水电站顶盖排水管道、工业烟气介质输送管道、工程机械泥浆输送管道等由于长
期处于流体中高硬度颗粒的冲刷、磨损状态,管道及其弯头将发生磨蚀损伤或腐蚀损伤。尤
其是输送含固相物料流体时,管道弯头受固体颗粒的高速冲刷,磨损更严重,引起系统安全
故障,增加检修和维护成本。
