本发明公开了一种饮用水,用以下重量份的原料配制而成:天然矿泉水10份和铁皮石斛提取液0.04-1份。所述铁皮石斛提取液中多糖含量大于25%。制备上述饮用水的方法包括如下步骤:a、将天然矿泉水置于不锈钢储罐内经双层300目滤布进行粗滤;b、将经粗滤处理后的天然矿泉水加入铁皮石斛提取液,充分混合;c、将经上述步骤处理后的混合矿泉水用0.22um滤膜进行除菌处理即可。将经c步骤配制好的饮用水灌装。所灌装成瓶装水的规格分别为135ml、140ml、330ml、500ml、520ml、16.9L。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种饮用水,还涉及一种该饮用水的制备方法。
背景技术
天然矿泉水是从地下深处自然涌出的或经人工揭露的、未受污染的地下水,含有一定量的矿物盐、微量元素或二氧化碳气体,在通常情况下,其化学成分、流量、水温等相对稳定,人类饮用比较安全。因此,人们常常用天然矿泉水作为日常饮用水,更多的将天然矿泉水稍作灭菌处理后灌装成瓶装水用于商业销售。
现有的天然矿泉水处理工艺中的灭菌方法大多是高温灭菌、紫外线杀菌、臭氧消毒等。而这些灭菌方法方法不仅投资和生产成本高,而且高温灭菌会损害矿泉水中的微量元素;而紫外线杀菌、臭氧消毒等会产生溴酸盐,对人体有害。
随着经济社会的发展、人们生活水平的提高,人们更加注重营养健康,对饮用水也提出了更高的要求,希望日常饮用的矿泉水能够具有更多的功能,成本低,且饮用更安全更健康。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种成本低、且饮用更加安全健康的饮用水;还提供一种该饮用水的制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的饮用水用以下重量份的原料配制而成:天然矿泉水10份和铁皮石斛提取液0.04-1份。
所述铁皮石斛提取液中多糖含量大于25%。铁皮石斛提取液中多糖含量优选为26-50%,再优选为30-40%,更优选为35%。
本发明制备上述饮用水的方法包括如下步骤:
a、将天然矿泉水置于不锈钢储罐内经双层300目滤布进行粗滤;
b、将经粗滤处理后的天然矿泉水加入铁皮石斛提取液,充分混合;
c、将经上述步骤处理后的混合矿泉水用0.22um滤膜进行除菌处理即可。
所述步骤b中,天然矿泉水和铁皮石斛提取液的重量比为10:0.04-1。
所述铁皮石斛提取液中多糖含量大于25%。
将经c步骤配制好的饮用水灌装。
所灌装成瓶装水的规格分别为135ml、140ml、330ml、500ml、520ml、16.9L。
铁皮石斛是一种传统中药材,《本草纲目》记载铁皮石斛有“强阴益精,厚肠胃,补内绝不足,平胃气,长肌肉,益智除惊,轻身延年”的功效;民间称其为“救命仙草”。铁皮石斛的茎能够清热生津、消炎止痛、清润喉咙,对治疗嗓音嘶哑有很好的疗效。铁皮石斛还具有良好的抗疲劳、耐缺氧的作用。铁皮石斛的主要成分是多糖,铁皮石斛提取液中多糖含量可以大于25%,符合2010版中国药典质量标准。加入铁皮石斛提取液后,矿泉水中多糖含量可达到0.1-2.5%。
将铁皮石斛提取液与天然矿泉水按比例调配,有机地结合,制得的饮用水口感清新,生津止渴,无毒副作用,口感颇佳,并具有一定调节人体新陈代谢的功效,能调节人体机能,提高免疫力,促进钙质吸收。长期饮用可起到滋阴润肺、益胃生津、增强免疫力的作用,不仅适合于健康人群饮用,更可作为烟酒过度、免疫力低下的人群的日常饮品。
本发明的方法不添加任何防腐剂,不用常规消毒灭菌方法,采用0.22um滤膜进行除菌处理,天然提取调配灌装得到的天然铁皮石斛矿泉水,比普通矿泉水更安全健康,适合客户对高端饮用矿泉水水的需求。本发明的制备方法简单易行,成本低,工艺可操作性强,适宜于工业化大规模生产。
具体实施方式
实施例一
本发明的饮用水用以下重量份的原料配制而成:天然矿泉水10份和铁皮石斛提取液0.04份。
铁皮石斛提取液中多糖含量为26%。铁皮石斛提取液从植物铁皮石斛提取而得,提取方法是现有技术。
制备方法包括如下步骤:
a、将天然矿泉水置于不锈钢储罐内经双层300目滤布进行粗滤;
b、将经粗滤处理后的天然矿泉水加入铁皮石斛提取液,充分混合;
c、将经上述步骤处理后的混合矿泉水用0.22um滤膜进行除菌处理。
将配制好的饮用水灌装成规格为135ml的瓶装水。
所灌装成瓶装水的规格液可以为140ml、330ml、500ml、520ml、16.9L。
实施例二
本发明的饮用水用以下重量份的原料配制而成:天然矿泉水10份和铁皮石斛提取液0.5份。
铁皮石斛提取液中多糖含量28%。
制备方法包括如下步骤:
a、将天然矿泉水置于不锈钢储罐内经双层300目滤布进行粗滤;
b、将经粗滤处理后的天然矿泉水加入铁皮石斛提取液,充分混合;
c、将经上述步骤处理后的混合矿泉水用0.22um滤膜进行除菌处理。
实施例三
本发明的饮用水用以下重量份的原料配制而成:天然矿泉水10份和铁皮石斛提取液1份。
铁皮石斛提取液中多糖含量30%。
制备方法包括如下步骤:
a、将天然矿泉水置于不锈钢储罐内经双层300目滤布进行粗滤;
b、将经粗滤处理后的天然矿泉水加入铁皮石斛提取液,充分混合;
c、将经上述步骤处理后的混合矿泉水用0.22um滤膜进行除菌处理。
上述步骤b中的混合方法是现有技术。

1.一种饮用水,其特征在于用以下重量份的原料配制而成:天然矿泉水10份和铁皮石斛提取液0.04-1份。
2.根据权利要求书1所述饮用水,其特征在于:所述铁皮石斛提取液中多糖含量大于25%。
3.一种制备权利要求书1所述饮用水的方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
a、将天然矿泉水置于不锈钢储罐内经双层300目滤布进行粗滤;
b、将经粗滤处理后的天然矿泉水加入铁皮石斛提取液,充分混合;
c、将经上述步骤处理后的混合矿泉水用0.22um滤膜进行除菌处理即可。
4.根据权利要求3所述饮用水制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤b中,天然矿泉水和铁皮石斛提取液的重量比为10:0.04-1。
5.根据权利要求3所述饮用水制备方法,其特征在于:所述铁皮石斛提取液中多糖含量大于25%。
6.根据权利要求3或4或5所述饮用水制备方法,其特征在于:将经c步骤配制好的饮用水灌装。
7.根据权利要求6所述饮用水制备方法,其特征在于:所灌装成瓶装水的规格分别为135ml、140ml、330ml、500ml、520ml、16.9L。
