Abstract
本发明公开了一种动力泄放阀,包括阀体、球体、阀座、阀杆、自密封机构和填料密封机构及填料密封加载机构。阀体为整体结构;阀体的前端面上开设一个安装孔;阀座的外侧还依次设有压紧阀座的蝶形弹簧、弹簧座和推进块;自密封机构包括设在安装孔内的顶盖和支撑环、套装在顶盖的外周面外部的自密封环、套装在支撑环的外周面内部的四开环及设在四开环与自密封环之间的垫环,顶盖的内端面与推进块的外表面相对;填料密封机构包括安装在阀杆与阀体之间上的填料、编制填料及填料压盖;填料密封加载机构包括螺栓和压紧填料的蝶形弹簧。本发明的动力泄放阀解决了的阀体及填料部位的密封泄漏问题,密封性能更好,使用寿命延长。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种动力泄放阀。
背景技术
现有的动力泄放阀大都为进口,该进口的动力泄放阀为双片式结构,左、右阀体分开并通过中法兰垫片进行密封,保证阀门无外泄漏。但当阀门处于高温高压工况下时,由于连接中法兰垫片的螺栓在高温下会热拉伸,会使中法兰垫片的密封比压降低,导致阀门外漏。另外,原进口的动力泄放阀中的填料部位未设置加载装置,当阀门处于高温工况下时填料膨胀,冷却后又收缩,使填料部位易发生外泄漏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种动力泄放阀,它有效地解决了的阀体及填料密封的泄漏问题,使阀门的密封性能更好,使用寿命延长。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种动力泄放阀,包括左右侧一一对应地设有进、出通道的阀体、设在阀体内腔的球体、设在球体的左侧并位于阀体进口通道内端的阀座、与球体连接的阀杆及设在阀杆上的填料密封机构;所述球体通过连接在阀杆上的操作机构旋转,使球体上的流道孔与阀座上的流道孔连通或堵塞;所述阀座的外侧还依次设有压紧阀座的蝶形弹簧和弹簧座;所述动力泄放阀还包括自密封机构和填料密封加载机构;其中,
所述阀体为整体结构;
所述阀体的前端面上开设一个与所述进口通道垂直连通的安装孔;
所述自密封机构包括设在安装孔内的顶盖和支撑环、套装在顶盖的外周面外部的自密封环、套装在支撑环的外周面内部的四开环及设在四开环与自密封环之间的垫环,所述顶盖的内端面与所述推进块的外表面相对并接触;
所述弹簧座的外侧还设有与所述顶盖的内端面接触的推进块;
所述填料密封机构包括安装在所述阀杆与阀体之间的填料、位于填料的上、下端的编制填料及位于上编制填料上端的填料压盖;
所述填料密封加载机构包括螺栓和压紧填料的蝶形弹簧。
上述的动力泄放阀,其中,所述阀座相对所述球体的密封面和所述阀体相对所述球体的密封面均为密封台阶面,并且阀座的密封面和阀体的密封面上均堆焊硬质合金。
上述的动力泄放阀,其中,所述球体的表面上喷涂镍铬碳化铬层。
上述的动力泄放阀,其中,所述自密封环的材料为内衬有铬镍铁合金金属丝的柔性石墨并在外表面上包覆奥氏体不锈钢。
本发明的动力泄放阀的技术方案,具有以下特点:
1)阀体采用了整体式结构,无中法兰,有效的解决了高温下中法兰螺栓热拉伸导致阀体的外泄漏问题;
2)采用独特的侧面压力自密封结构,将自密封环与阀杆分离,防止阀杆转动而导致的自密封环泄漏,使密封更加可靠;
3)在维修时,无需从管道上将阀门切割下来,可实现在线更换内部零部件。
4)推进块的嵌入使压紧阀座的碟形弹簧产生初始压缩,提供了初始密封力,该阀的密封形式为出口密封,随着进口压力的升高,阀门的密封性能越好;球体上喷涂镍铬碳化铬,密封面采用台阶面并堆焊硬质合金STL No.1,可有效保护密封面免受高压蒸汽的冲蚀,延长使用寿命;
5)推进块与顶盖采用分体式结构,防止介质压力影响自密封环的密封;
6)填料密封采用碟形弹簧加载机构,解决了填料因热胀冷缩而产生的外泄漏问题。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
请参阅图1和图2,本发明的一种动力泄放阀,包括阀体1、球体3、阀座4、阀杆8、填料密封机构,填料密封加载机构及自密封机构,其中:
