本发明适用于锅炉水质硬度快速测定。提出了水质硬度快速测定剂及测定方法。可直接判别软化器出水、锅炉水质的硬度是否合格(按国家低压锅炉水质标准GB1576-85)。本发明YD系列低压锅炉水质快速测定剂系列产品为:低限试剂(YD-30)、(YD-3500)。高限试剂(YD-50)、(YD-100)、(YD-5000)。用铬黑T溶液浸过的指示片。上述试剂为无色透明的液体,棕色瓶装封口。本判别锅炉水质的方法,测定速度快,判别结果直观、准确、经济。

Description

本发明涉及低压锅炉水质硬度快速测定剂和试验方法。可直接判别软化器出水、锅炉炉水水质的硬度是否合格(按国家低压锅炉水质标准GB1576-85)。
目前传统的方法是用EDTA滴定法。将EDTA标准溶液缓慢加入被测试的水中,能定量测定水的硬度值,但需要专门的试验室和试验设备仪器,需要经过专门培训的试验人员,操作繁琐,时间长。
本发明YD系列低压锅炉水质硬度快速测定剂是一种药品,其系列产品为:
低限试剂(YD-30)、(YD-3500)
高限试剂(YD-50)、(YD-100)、(YD-5000)
上述测定剂为无色透明液体,棕色瓶封装。
本测定剂是采用EDTA与氨缓冲剂配制而成。EDTA为无色结晶状固体,在240℃分解,无毒,易溶于水。铬黑T是棕黑色粉末,固体铬黑T性能稳定,溶于水及醇。但其水溶液只能保存几天,能与多种金属离子形成红色络合物。
YD系列低压锅炉水质硬度快速测定剂配制:
用自动滴定管向两个棕色瓶中分别加入1.5ml、2.5ml和5ml    0.0005M的EDTA标准液,然后用滴定管各加入5ml氨缓冲液,制成YD-30、YD-50和YD-100系列试剂,封口保存。
用自动滴定管向两个棕色瓶中分别加入3.5ml和5ml    0.025M的EDTA标准液,然后用滴定管各加入5ml氨缓冲液,制成YD-3500和YD-5000系列试剂,封口保存。
指示片的制备:将普通定性滤纸裁成6.5×1.0cm的矩形纸条,在1%的铬黑T指示剂溶液中浸湿后取出,在空气中干燥后,用塑料袋封装。
使用方法:用150ml锥形瓶,取50ml水样放入瓶中,取一片指示片投入锥形瓶中,摇匀,倒入一瓶适当的YD系列试剂,并摇匀,若水样为紫红色,说明水样硬度大于YD系列试剂的硬度范围,若水样为兰色,说明水样硬度小于YD系列试剂的硬度范围。
水处理设备正常运行时,判断水质采用YD-30系列试剂,运行终点时采用YD-50或YD-100系列试剂。锅炉内水质判断采用YD-3500或YD-5000系列试剂。

本判别锅炉水质的方法,测定速度快,判别结果直观、准确、经济,尤其对低压锅炉,在缺乏专业化验人员及设备仪器的条件下,更为适用。

Claims (3)

1、一种YD系列低压锅炉水质硬度测定剂,分为低限试剂(YD-30)、(YD-3500)和高限试剂(YD-50)、(YD-100)、(YD-5000),是将一定量的EDTA与适量的氨缓冲液混合,其特征是无色透明液体。
2、根据权利要求1中所述的测定剂,采用在1%的铬黑T的指示剂溶液中浸湿过试纸,干后用塑料袋封存,作为判别水质是否合格的指示片,其特征是在判别水质中显示紫红色为不合格水质,如显示兰色为合格水质。
3、根据权利要求1中所述的测定剂,和权利要求2中的指示片,其特征是采用定量的判别方法来监督低压锅炉水处理设备的运行和锅炉炉水水质是否合格。
