上的预设孔及槽孔,左夹板和右夹板插套在夹紧座上且伸入中部通孔中相对,左夹板和右夹板分别与左推杆和右推杆铰接在一起;所述的夹紧座上设置有安装孔,左夹板和右夹板上分别成型有左夹口和右夹口,左夹口和右夹口均设置有防滑齿。