阀体1为整体结构;阀体1的左右侧一一对应地设有进、出通道11、12;阀体1的前端面上开设一个与进口通道11垂直连通的安装孔;
球体3设在阀体1的内腔;球体3的表面上喷涂镍铬碳化铬层;
阀座4设在球体3的左侧并位于阀体1的进口通道11的内端;阀座4的外侧还依次设有压紧阀座的蝶形弹簧5、弹簧座6及推进块7;
阀座4相对球体3的密封面和阀体1相对球体3的密封面均为密封台阶面,并且阀座3的密封面和阀体1的密封面上均堆焊硬质合金(STL No.1)
阀杆8连接在球体3的上端,该球体3通过连接在阀杆8上的操作机构旋转,使球体3上的流道孔与阀座4上的流道孔连通或堵塞,实现阀门的开闭;
填料密封机构包括安装在阀杆7与阀体1之间上的填料80、位于编制填料80的上、下端的编制填料82、81及位于上编制填料82的上端的填料压盖83;
填料密封加载机构包括螺栓91和压紧填料的蝶形弹簧92;
自密封机构包括设在阀体1的安装孔内的顶盖13、通过螺钉连接在顶盖13外端的支撑环17、套装在顶盖13的外周面的外部的自密封环14、套装在支撑环17的外周面的内部的四开环16及设在四开环16与自密封环14之间的垫环15;顶盖13的内端面与推进块7的外表面相对并接触;自密封环14的材料为内衬有铬镍铁合金金属丝的柔性石墨并在外表面上包覆奥氏体不锈钢。
本发明的动力泄放阀具有以下特点:
1)阀体1采用了整体式结构,左右阀体无需中法兰连接,有效地解决了高温下中法兰螺栓热拉伸导致阀体1的外泄漏问题;
2)采用独特的侧面压力自密封结构,将自密封环14与阀杆8分离,防止阀杆8转动而导致的自密封环泄漏,使密封更加可靠;
3)在维修时,无需从管道上将阀门切割下来,可将安装孔内的自密封机构拆下来,通过安装孔依次取出推进块7、弹簧座6、蝶形弹簧4和球体3,实现在线更换内部零部件;
4)推进块7的嵌入使压紧阀座的碟形弹簧5产生初始压缩,碟形弹簧5提供了初始密封力,密封形式为出口密封,随着进口压力的升高,阀门的密封性能越好;球体3上喷涂镍铬碳化铬,阀座4与球体3的密封面和阀体1与球体3的密封面上均采用台阶面并堆焊硬质合金,可有效保护密封面免受高压蒸汽的冲蚀,延长使用寿命;
5)推进块7与顶盖13采用分体式结构,防止介质压力影响自密封环14的密封;
6)采用填料密封加载机构,解决了填料80因热胀冷缩而产生的外泄漏问题。

Claims (4)
1.一种动力泄放阀,包括左右侧一一对应地设有进、出通道的阀体、设在阀体内腔的球体、设在球体的左侧并位于阀体进口通道内端的阀座、与球体连接的阀杆及设在阀杆上的填料密封机构;所述球体通过连接在阀杆上的操作机构旋转,使球体上的流道孔与阀座上的流道孔连通或堵塞;所述阀座的外侧还依次设有压紧阀座的蝶形弹簧、弹簧座及推进块;其特征在于,所述动力泄放阀还包括自密封机构和填料密封加载机构;
所述阀体为整体结构;
所述阀体的前端面上开设一个与所述进口通道垂直连通的安装孔;
所述自密封机构包括设在安装孔内的顶盖和支撑环、套装在顶盖的外周面外部的自密封环、套装在支撑环的外周面内部的四开环及设在四开环与自密封环之间的垫环,所述顶盖的内端面与所述推进块的外表面相对并接触;
所述弹簧座的外侧还设有与所述顶盖的内端面接触的推进块;
所述填料密封机构包括安装在所述阀杆与阀体之间的填料、位于填料的上、下端的编制填料及位于上编制填料上端的填料压盖;
所述填料密封加载机构包括螺栓和压紧填料的蝶形弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动力泄放阀,其特征在于,所述阀座相对所述球体的密封面和所述阀体相对所述球体的密封面均为密封台阶面,并且阀座的密封面和阀体的密封面上均堆焊硬质合金。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的动力泄放阀,其特征在于,所述球体的表面上喷涂镍铬碳化铬层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的动力泄放阀,其特征在于,所述自密封环的材料为内衬有铬镍铁合金金属丝的柔性石墨并在外表面上包覆奥氏体不锈钢。
