本发明涉及一种用于变矩器前罩连接块的焊接定位装置，其特征在于：包括圆形定位板（1），在所述定位板（1）表面中心设有通孔（1b），在所述定位板（1）表面还均布一组定位孔（1a），所述通孔（1b）与所述定位孔（1a）的分度圆同心，在每个所述定位孔（1a）内均配合连接一个定位轴（2）。本发明的优点在于：本装置结构简单、安装使用方便快捷、提高了工作效率、保证了产品的形位公差、适用于大批量生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于变矩器前罩的焊接装置，特别涉及一种用于变矩器前罩连接块的焊接定位装置。
背景技术
液力变矩器是由泵轮、涡轮、导轮以及其它辅助部件组成，安装在发动机和变速器之间，以液压油ATF为工作介质，起传递转矩、变矩、变速及离合的作用。
在使用时，液力变矩器通过其前罩上的连接块固定连接在发动机的飞轮上，由于发动机飞轮上均布六个通孔，这就要求连接块在液力变矩器前罩焊接的位置必须精确，现阶段在焊接连接件前，都是采用人工划线的方法，这种方法存在难以保证其形位公差及位置度，操作麻烦，人工劳动强度大，费时费力，工作效率低，加工难度大，不适合大批量生产等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现阶段难以精确定位焊接连接块，人工画线操作麻烦、人工劳动强度大、费时费力、工作效率低、加工难度大、不适合大批量生产等缺点，而提出的一种用于变矩器前罩连接块的焊接定位装置。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
一种用于变矩器前罩连接块的焊接定位装置，其特征在于：包括圆形定位板，在所述定位板表面中心设有通孔，在所述定位板表面还均布一组定位孔，所述通孔与所述定位孔的分度圆同心，在每个所述定位孔内均配合连接一个定位轴。
本发明的优点在于：本装置结构简单、安装使用方便快捷、提高了工作效率、保证了产品的形位公差、适用于大批量生产。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，本发明提供的一种用于变矩器前罩连接块的焊接定位装置，其特征在于：包括圆形定位板1，在所述定位板1表面中心设有通孔1b，在所述定位板1表面还均布一组定位孔1a，所述通孔1b与所述定位孔1a的分度圆同心，在每个所述定位孔1a内均配合连接一个定位轴2。
如图3所示，焊接时，定位板1通过通孔1b套接在阶梯状输入轴套5上端，并与其转动配合，所述输入轴套5的下端固定连接在前罩4表面，在所述定位板1和前罩4之间配合连接六个连接块3，每个所述连接块3与相应的定位孔1a对应配合，所述连接块3上设有一个中心孔3a，所述中心孔3a与相应的定位孔1a同轴线，并与相应的定位轴2定位配合连接，所述六个连接块3定位后，依次焊接在前罩4的外侧面上，焊接完毕后，依次取下定位板1和定位轴2。

1.一种用于变矩器前罩连接块的焊接定位装置，其特征在于：包括圆形定位板（1），在所述定位板（1）表面中心设有通孔（1b），在所述定位板（1）表面还均布一组定位孔（1a），所述通孔（1b）与所述定位孔（1a）的分度圆同心，在每个所述定位孔（1a）内均配合连接一个定位轴（2）；
焊接时，定位板（1）通过通孔（1b）套接在阶梯状输入轴套（5）上端，并与其转动配合，所述输入轴套（5）的下端固定连接在前罩（4）表面，在所述定位板（1）和前罩（4）之间配合连接六个连接块（3），每个所述连接块（3）与相应的定位孔（1a）对应配合，所述连接块（3）上设有一个中心孔（3a），所述中心孔（3a）与相应的定位孔（1a）同轴线，并与相应的定位轴（2）定位配合连接，所述六个连接块（3）定位后，依次焊接在前罩（4）的外侧面上，焊接完毕后，依次取下定位板（1）和定位轴（2）。
