为了解决现有火锅调料,容易使一部分容易上火的人群,也能吃火锅,本发明利用可泻火的甘草中药材,作为辅料,就解决了这个矛盾。
本发明要解决的技术方案是:将甘草中药材,用现代的技术,将甘草的有效成分提取出来,然后浓缩成粉,将这种甘草粉和火锅调料粉混合在一起,配方的比例,可有数种不同的比例。比例可根据不同人群来决定,普通人群食用的,浓度低些,特殊人群,比如容易上火的、有慢性咽炎的、肺不好的人群,比例可以高一些,甘草味甜,所以对火锅的口感没有太大的影响,反而能更增加味道的鲜美。
本发明的有益效果是:可以让吃火锅不再上火,增加了吃火锅的适用人群。
