本发明公开了一种耐磨复合钢管,从外向内依次包括外钢管、内钢管、陶瓷耐磨层,所述外钢管内壁涂覆有耐磨合金层,所述陶瓷耐磨层涂覆在内钢管内壁。本发明复合钢管具有优异的耐磨性,耐高温性,具有很强的抗冲击性能和抗裂性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢管,具体是一种耐磨复合钢管。
背景技术
耐磨管道主要包括耐磨弯头、直管、三通、大小头、方圆节、变径管等结构件,主要用于气力、泵送浆体等物料输送管道。由于输送介质具有硬度高,流速快,流量大等特点,能有效降低输送介质长期持续对管壁产生冲击、磨损、腐蚀等使管道产生疲劳致使渐渐被磨穿的速度。
根据磨损工况的不同,对耐磨管道内衬也有不同的材料选择。有内衬耐磨陶瓷管道如衬三氧化二铝,碳化硅,氧化锆,氮硅,塞隆,氮化铝,氮化硼等;耐磨合金管;龟甲网耐磨管件;钢橡耐磨管;钢塑耐磨管;耐磨铸石管。
当耐磨管道内输送具有强烈腐蚀的气体、液体或固体时,存在耐磨管道被腐蚀而很快破坏的问题。当耐磨管道内输送具有较高温度的物料时,存在着使用耐热钢管价格十分昂贵的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于现有技术缺陷,提供一种耐磨复合钢管。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种耐磨复合钢管,其特征在于,从外向内依次包括外钢管、内钢管、陶瓷耐磨层,所述外钢管内壁涂覆有耐磨合金层,所述陶瓷耐磨层涂覆在内钢管内壁。
所述耐磨合金层化学成分的质量百分比为:C:4.5%,Cr:30%,Mo:0.55%,Mn:4%,Si:1%,Ni:1.1%,Cu:2%,P:0.06%,S:0.03%。
本发明的有益效果:本发明复合钢管具有优异的耐磨性,耐腐蚀性、耐高温性,具有很强的抗冲击性能和抗裂性能。

本发明耐磨合金层化学成分的质量百分比为:C:4.5%,Cr:30%,Mo:0.55%,Mn:4%,Si:1%,Ni:1.1%,Cu:2%,P:0.06%,S:0.03%。
